Winter Vacation in Italy

Costantine was an outstanding host. The apartment was exactly what we needed and accurately listed. Constantine doesn’t know English but no worries as Google Translate works just fine! Our kids loved that they got to hang with his dogs a couple times. They were missing their own. Located in the heart of Rome just a few steps from the Tiber River. Easy walk to everything you need for your stay and to several of the attractions such as Vatican City, The Pantheon, St. Peter’s Square and others. 5 minute walk to a great grocery. Several great restaurant recommendations within 10 minutes. We’ll definitely be back!

Prati near the River

Constantino is an excellent host. Proactive communications for check in and arranging airport drivers. He provided many extra area details at check in. Also water, snacks and wine. Excellent location near Lepanto metro & bus stop. Very quiet near the river. Close to cafes and grocery. Apartment is very clean. Well supplied kitchen. Poor internet service. Often slow or off line. Showers work fine but in need of updates.

Lovely little apartment in the perfect location!

The AC worked GREAT and the check-in process was very accommodating! We got there around 11 am and although the unit wasn't ready for us, the host allowed us to stow our bags and head out. His communication was always thorough and helpful. The location is perfect! Located in a wonderful neighborhood, we were super close to walk-up eateries, sit-down restaurants, and gelato. Just over the bridge was Piazza del Popolo and just beyond that, the Trevi Fountain. In the other direction, we walked to the Vatican City. Without question, I'd stay here again!

Avec un accueil de choix, malgré l'heure tardive, notre hôte nous a reçu avec grande gentillesse et disponibilité. Le local est très adapté pour deux couples, dans un quartier résidentiel mais proche du centre. Il possède des équipements adaptés et récents, une literie de qualité, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Notre hôte a été très compréhensif lors de notre séjour et a facilité notre départ. Une excellente adresse et un service de grande qualité que nous recommandons vivement.

La dolce vita vicino al Tevere

Excellent séjour à Rome. L’appartement était idéalement situé dans un quartier calme à mi-chemin entre le Vatican et le centre-ville de Rome ce qui permet de tout visiter à pied et de découvrir des pépites sur la route.

Truly amazing

Beyond expectations. Perfect for a family of 4. As noted host has juice and snacks pre stocked which is a nice touch. Apartment is very clean and well appointed. On the ground floor which is nice if you have big bags. Easy walk to Vatican and most sites on the north of Rome, but if not Metro stop is literally 3 minutes walk. We stayed in March so only used AC once, but unit has central air, and works really well (would be fantastic in the summer) would absolutely stay here again without hesitation

Excellent first stay in Rome!

Costantino was the ultimate host. He had the refrigerator filled with waters, juices and a variety of local drinks. In addition, he had many snacks, breakfast items and even a bottle of wine. The home was perfect for 2 couples (other than twin beds in the one bedroom). Location was great and we walked all over the city and used the train quite a bit and station was only about 3 blocks away. Would definitely stay there again.

Cute apartment.

Cute apartment in Prati district of Rome. Property is very basic but very nice and clean. Constantino does not speak any English but google translate works great. Upon checkin we just went to the apartment and rang the bell outside the gate to get in. The place was stocked with soap, laundry detergent,and very thoughtful to have a bottle of wine, starter snacks and cold sparkling water on arrival, as well as all starter necessities including coffee and the AC was nice after 100 degree weather all day. Very safe apartment in a very safe area and walking distance to Piazza Cavour for taxis, restaurants etc. close to metro also.

Fantastic Apartment in Great Location

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment! The owner is very personable and helpful. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, including very comfortable beds for the six of us. Very nice to have two bathrooms and the kitchen had everything we needed- including some treats on arrival provided by our host. It was a quiet spot and really lovely and well kept. Very close to Lepanto station and Piazza del Popolo. We will definitely be staying there again if we make it back to Rome!
