El apartamento está muy bien situado, bus, taxi y supermercado muy cerca. Estancias cómodas y amplias para 4-5 personas. Bien equipado. La atención de la propietaria muy correcta y amable.Solamente indicar que a partir de la cuarta persona la propiedad añade un suplemento de 45 que no veo indicado en la aplicación de Vrbo, dice que el precio indicado es para 3 personas. Considero que no es muy correcto puesto que al hacer la reserva ya indicamos que era para 4 personas.

Un Hogar en Roma

La casa de Paola, Umberto y Leonardo es sumamente càlida, decorada con bello gusto, en un lugar hermoso, super bien ubicada, a unos min a pie del Vaticano.Tiene una cocina bien equipada, la limpieza impecable, con detalles de cortesía en la cocina y el baño ( shampoo, jabón, detergente, sal, café, etc). Las camas cómodas y habitaciones espaciosas. La comunicación con el huesped impecable. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Excellent experience!!! Paola and Umberto are the best hosts and their flat is all you would want, when visiting Rome. It is a 5 min walk from St. Peter but at the same time absolutely quiet and it felt very safe. There is a supermarket only a few steps away, which is very convenient. We felt at home!! Paola met us at the beginning and showed us everything! She organized the transport from the airport and back. She and Umberto and their son where always very quick to respond and could easily be reached at all times. We felt really cared for! We will absolutely stay with Paola and Umberto when visiting Rome next time and would 100% recommend. (this review is from a mum traveling with her daughter, i would come back here with the whole family or a group of friends, or by myself ;-) ) Thank you so much Paola and Umberto! Looking forward seeing you again!

We stayed at this apartment from July 7th to July 12th and had a great experience. The place was exactly as described - clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from St. Peter's Basilica and close to public transportation, restaurants, and shops.Check-in and check-out were very smooth, and communication with Mr. Umberto was excellent; he provided us with very helpful tips about the city. The neighborhood felt safe and convenient, making it easy to explore Rome.We highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

Hosts Umberto and Paola were wonderful. Met us at the apartment and explained everything and gave us recommendations for public transportation. Clean apartment, comfortable beds, very near San Pietro train station and Vatican. Highly recommend.

A wonderful stay in Rome

Umberto and Paola were wonderful hosts and the apartment in a residential area near Vatican City was surprisingly quiet after dark and proved to be a great place to stay. Beds were comfortable, apartment was very clean, we had all the comforts of home, even coffee! We would definitely stay here again. Found 2 great, near by restaurants (Cresci and Perdinci) and a good gelato shop just past Cresci. There's also a very good supermarket quite close to the apartment.

Just Perfect

This was perfect for our family of 5, it had everything we needed for a city break. Great location 10min walk to the Basilica and the Vatican city. Bus route 62 and 64 very close by to get you near the Colosseum and all other attractions around Rome.Leondardo was also very helpful organising us a Taxi from the airport and back. Thank you.

Great location, great apartment

The apartment was perfect for what we needed, location was ideal and a 3 minute walk to the train/bus station for those time we needed to rest our legs!Great host with lots of helpful information on arrival. We used a private taxi to/from airport but train would have been easy given location of appartment

Family trip

The apartment is clean and cute. Nicely decorated. Hosts are friendly. There are many pastry shops and restaurants within walkable distance. A big grocery store is within 5 minute walk of the apartment. The small single bed in the big room is quite hard. Other beds are comfortable. Overall, we recommend this property for anyone who wants to stay closer to the Vatican.

Tolle Tage in Rom

Die Wohnung war top in Schuss, die Übergabe hervorragend organisiert. Die Lage der Wohnung in Nähe des Vatikan ist hervorragend und auch mit dem Bus gut zu erreichen. Wir konnten alle die uns gesetzten Ziele gut erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut ausgestattet, wir hatten auch die guteingerichtete Küche benutzt. Nachts, absolute Ruhe, man kann es kaum glauben. Restaurants und Bars sind kurzfristig zu erreichen. Man kann diese Wohnung gerne weiter empfehlen, wir würden diese bei entsprechender Gelegenheit jedenfalls wieder mieten. Günter G. aus Erlangen

This was an awesome little apartment in Rome near St Peters! The owners were very helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend! My only wish is that there would have been a broom and paper towels for clean up day to day.

Top Wohnung in bester Lage

Schöne und geräumige Wohnung in ruhiger aber dennoch zentraler Lage. Die gegenüberliegende Kirche weckt einen um kurz vor Sieben und Kurz vor Neun morgens mit anhaltendem Geläut. Ist halt Rom. Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Bahn, Bus und Taxi nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Ein paar Minuten und man steht auf dem Petersplatz oder am Tiber. Heizung funktioniert gut. Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. In Italien muss man halt über Kleinigkeiten wie lockere Toilettenbrillen, schwer zu regulierende Duschen und kleinere Schimmelflecke hinwegsehen. Das ist in anderen Wohnungen oder Hotels dieser Preisklasse auch nicht besser. Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Nudelzange und Käsereibe fehlen. Auch ein oder zwei größere Schüsseln wären nicht verkehrt. Wir haben der Wohnung 4 Weingläser spendiert. Wein aus Wassergläsern oder Kaffeetassen ist nicht so unsere Ding. Ansonsten gute Ausstattung. Bettwäsche (mit warmer Decke im Winter), 2 Handtücher pro Person, Föhn, WLAN, Waschmaschine usw. sind vorhanden. Es gibt 2 Sätze Wohnungsschlüssel. Die Federkernmatratzen sind italientypisch sehr durchgelegen und geben heftig knarzende Geräusche von sich. In Summe ist diese Wohnung aber uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.
