The apartment was exactly as pictured and the terrace was a lovely additional space to spend time in. The general location was quiet — no street traffic noise — however, there was construction being done on the exterior walls of the apartment, starting at 8am, Mon-Sat, that was very loud. We wished this had been communicated to us prior to our stay, as it was very loud (we recorded it) and on our first jet-lagged morning this was a serious bummer. The only other major drawbacks were that the shower did not get hot, just warm, and the knives provided for cooking were not sharp (and one had a broken handle). Other than the noise during the day, the water temp, and the dull knives, the apartment was comfortable, spacious, very centrally located, and was a perfectly serviceable stay.
