Great apartment by the Spanish Steps!
We had a great time at the Campo Marzio apartment. The hosts were super helpful and the apartment was roomy, quiet, and comfortable. The location is amazing. We will definitely return!

Great Apartment / Location
We enjoyed our stay. The apartment has plenty of space, amenities, and great location. Valeria and Mario were perfect hosts; very responsive, provided valuable information on restaurants, etc., and also helped arrange transportation.

Central Location!!
We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment while vacationing in Rome. You could not beat the location which put you in walking distance to all historic sites. Also near many great restaurants. Valeria was very helpful in getting our transportation from the airport and ship port as well. Great experience!

A gem in a central location
A lovely spacious apartment in a fabulous central location near the Spanish Steps. Hosts are very friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommended, would definitely return.

Location! Location! Location! We had a great stay at this property. Very easy to get around town, which was very important as we had some sightseeing plans! Communication with the owner was very easy. Great restaurants and shopping in the neighborhood! Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment
We stayed in four places while in Italy, and this by far was the most impressive! The location was perfect, and even though by a busy area it was very quiet. Very clean and Supplies of soap and shampoo were very helpful. The view off the balcony was so quaint and a perfect entrance into our first night in Italy. Would 100% stay here again.

What a week
The flat is perfectly located for easy access to the entire city. Blocks of restaurants and shopping right outside the door. We had a late arrival and Valeria and Mario were most accommodating meeting us at the flat and making sure we were settled in for the week. Highly recommend!

The Perfect Apartment in a wonderful neighborhood!!
This gem was everything we could ask for! Great location in the heart of the ancient city, walking distance to all the top destinations, great shopping and food option close by… easy access to train station. Apartment is clean and spacious… has all the amenities you need! You even have a view of the Vatican/St Peter’s Basilica from the windows. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location!
This was our first time in Rome and we could not ask for great accommodations or location. Valeria was a great host and the apartment was very comfortable, especially during a very hot Rome in August the AC was a welcome relief! We look forward to traveling next year to Rome for a wedding and renting the unit again. I highly reccomendend renting from Valeria!

Fabulous stay
This apartment was simply amazing. It was spacious, warm and bright. We awakened with a cup of Nespresso overlooking the quaint streets around the Spanish Steps and a view of St. Peter’s Dome in the distance. We made dinner in one night in the large kitchen and even did a load of laundry. Valeria checked in frequently to see if we needed anything and arranged a car from the airport. Thank you Valeria and Mario for a wonderful visit to our favorite city. We hope to return soon!

Fabulous stay in an upscale, vibrant area close to the Spanish Steps
We spent six days in this lovely apartment. Valeria and Mario were wonderful hosts who were very attentive and responsive. The layout of the apartment was terrific for two couples, each with our own bathroom; the kitchen was well equipped and the living room comfortable — great space for the four of us. The apartment is only a two-minute walk to the Spanish Steps, but we loved the little side streets. The apartment is almost on the corner of Via Vittoria where there are some great restaurants, shops, an organic market and a grocery store. A wonderful experience. Grazie, Valeria and Mario we so enjoyed staying in your apartment while we explored Roma!

Great help and communication in an ideal location
Valeria and Mario were always available, always helpful and that made a big difference. The flat is ideally located, and close to a Carrefour market, which made shopping in urban Rome easy and fun. It is about as centrally located as possible, just minutes from The Spanish Steps. The air conditioning and Internet worked. Check in was easy and Mario even helped us fill in some household items. Valeria helped us with a transportation problem. I don’t even get that much prompt attention at home. The elevator was rarely occupied by others, so transit up to the flat was quick and easy. We had a great time in Rome, and give these hosts our best recommendation.
