Me encanto la calidez de todo el personal que trabaja en el Hotel. De todas maneras lo recomiendo .

Room was Very Clean and Comfortable. The Cafe/Bar closes at 10pm so the sounds quiet down after that. Cafe open at 6:30am for coffee!!! Otherwise you can hear people in the hallways and the doors opening and closing. We were there in the off-season (Nov.) so not much foot traffic or late night noise. Staff were very helpful, kind and spoke English. Thank you!

This was a good place to stay for a night after a long flight from Australia. The only downside as that the water was not hot for showers at night nor in the morning The café/bar adjoining the property was very good and open early for breakfast

THE LIST AS FOLLOWS , ITS LONG BUT WILL BE WORTH TOUR READ A/C DOES NOT COOL THERE'S NO DUVET JUST A SINGLE BED SHEET AND THAT TOO DIRTY NO ONE PICKS UP PHONE ROOM HAS MOLDS FROM WATER STAIN BALCONY DOOR DOES NOT LOCK, ITS BROKEN THERES ONLY 1 PLUG POINT IN THE ROOM 2 LIGHTS 1 DOES NOT WORK TOILET PAPER HOLDER BROKEN IN ORDER TO REACH TOILTET PAPER YOU HAVE TO GET UP FROM TOILET WITHOUT CLEANING YOURSELF HAND SHOWER IS BODY PIERCING LEFT ME WITH RED MARKS ON MY BODY BREAKFAST SUBSTANDARD, NO EGGS, NO FRUITS, NO BREAD, NO JUICE, NOT WATER ONLY SWEET AND SUGARY PASTRY.

Perfect last night stay on an ambitious trip.
A cozy and convenient place to stay for the night before a flight back to the USA the following day. It’s very close to Ostia antica. So you can spend the last day of a trip to Italy on a relaxing excursion to Ostia archeological park. The host is very friendly, helpful and speaks good English. There’s a convenient bar style restaurant on site. The owner provides a shuttle to the airport. He also welcomes you with a drink of your choice ie. Prosecco, coke.

Issue with airport transfer service.
They claim to have airport transfer service and I agreed to be picked-up at my arrival. When I called them from Fiumicino airport they told me they had no drivers available for me. I had to take an expansive taxi because there is no public transport from the airport. For the way back the gave me the transfer at a cost of 25,00 Eur

Room is nice, management poor
The website advertised a shuttle from the airport but no information on how to book it. The shuttle also is not included, it costs €25. I emailed the hotel with questions and never received a reply. The website states that you can check in as late as midnight but I was dropped off at 11:30 and ended up stranded ina dark neighborhood unable to get in. WiFi is included but the password provided didn’t work. The courtyard locks from the outside so I ended up trapped inside twice and also had to rescue another guest. Overall a very disorganized place with no communication.

It was a great stay, from a very warm welcome to a nice send off, a very good experience. Very clean room and they have an onsite restaurant with delicious good

Purtroppo l'esperienza è stata un pò deludente. L'hotel si trova in una zona dove non cè nulla intorno..la camera era piccola. Buona invece la pizza del ristorante annesso al bar. Purtroppo il titolare del B&B non era presente.

Stanze pulite e comode, i proprietari gestiscono anche una pizzeria snack bar ottimo per pranzare/cenare, colazione ottima. Confortevole ed economico. Personale gentile e disponibile.

The baking lodge
A little off the grid but overall a great experience. The family owned business even have a bakery on the fist floor, what makes breakfast very good. The owners are very nice and the rooms are modern and comfortable.

Lovely people and excellent food in downstairs cafe. Very good included breakfast. Great pizza and coffee. A little out of the way but bus and train are nearby and the cafe has transport tickets available for only 1.5 Euros. 30 mins to Rome city on train and bus.

non è stata un'esperienza felice
il BB è pulito e questo è tutto, molto importante, ma è tutto qui. - il cancello esterno è codificato, peccato che non si sono ricordati di dirmelo!! una sera sono rientrato tardi e l'ho trovato chiuso!! - il bagno è molto piccolo. l'accesso alla doccia non è semplice perché davanti, proprio davanti, ci sono il water e il bidet
