Fabulous apartment with beautiful, vintage to antique artwork and a good selection of books - particularly reference literature relevant to the area. Host communicated well throughout the stay and the check in hostess was a pleasure to meet and provided many recommendations. Apartment was spotless and the two, large bathrooms were recently renovated to a standard not normally seen in a rental. Central location, but quiet. We will stay here again!

What a great place in an exceptionally convenient location to everything you want to see. The apartment is wonderfully appointed. There is high speed wifi, plenty of bedsheets and linens, and a nicely stocked refrigerator. Is located in the heart of Rome between the Spanish steps and the Trevi. From first contacting the owner to leaving, my experience with him was flawless. These are great people who answered all my questions even if some of them were already explained to me. The three bedroom apartment is located on the fourth floor and has a balcony. Within an extremely short walking distance is a Cafe, a grocery store, very good pastry shop, and great gelato. If I ever go back to Rome, this is the place that I would definitely stay.The owner also helped us with pick up and drop off to and from the airport. Even if we have you picked up at 4:30 in the morning. We were also given to Concierge. He was excellent also.We had two families stay in the apartment. For a total of three children and three adults. I simply cannot say enough good things about this apartment, the owner, the way it was set up and the way we were treated.

The apartment was comfortable and met all our needs and the central location allowed up to walk and see the city…the best way…by foot.

Great location and comfortable . Balcony is great. although the wifi could do with a boost as it cuts out on the balcony. Difficult to cook in the kitchen as not enough cooking utensils for instance -no chopping board , only 1 blunt kitchen knife , but still great apartment. Easy walk to all the sights.

This property is exactly as described by the owner. The person who met us at the apartment (Francesco) was fantastic. He was such a gentleman and very helpful with describing the area. He even arranged drivers to take us to the airport and followed up to make sure everything was OK.The location was perfect, we could walk to most major attractions. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Rome.

If I could give our host Chiara six stars I would. She was very helpful in setting up transportation to and from the apartment plus recommendations for restaurants in the area. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Comfortably accommodated us and our three adult children. I highly recommend for your next stay in Rome.

We couldn't have asked for a better location - close to important sites and within walking distance of many others. Nice supermarket right next door, a beautiful Starbucks a block away and a lovely restaurant across the way!Host helped with suggestions for a tour company to see the Colosseum as well as a company that does cooking classes and also arranged for van transport to the Rome airport on our day of departure.Would absolutely stay here again if we came back to Rome

Location, Location, Location

This apartment was so close to everything! There is literally a grocery market in the building next door, at least three nice restaurants within two blocks, and just several blocks to the Trevi Fountain in one direction and the Spanish Steps in another ... with a multitude of other shopping and dining options in between. Our host's representative, Francesco, was super attentive during check-in and responsive when we had questions.The space was open and comfortable and decorated with a variety of art that brought home that feeling of being in the heart of Rome. Bathrooms and kitchen were modern and well-appointed. The balcony was huge and a lovely place to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine. We enjoyed being visited regularly by a parrot who seemed to enjoy the spot as well. Many thanks to Chiara for sharing her apartment and hosting us on this trip.
This pretty bird enjoyed hanging out with us on the balcony during several afternoon wine breaks.

Fabulous penthouse, location, amenities, & host

The penthouse is beautiful, & just mins walking distance to the Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, & much more. Our host was simply fabulous, she had the basics like coffee, milk, water etc for us at home, gave us recs on restaurants that were local, & always followed up. I’ve stayed at the St. Regis the last time I was in Rome, & I would pick staying at this pent house the next time too. That says a lot!

Wonderful Rome Experience

What a great location for a visit of all of Rome. This apartment was perfect for our family. Very centrally located but on a tiny little street. Our host was so gracious, helping with transportation, restaurant and tour recommendations that were all perfect and made the trip so special. Great restaurants all within a 10 min walk of the apartment. Can't wait to return!

Great in every respect. The property manager was fantastic. Anything we needed was covered. Location is just a three minute walk from Trevor fountain. Plenty of great restaurants to eat at. Five stars all the way around.

Excellent location, charming yet modern penthouse

This apartment has an excellent, central location - it’s easy to walk to much of what Rome has to offer. Also, there are four bus stops within a 3-minute walk, and a taxi stand within 2-minutes. (We always saw taxis waiting there, even at 5:30 in the morning!)The apartment is lovely and sunny with large French doors and southern exposure. It has the conveniences you want (modern kitchen and bathrooms, an elevator) as well as “old world” charm with high ceilings and parquet floors. Beds were comfortable.Another important attribute - the apartment is quiet. There are no bars or late-night spots to keep you awake and we never heard our neighbors.We were only 25 steps from a convenience shop where we were able to buy breakfast things, including a fresh-baked “rosetta” every morning. The radiators used for heating in colder months are controlled by an app on the site manager’s phone, so communicate your preference for the apartment temperature when you check in. In the summer, each room has its own air conditioner which the occupants can control. We found the site management to be easy to reach via phone and responsive to our requests.We would happily stay there again.
