The host did an amazing job, from arranging our airport transfer to providing us with some valuable information to help make our visit amazing. The picture from the roof top deck says it all. It tells you how close you are to everything with great restaurants and attractions within an easy walk.

Beautiful view of Rome, including the COLOSSEUM. We had plenty of space. Location was ideal for what we wanted to see and do. Found an excellent Thai massage place nearby too. Felt safe. Walked everywhere day and night. We did struggle with the washer/dryer combo machine but the owner/manager was always willing to help.

The location was great and within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit. The security of the building was appreciated. We felt very safe. Paolo was very responsive and arranged all of our transportation. We especially enjoyed the views of the Colosseum at night from our private terrace. We would definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful apartment. Paolo (our host) was so helpful and responded immediately to any of our inquiries The private rooftop area was even better than we imagined with a fantastic view of the Coliseum !The apartment is perfect for 2 couples or a family.We loved the large windows in the apartment that opened to such pretty views.We could walk to all the major attractions in Rome. Highly recommend!!

Pictures and words cannot do this apartment justice. It is perfect beyond words! Sitting in the terrace with a bottle of champagne, as we watched the sun set on the Colosseum is probably one of the most beautifully moments in my life that even brought tears to my eyes. You cannot fully describe the feeling of seeing one of the wonders of the world in your own private space unless you experience it yourself. The ac works perfect, the apartment is spacious, we really appreciated the snacks and drinks left for us to enjoy. The location is magnificent, and the hosts are always available for any questions. It is one of the best stays we have ever had.

Great Rooftop Views!

Excellent rooftop patio views of the Coliseum - that is why I booked this unit. However photos of the rooftop patio with plants are inaccurate as most plants were dead. Apartment is sparse as shown in photos but functional. IE One pillow per person, no kitchen towels, limited kitchen supplies. We were still able to prepare breakfast a few times, and did enjoy the patio. AC functioned well, washer worked well, and we felt safe in the unit. Was also helpful to be so close to the Coliseum for our early am tour. FYI - was hard to reach property owner 2 weeks pre-trip, had to get VRBO involved and get an outside # for him.

Really great apartment!

We had a great stay in Rome in this beautiful apartment about a 9 min walk from the Colosseum. Check in was super easy, Paolo was very thorough and provided all the info we needed and even helped us arrange transportation. We loved how quiet and private The gated building was.The apartment itself is very roomy with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a living room. It was perfect for our family of 5. The elevator is small, but sturdy. The apartment comes with the keys to a private rooftop with stunning views of Rome. The only downside to the apartment for us was the shower that didn't always have hot water, and had low water pressure. But those weren't huge deals to us. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time in this unit. The host Paolo was great to communicate with before and during our stay. Each room had A/C which was a live saver. It was at or over 100 degrees when we stayed. The free water and soda was in the fridge when we arrived. The host even set up transportation from the airport, from the VRBO to the cruise teriminal in Civitavecchia Port, and then from the port back to the airport. Priced very reasonably for a family of 4. The drivers were nice and on time. The patio on the top of the building is a private pation only we had access to which was nice. Great view of the Colosseum at night when it is lit up. The whole stay couldn't have been nicer or better. Our kids loved the elevator also.

Fantastic location very close to the Colosseum, nice apartment with good kitchen, easy access, very walkable to most Rome attractions. One floor up is the private rooftop patio that has amazing views of the Colosseum and beyond.

All I can say is WOW!

Property is fantastic. Service was excellent. Communication was above and beyond. Neighborhood and location was great. Terrace gets a little hot (it faces west) in the afternoons in June. It's fantastic in the morning though.

Stay in Rome

The property is in an old building but the apartment has updated amenities such as kitchen and bathrooms. Be prepared for a small elevator but it works. The neighborhood is safe and nice grocery store across the street. Restaurants within 4 minute walk and most overlook the Colosseum. The host Paolo is wonderful. The best is the private terrace. View is amazing.

We stayed in Rome for 3 days. The location to all our attractions was close by. We used taxi’s to get to our further destinations. Paolo was available at anytime and gave lots of recommendations.

Close to everything but away from the crowds

We had a wonderful experience at this property. It fit our needs very well for a family of four staying a week in Rome. The terrace access really takes this place over the top. Much better value than staying at a hotel. The owner was great at check in and helped us throughout the week with various needs.

This was our first time in Rome, Paolo was very helpful, friendly , easy to reach at any time always available to help us out, give us ideas ,suggestion and solutions. The location is central close to the Colosseum, the apartment is comfortable and contributing to experiencing Rome, the terrace is amazing for your morning coffee or a quick snack with great view of the Colosseum. Rome visit - Amazing view and Location

The location and view were both outstanding, Walking distance to Colosseum and dozens of restaurants. Grocery store across the street. Colosseum, Vatican and Altare Della patria all visible from rooftop patio. Host was very thorough at check-in and offered a number of suggestions, which were great. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

The Best Vrbo in Rome

Paolo was the best host I have encountered in my many Vrbo rentals. Excellent communications, in-depth links for dining and groceries, and he even stocked the kitchen before our stay - amazing! the apartment was perfect and the location was key to our enjoyment of Rome - close to transit hubs and sight seeing - truly an amazing experience!

Paradise In Rome

This property is as beautiful as it appears in the photos. The patio view is stunning. We started our days with breakfast on the patio, and ended with wine at night. The apartment is safe in a secure building, spacious, clean, modern, and quiet. The kitchen is modern and the washer dryer a great convenience. It is located minutes in walking distance from the metro bus and subway lines. Paolo, the property owner was always available to answer our Rome questions. We rented the apartment for the month of October and loved the warm charm everyday. We would highly recommend this property as the "Best of the Best" in Rome.

First time in Rome

The property is conveniently located at the east entrance of the Coliseum. The rooms were amble comfortably for 4 people. The access to the roof top is a nice addition, i ljust wish the lights had work. The hoat commuication was spot on.

Brilliant location

Paolo was amazing start to finish. Responded to everything. Recently renovated apartment was lovely. Everything you need. Supermarket across the road and larger supermarket a couple of blocks away. Brilliant for transport. Tram and bus at front door. Metro just down the road. And that terrace - to see the 3 icons in one view - spectacular. Thank you Paolo
