Limpieza y comodidad

El apartamento estaba muy limpio, los colchones muy cómodos. Respecto a la cocina es muy amplia y muy bien equipada. El propietario era muy atento, facilitando por WhatsApp cualquier pregunta o indicación.

Localización inmejorable. A dos minutos andando del Coliseo. Piso espacioso y con todo tipo de servicios. Paolo fue muy amable y tiene preparada una carpeta con toda la información necesaria para conocer Roma si la necesitárais.

Amazing host, charming place, easy walk to colosseum. Loved the stay in Tome, thanks to the host, who provided all the information any first time travelled to Rome would need. The apartment itself was cozy, very well maintained, and our twin daughters loved their own kids themed bedroom. The apartment has a nice character that resembles old Rome, with modern amenities. My family loved the stay and the host hospitality!

Paolo is a very responsive host. He replies quickly and positively to all requests. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. Bedside lamps that provided more light would be helpful. Bathrooms were efficient but not particularly large. Wifi was great. The apartment was very quiet even though it is on a busy road. The apartment is in a wonderful location for enjoying the wonderful attractions in Rome.

Paolo our host was excellent, it was very close to the colosseum and historic center. I would say a fresh coat of paint would move the rating from good to excellent but for young travelers passing through it would be okay.

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation in Rome! This vacation home was wonderful! Amazing location right down the street from the Colosseum. Spacious and plenty of room for 2 families. It allowed us to stay in the same place with family which made for more fun! Paolo was very helpful and friendly! He helped us take our luggage up to the home, showed us how to work the elevator, and then explained all about the home. If we ever get the chance to visit Rome again, I'm going to try and stay here again!

Our family of 5 had a good stay at the apartment. It is typical European building so you will hear the neighbors throughout the night, bring ear plugs. The location is less than 10 minutes to the Colosseum and 25 minutes to the center. There aren't many restaurants/cafe within the proximity of the apartment, will need to walk 7-10 minutes away. Minimarket is a couple doors down so it is convenient for basic essentials. Paolo is very considerate and responsive. We had a minor issue and he fixed it right away. He arranged for our very early airport transportation for reasonable cost. The apartment itself is big enough for 5. Basic essentials in the kitchen. Washer/dryer is a plus for us. Housecleaner needs to be more thorough since dust bunnies everywhere. There is a set of stairs to go up before reaching a small elevator. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location in Rome

The apartment location is fantastic for exploring Rome - steps from the Colosseum, bus/tram stop at the front door, grocery store downstairs. Our large family appreciated the 3 spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as the kitchen for breakfasts. Air conditioning in each area was a huge bonus after being out in 38C heat all day! Paolo was quick to respond to any questions and his help with airport transfers was great.

Outstanding Rome Apartment and Host

Our recent stay at the Rome Colosseum Apartment was absolutely outstanding and truly a five-star experience. The location simply couldn't be better – we were literally steps away from the Colosseum, which made exploring ancient Rome incredibly convenient and breathtaking. We loved being able to pop out and see iconic landmarks right from our doorstep.Beyond the prime spot, the apartment itself was immaculately clean. It was such a relief to return each day to a fresh, well-maintained, and comfortable space after all our sightseeing.What truly elevated our stay was our host, Paolo. He was incredibly helpful and responsive from start to finish, providing excellent communication and making sure we had everything we needed. His attentiveness made our trip smooth and enjoyable. We'll definitely be looking to book this apartment again on our next visit to Rome!

Very good find

Paolo is the BEST! He has great communication before and during the stay. The apartment is plenty big for 3 couples and even had another trundle bed to fit 2 more people. Having two bathrooms was great. Another great feature is there is air conditioning in each room and a lift in the building. The apartment allowed for my father to use his walker which was so important. We were hoping to have the washer work and unfortunately it didn't very well. Paolo did what he could to get it fixed. The location is a short 10 min walk from the Colosseum. It's quiet at night. The beds are firm but comfortable and clean. The AC worked great in each room. The apartment has charm and everything you need to stay for 3 nights or for a month. USE Paolo to set up your transfers!! It made our life so easy and was usually cheaper. We can't say enough good abt working with him.

If you are looking for a comfortable stay just a short walk away from the Colesseum and Roman Forum, this is the place for you. Comfy convenient apartment near Colosseum

We loved our stay here. Paolo was so accommodating and helpful to us. We needed to check in early and he made arrangements for our bags to be stored ahead of time and then transferred to the apartment. He also arranged our transport to the airport. The apartment was so comfortable. The location is great as we were in walking distance to the Colosseum, a host of restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores and a beautiful park. We highly recommend this place.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stary at the property. Location was excellent and Paolo provided so much helpful information. He also allowed us to check in early which was extremely helpful and much apprciated. my only potential negative is that there is not much of an area to gather, but we spent most of our time out exploring Rome, so no big deal. Highly recommend!

This apartment was perfect for the 5 of us! The 3 bedrooms were very spacious! The two bathrooms with a shower in each was very helpful! The location was great and the elevator was a necessity for my elderly parents. But the best part was the host! After losing our flights on delta due to the Microsoft issue, my parents are getting into Rome much earlier than us, which impacted the car service Paulo had booked for us and when we would check into the apartment. I contacted him and he took care of ensuring my parents got from the airport to the apartment. He was so caring and accommodating, even getting them into the air conditioned apartment a little early. We would totally come back and definitely recommend this apartment to others of all ages! Thank you - this apartment will always house special memories for us (2 adults, 1 teenager, and grandma and grandpa)

The location is perfect, just a few blocks from the Colosseum. The rooms are large and comfortable, with all the amenities as described. There's a working elevator. The host was helpful. I would recommend this place!
