The location of the property is so convenient. With a lot of polizia presence, you will feel safe as well. The property is very well maintained and clean. There was enough hot water for the shower. The beds were nice and clean. The kitchen was well-maintained with a working and clean stove, refrigerator and other appliances. The bathroom is also clean and providing multiple toilet paper and washer soaps should you decide to wash is very much appreciated. All the notes and guides provided have been very helpful in sorting out the trash. The rooms were nicely decorated with pictures of rome. the ceiling art in the master bedroom is also very nice.

We were pleasantly surprised that the place was larger than it looks in the pictures. We enjoyed having a full kitchen after living out of hotels for most of our trip, and we liked having separate bed rooms for the kids and for us parents. The back room with twin beds was super cozy. The other room does face the street, which can get a little noisy at night depending on when you go to bed and who’s partying down the street. Some ear plugs were helpful. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a place in Rome that feels more like you’re living there vs visiting there.

Felt like home, everything we needed and a fabulous location. Great video instructions for apartment. Street outside the double bed room is noisy at night due to trash pickup and street cleaning. Got used to it and was able to sleep through it

For those whose top priority is central location, two bedrooms sleeping for four, clean environment, with basics covered (wi-fi, responsive service, laundry machine, etc.) but no frills, this is a good place.

The apartment is clean and in a great location. It’s right around the corner from the Pantheon and an easy walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The beds were comfortable and we felt safe. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was amazing and the hosts were very responsive. The furniture was broken and in bad shape and needs replacing. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. In addition there was a huge flood as one of the pipes was just kind of glued to the wall (which, with these older buildings, isn't uncommon). We had a wonderful stay, overall, with our kids and really enjoyed "being in the centre of it all!!"

The host was always very responsive and communicated vey clearly. They helped accommodate our early arrival so that we were not stuck wandering around with luggage for several hours waiting for a 3pm check-in. That flexible mind set of seeking solutions is rare and greatly appreciated.The beds were comfortable and everything was clean.The location is great if you want to be in the Campus Martius: halfway between the Vatican and Piazza di spagna with the pantheon and piazza Navona immediately adjacent.A great place from which to explore Rome.

This apartment was perfect! I was with my 91 year old mother and my Aunt & Uncle. The elevator was a lifesaver. Emanuele was wonderful and communication was promt and informative. The location was ABSOLUTELY STELLAR! It had everything we needed and we would stay here again most definitely! Thank you so much!

Clothes Washer was very helpful and easy to use, A/C was great, It was a great location to access all the site in Central Rome. Loved the neighborhood.There was a significant sewage odor coming from the toilet area. The host cleaned it up the first day but it was there every day and the Host response was "sorry for that, this could happen in the city center but mostly when you keep water running disappear" but that did not resolve the odor. It was not healthy and I was disappointed that no adjustment was offered.This was the only negative thing I have to about this property.

Overall the location was great (which was the reason for late night noise on the street)! Some of the instructions were not the same online as they were printed in the apartment (the paper said checkout was 10 am but online 11 am) and the keycode information was different from the printed paper. I would juat recommend that they be the same. Otherwise everything else was great and the location was primo!

We stayed for 2 nights with our adult daughter. The location is perfect for all the major sights and the apartment was spotless. Emanule and Sara communicated with us regularly and allof the check in instructions were easy to follow. I would highly recommend for a city break in Rome.

We loved staying here! We have been to Rome before but the location this time was the best. The air conditioning made us comfortable and the host’s communication made it easy. This is definitely the place we would stay again when we come back to Rome!
