It is just a few steps from the Fori Imperiali, the Colosseum, the Mercati di Traiano, Piazza Venezia and the major sites of cultural interest. Recently refurnished, the accommodation is equipped with all comforts and is perfect for 3 people. An ideal place to visit Rome: the area is full of restaurants and typical shops!

Elegant apartment located on the fourth and fifth floor of an old and characteristic building without elevator, in the heart of the historic center of Rome, just a few steps from the Fori Imperiali and the Colosseum. The apartment is located in the Monti district, one of the most characteristic areas of the eternal city, perfectly connected to every area of the city thanks to frequent buses. The Roma Termini train station is also just a 15-minute walk away, while the metro station, line B, and bus stops are just a few meters away on the main road (Via Cavour).

The advice is to walk along the typical streets of the district, enjoying the many beauties. Monti is the oldest and most fascinating district of the capital of Italy, the ideal place to enjoy the real Rome, a few steps from the most important monuments of the eternal city, surrounded by shops and all kinds of services, but at the same time quiet and relaxing.

In 50 square meters of space, it comfortably accommodates 3 people.

Sleeping area. Double bed and a single sofa bed.

Toilet. Blind bathroom with shower, bidet and hairdryer.

At check-in we will need to record the details of each guest, as provided by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document.

Upon arrival you'll be asked to pay the city tax of € 3,50 per person per night, as requested by the Municipality of Rome.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:

- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;

- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;

All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

Unfortunately our check out time is till 10:00, but...DON'T WORRY, we started a partnership with BAGBNB (a website with all the luggage storages around the city), so if you have a late flight/departure, you can inform us and you will receive a coupon with a discount on the price of the luggage storage :D

You are in very central position and can walk, in any case

Bus nos 75 takes you to Main train station (Termini) or Circo Massimo and Trastevere.

Metro: Line B from Cavour or Colosseo

Main train station (Termini) is 20 minutes walk up Via Cavour. You can take the metro at Cavour or Bus nos 75.

Airports: from Termini Train Station by bus (sitbusshuttle) or train (Leonardo Express ONLY) to Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci airport or Ciampino G.B. Pastine airport (sitbusshutle - no train).

Taxi from and to airport are fixed rate, TOTAL for each way from/to Fiumicino is 48,00 euro, for Ciampino is 30,00 euro.
