The property is located in the San Lorenzo neighborhood (summer nighttime restricted traffic zone from 9:00 PM to 3:00 AM), just over a 15-minute walk from Termini Station and the renowned La Sapienza University of Rome.

The apartment consists of a kitchen with a dining area, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom.



The interior layout is as follows:

- KITCHEN with a dining table for 4 people, TV, 5-burner gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, moka pot, kettle, toaster, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, wardrobe, sofa, and armchair;

- BEDROOM II with a double bed, wardrobe, and desk;

- BATHROOM with bathtub and shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.

- If you’re traveling by car, the apartment is located within the summer nighttime restricted traffic zone (from 9:00 PM to 3:00 AM), and you can park for a fee on the street (blue lines) or at Garage Frank (a 4-minute walk away).



The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you can access the apartment on your own using the personal link we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.
