The location is very convenient. The apartment had a strong mildew smell mostly from the washer in the bathroom. Lamps had broken ken plugs or burned our bulbs. There street noise until at least 1:00 am every night.

The rental was in a perfect location! We were able to walk to all the key sites (20 min walks seem so much shorter since there was always so much to see) and there were many places to eat, shop and stroll around. It felt very local and safe and there were lots of people walking about at any time of day. The rental was perfect for our needs and the beds were comfortable for sleeping. It was also very appreciated that we could get an earlier check-in than 2pm as we had arrived earlier that morning. We managed to have a quick bite to eat around the corner and then meet our host shortly after. One of the washrooms had an issue with the flushing but it was rectified quickly. The only thing that might be a consideration is that the showers were a bit small however, there might need to be a refresh on the washrooms. They were however clean. The laundry machine was very helpful as we had brought only limited number of clothing items to keep things light. The things I would have liked to see was an expandable laundry rack to hang clothing to dry and more trash bags to place in the garbage cans. I usually bring a line with us when we travel but I had forgotten to pack one this trip and I managed to have a few trash bags from home that I normally carry as a back up for dirty laundry on the way home. Overall, we had a great stay and Lorenzo was very helpful when it came to restaurants and taxis back to airport. We had a great stay and we would definitely stay again!

Host was welcoming and very helpful in preparing for our stay. The location was central and perfect for touring the most important and historic sights of Rome. Close to great dining, unique shopping, walk to Piazza Navona and enjoy La Dolce Vita.

This was hands-down the worst vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The rooms bore little resemblance to the staged photographs—beds had a thin brown blanket instead of the lovely duvets shown in the listing and most of the apartment hovered at 37 degrees Celsius (65F) because the kitchen, hall and bathrooms had no source of heat. No instructions were provided for using appliances, one TV was defective and the other didn’t work at all. Light fixtures were falling off the wall. The host made no effort to mitigate these shortcomings. This was a gross example of false advertising. We should be reimbursed for having had to survive this terrible environment during what was advertised to be a pleasant stay.

Lorenzo met us at the apartment. He was helpful, as he gave us tips of how to get around, recommendations of places to eat, and how to stay safe with traffic and pickpockets throughout Rome.The apartment is very comfortable for 4 adults, and could easily hold 6. The street-facing rooms do get street noise from the restaurants below, but the inner bedroom is very quiet. The air-conditioners worked well, the washer was nice to have and having 2 bathrooms and a kitchen were beneficial. The elevator in the building was a leg-saver for us, after walking around the city all day.

Location was great. Several restaurants near by with a convenience store close by. Meet Lorenzo at the apartment to welcome us and show us the around the apartment along with an overview of city sites on a map. He recommended an app for taxi service which worked well. Host was very responsive and accommodating. AC and Wi-Fi worked well. Apartment was very comfortable.

The apartment was large and the air conditioning worked well. Kitchen was adequate. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Had some issues with transportation in the area. Taxis are not reliable and often cancel out at the last minute. Bus system was dangerous with petty theft.

Can’t beat the location. Central to lots of restaurants, bars. Close to taxi rink too and you can walk to most attractions if u are ok with 20-30 min walks. Check in was quick and easy.

We stayed two nights here, and it was a wonderful location. Check in was smooth and the host was very accommodating. Our driver was able to drop us off easily right at the front door. The restaurant right next door was very good and I highly recommend it! Authentic Italian food! Also on the day we arrived we ate at Mollys Kitchen that’s close by. It has an awesome breakfast, and the staff was so very friendly! My only recommendations for the home are for there to be enough towels for every night and to have a bigger waste can in bathroom since there is no maid service. Overall it was a great place to stay and we were thankful we chose it for our stay .
