We were a family of 12 visiting during Holy Week. The place was spacious, clean, modern, and perfectly located. The metro is literally outside the door. It was a 10 minute walk down Via Ottaviano to St Peter's Basilica. There are plenty of restaurants, gelaterias, and even a small grocery store near the entrance. The Trionfale Market is a 10 minute walk. Oriol, our host, was extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations and facilitating our stay. Highly recommend!!!!

I did not stay in this apartment. The photos in the site do not show exactly how is the appartment and its entrance and the outsider part. I decided to change for another one even losing the money that I had payed.

Great location. Close to Vatican, metro station, shopping and restaurants. The apartment was very clean. Nice that each bedroom had their own bathroom. Host was very nice. He contacted us several times to make sure we had everything.

Great Stay next to Vatican - Subway

Great stay with some friends. Huge apartment with 5 rooms and bathrooms in each ! Host very responsive. Will come back.

Bad Plumbing

The property has a great location. The hot water worked in only one bathroom( 9 People in the unit) the entire trip and one of the toilets was broken and we had to use a wrench to turn it on and off every time we used the toilet. The entire experience was unsettling and the hosts attitude towards the situation was pompous. There are little signs all over the unit warning you not to use the cold water while someone is showering. Seems like a fixable problem.

Great Place in an amazing city.

Arrived Thursday, stayed 3 nights with family. Simple designs and clean rooms with an airy feel. The spacious common area/living room was the highlight. We opened the windows overlooking Via Ottaviano to let in fresh air and the sounds of the street. Great for people watching. The Metro, a food mart for stocking the kitchen(beer and wine too) and quick bites, all right outside the property entrance. Plenty of shopping, cafe's and finer dining just around the corner/short walk away. Vatican about a 10 minute walk. Construction on Ottaviano and some surrounding streets, but that was not specific to this location as there was construction all around the city. Seemed to be nearing completion at least. Would love to see it when it is. Traveling from the U.S. we visited Monterosso, Florence and Rome. All were great, but Rome, in my opinion, was on another level. Oriol, the host was super accommodating.

Stay in Rome

My honest review is that the property is good. If you’re coming in a larger group it’s great. It can accommodate so many people and allowing everyone to have their own bathroom is definitely a plus. I will say that Oriol was exceptional with his communication right from the beginning. The issue I had with this property were a few but for some may not be as troubling. First was that there were no safes on premise. I am one that likes to feel that my personal belongings are safe..ie my passport, excess cash. Still not the biggest deal at the time but when I was awoken to someone walking in the premise I was a little alarmed. The cleaning lady walked in unannounced but not to clean my unit but to gain access to her storage room. This happened twice which then made me very uncomfortable to leave any items behind when I went out. Because I had chosen a VRBO without any cleaning services I expected to have a well stocked amount of towels, toilet paper and paper towels. I did not want anyone entering when I wasn’t there so I did not address this at the time but instead did laundry and bought toilet paper. The other thing that was a bit of an annoyance was the hot water. There is a certain way in which you have to turn the water on to get hot water and you cannot run another tap while doing so as it will affect the flow of hot water. We could not get hot water in one of the rooms. All in all it was a comfortable stay for me and my family of 8. Definitely worth the value

Excellent Property, Location and Host

Everything was fantastic. Same corner as Metro for ease of moving to farther locations. Walking distance to Vatican City and many other attractions, restaurants, shops, etc. Highly recommended.

Perfect location and really wonderful stay

The apartment was very clean and was in a perfect location. Actually steps from Metro. Minutes from Vatican. We were five couples and we stayed there very comfortably. The place is quiet as well we all really enjoyed our stay. Oriol was wonderful to work with as well. I highly recommend this place.

Best location in Rome!

This apartment is in a great location! It has easy access to the metro (the metro stop is right outside the front door), it's super close to the Vatican, and there is a great variety of restaurants nearby. The host was attentive and thoughtful - he had even reached out beforehand to make sure the rooms were configured to meet the needs of our group. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

An amazing place to stay in Roma!

We came to Roma for a work team gathering and decided to try this property for our stay. The listing was new, there weren't many pictures, and the description was minimal, but we decided to go for it. We were not disappointed! The unit is very large and allowed each of us to have our own bedroom and bathroom. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We thought the location being at a busy intersection with the metro station being literally right downstairs might be a little loud, but it was actually very quiet and we rarely noticed any noise from outside. The wifi was also fast, which made it easy for us to work when we weren't out exploring. The property is located right at the metro station and very close to Vatican City, so we could easily get to all the popular sites of Roma. Besides being a great property and in a great location, Oriol, the host was very helpful and responsive. We are very glad we decided to stay here and it really made our stay in Roma wonderful!
