Como en casa en el centro de Roma

Nos ha encantado el apartamento y nos hemos sentido como en casa. La calle en la que está situado es muy bonita y tiene muchos restaurantes y tiendas preciosas pero sin ser una zona ruidosa. El apartamento es amplio y tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia y sobre todo, la terraza es una maravilla. Nosotros hemos estado en agosto con muchísimo calor y por la noche era un placer disfrutar de la terraza. Por otra parte, el apartamento está muy céntrico y cerca de la mayor parte de los monumentos importantes. Lo recomendamos totalmente.

Great location, really quaint and charming vintage decor in apartment. Had one blip with the power because we used too many appliances at once (our bad completely), but the hosts were quick to respond on how to turn it back on. One note: both bathrooms have dangerous steps and they added some visual signs so visitors don't fall. No accidents with us, but I would imagine it could be difficult with younger children. Overall, great couple of days in Rome. Would book again!

This apartment was wonderful! We had a great stay. The layout of the space is a split floor plan with a nice cozy living room to plan for a day of exploring. The AC worked great and is in both bedrooms and the living room. Super comfy beds and we appreciated that coffee was provided. The rooftop terrace is great for a nightcap with great views! The hosts were super helpful and friendly, they helped us out when we made a small error with the keys and they were very kind about it. The neighborhood has everything you need within walking distance (right downstairs!) restaurants, cafes and shopping and it is close to so many attractions that you can easily walk to. You only have to walk up 1 flight of stairs to get to the lift to take you to the 4th floor. We would definitely stay here again, we enjoyed our stay and the communicative and friendly hosts very much.

Perfect stay in Rome

This was a wonderful home away from home. We were assisted with transport to and from the airport, greeted by a friendly staff member who introduced us to the wonderful space! It was comfortable, spacious and the upstairs patio was amazing. The location was central and made our sightseeing so easy. Thank you again Emanuele and Sara. Until next time!

This location is amazing. The private rooftop terrace is like from a movie! We had an incredible time in Rome, this location was perfect, walkable to everything, right in the middle of everything. We would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed a bottle of wine on the terrace ever evening.

Absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully appointed with super comfy beds. The location couldn’t be better—easy access, surrounded by great coffee shops and restaurants, and we walked to everything. The hosts were friendly and helpful. When in Rome…Stay Here!

Ideal location to immerse yourself into the culture of Rome. Historical sites and other places of interest are an enjoyable short walk away. Local restaurants and cafes are just outside the front door.

Great flat in a terrific neighborhood

The flat was quite large and perfect for 3 people. Lots of light. Fully equipped kitchen was useful for morning coffee. TV connection was spotty but WiFi worked quite well. It is on a wonderful street in a lovely neighborhood. Had a terrific terrace that we did not get to use because the weather was a bit chilly but would be great if rented during a warmer time. Very responsive host. Would rent here again

Perfect for family vacation

Very nice, large, and clean apartment in a perfect location. Within walking range of all the historical attractions as well as wonderful restaurants. Check in was a breeze and the prearranged airport transfer service is a huge convenience. I would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment in a great central location

Great apartment on the third floor, nice living room space, small, well equipped kitchen. En-suites for both rooms although the twin room one is not exactly adjacent. Comfortable beds, clean and welcoming. Both bathrooms are a bit dated and there are a few steps up and down in the flat which you have to watch out for. The roof terrace is a shared space and is not attached to the flat, being on the floor above. Location is fantastic, straight out onto the street which takes you down to the Piazza Novona, about 5 mins walk. Generally quiet but there are restaurants and bars around so can be noisy at times.

Great apartment with a view

An excellent location in our favorite neighborhood in Rome; the apartment has everything you need, modest size, very comfortable with a fab private terrace on the rooftop! The beds are extremely comfortable and so happy to have an elevator. Property managers were helpful, very communicative and responsive. Had a great stay!

Relaxing Rome visit

Good location, close to restaurants and public transportation. Property was clean, communication was simple and friendly, could use some updates (shower drains slow). Entry steps are quite steep (15 of them) to get to the small elevator, so could be a struggle for those over 60 or with little children (strollers etc).

Gorgeous stay in Roma!

We loved everything about our stay! The rooms are spacious and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the clothes washer was handy! Our 11 year old said, “it was perfect. I loved it.” We enjoyed the terrace! It was perfect for morning coffee and nighttime cocktails. We miss it already!

Great apartment. Great neighborhood.

We loved our 3 night stay! The AC worked great to keep us cool from the hot days. We really loved hanging out on the terrace, and listening to the bells chime. Didn't even realize the terrace has a fridge and nearly full kitchen set up so you could cook and hang out ul there. The neighborhood was great...very centrally located to enjoy the nearby restraunts and walk to the museumes and sites. The management company will also help arrange airport transfers, which we utilized, and was great. Beds were comfortable. House was clean. Definitely recommend, and I would look to rebook of we visit in the future.

Perfect!

The property is located on a side street with several outdoor restaurants on a cobblestone alley. It is close to sites, but not too busy and touristy. 3 feet away is a pizza shop and there are many convenience stores nearby. I walked around late at night with no problems. The only thing we forgot were electrical adapters but the host responded quickly and told us where to get them. This place is very professional. Someone will meet you at check in and go over everything. It was hot in Rome but the air conditioning was more than adequate!

Apartment in great location downtown Rome

The property is as described in the listing. There is a private terrace on the roof. The check-in process was easy, as we were instructed on the nuances of the apartment. I would book this location again.
