Beautiful rooms, plenty of room for a family of 6, view of St Peter’s Basilica and the neighborhood was unbeatable. Pablo the property mgr was very responsive. We will stay here again. Also very close to everything!

From start to finish it was amazing! The host was alway quick to respond and answer any questions I had before we arrived. Very accommodating and friendly. The apartment…Wow…. The apartment is beautiful! Very clean, very well furnished. The beds were comfortable and the showers had just the right amount of water pressure. The location can not be beat. We had a great stay there. It just short, but we hope to return and stay there again.

Pablo was fantastic, the location was great, and the view was amazing. Place was clean and well stocked and provided a lot of helpful information and suggestions. A couple things worth mentioning…the washer/dryer is a single unit, not a washer and a dryer (4 hours plus for a time load of laundry). There is really only two bathrooms, or at least only two toilets. The bathroom in the red room with the whirlpool has a shower and a bidet, there is a wooden box where a toilet clearly should be. Pablo was a great asset and very helpful anytime we reached out, but when I messaged the host with questions (the person I had an agreement with and paid) during the stay, I did not get a single response. While Pablo was eventually able to help us with everything we needed, I was disappointed that the host did not respond at all. Overall, good stay. That said, I would not stay again due to the bathroom situation and the single unit washer/dryer. These two things were less than convenient for my family of 7.

Good Location for Rome

Be sure to select the link to the apartment you are desiring to obtain the photos which belong to that property. All of the properties are mixed together in the base set of photos. We rented the 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment is up 5 flights of stairs and there is a small elevator to take luggage or 1-2 people to the apartment. One of the photos #31 depicts a toilet in the red bathroom/black bathroom but this toilet is not included. It is not listed in bathroom #3, but the picture being present, showing it there is confusing. So 3 Showers and 2 toilets. The location was good for getting around Rome and the host was very helpful and very responsive and accommodating of a slightly early checkin and for holding our luggage - a generous accommodation.

Great stay

The apartment is well spaced with lots of character. Apartment manager was quick to communicate beginning a couple days before checkin and throughout stay. LOVED the view of the Vatican and opening up the windows to let fresh air inside. The only things we weren’t expecting were being made to pay cash for taxes as well as provide a copy of our passports.

With a family of 6- the lay out of the apt was great. The location was outside of the heavy tourist side of town which is good. The toilets in one bathroom is permanently not working . The dryer does not work. The AC was GREAT- it was very hot outside. The owner and his staff respond immediately to any questions. I loved the view being on the 5th floor and looking onto the corner of the 4 way intersection to the view of the dome. The apt is very clean. It is as it looks online.

Memories of the Mirror

The location of the apartment was excellent. Great selection of restaurants and markets within walking distance. Fabulous location next to Vatican museum and other historic landmarks. Accommodations were true to the photos and beds were comfortable and very clean sheets and towels. Kitchen appliances and some furnishings could be updated but functional. Great communication with property manager. Responded promptly and positively to all our requests. Would have liked better communication about taxi cab service use prior to our visit. Would definitely recommend to family and friends who would like to visit Rome in the future. Many thanks for sharing the apartment for our special visit

Spacious apartment, good location

My wife and I stayed with our three kids ages 14, 13 and 10. Apartment was spacious. View of St Peters some was cool! We could walk to Vatican, Spanish Steps, and other attractions as we did not mind an active, walking vacation. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. Apartment is on 5th floor with a small elevator but we preferred to walk the steps for activity. Overall very positive experience. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Very nice apartment

Beautiful views from the 5th floor. Very comfortable and accommodating. Great location. Walking distance to most everything. 3 baths and 3 bedrooms. Only issue is one bathroom does not have a functional toilet. Very good showers. Truly had a great stay. Thank you Raffaele.

Great location

Just 10 minutes walk from the Vatican. The apartment is surrounded by an abundance of local results. Supermarket 3 minutes walk away. Metro is also close by. The lift was good because the apartment is on the 5th floor. The view of the Vatican dome is superb.
