EXCELENTE APARTAMENTO

Ubicado en buen sector, cerca a la estación de metro, restaurantes y supermercados. Remodelado en su totalidad, con ambiente y decoración moderna, iluminado, libre de ruido exterior y entorno tranquilo. Todo muy organizado y limpio. Elisabetta fue la persona encargada de recibirnos, tuvo la amabilidad de ayudarnos con la reserva del transporte desde y hacia el aeropuerto. Nos recibió con un especial detalle de fin de año. Agradecemos su amabilidad, gentileza y organización. Definitivamente recomendado, excelente estancia.

Amazing apartment with a fantastic host

The apartment was lovely and had everything you could need. Very close to the metro and some lovely restaurants. The host was amazing, communication was easy and she went out of her way to help us with any queries and i could not recommend this place more.

Fabulous apartment in Rome!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Apartment is beautiful and had every amenity we could have wanted. Location is perfect and easy walking to transportation, great restaurants and shopping. Elisabetta is the sweetest host and she made sure that we had everything to make our stay enjoyable. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. We highly recommend this apartment and hope to come visit again.

Rome - 80th Birthday Celebration

The property was perfect. Excellent location, Very clean and a delight to stay in. Elisabetta was the perfect host. She organised our transfer from the airport and met us at the apartment with flowers and Prosecco for my Mum. Would definitely recommend.

Our Stay at Casa Allegretti

This apartment was perfect for our group of six people (three couples). The apartment contains three bathrooms so we each had our own one. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms had modern fixtures. The gathering space was roomy and we enjoyed gathering there together in the morning and evening. The refrigerator was adequate for the food and drinks we purchased. The location was good. It is close to the Vatican and a Metro stop. There are numerous coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Elisabetta was great to work with. She arranged for transportation from the airport and back to the airport for a reasonable fee. Elisabetta met us at the apartment and answered all of our questions. She was also helpful with suggestions about nearby restaurants and metro routes. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome. It was great!

An excellent stay in an excellent location

The apartment is spacious and comfortable with all the amenities. Our communication with Elisabetta was always clear and timely. Check in and check out we’re seamless. The location is very close to St. Peter’s square, with plenty of restaurants and amenities near by. I can highly recommend this lovely apartment.

Great apartment with A/C near Vatican

What a great place! My group of four could not have been more pleased with the nice size, updated condition and excellent location of this lovely Prati apartment. Every room was well-appointed and very clean. Rome is notoriously hot during the summer months, so we really appreciated the apartment’s excellent a/c during our 6 day stay. We also loved the convenience of having a washing machine AND dryer as well as access to strong wifi. We enjoyed the atmosphere and ease of the neighborhood. The Vatican, Ottaviano metro station and the bus stop are within easy walking distance, and there’s a plethora of restaurants, cafes, gelato shops and grocery markets nearby. Elisabetta was a wonderful and helpful host. She and her assistant Svetlana were a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place for family to stay in Prati!

It was a wonderful property in the quiet neighborhood of Prati. Ideal for families. They provided a booklet with plenty of information to get around the city and suggestions for restaurants. The apartment had plenty of room, good air conditioning and very clean. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Great location and great place.

The apartment is a short 5 minute walk to the entrance of the Vatican. Also, 300 meters from the Ottaviano metro station. Elisabetta was a great host that arranged a vehicle that picked us from FCO and drove us to the apartment.

Perfect Spot in Rome

This place was better than we expected! Super clean, updated and had everything we needed for a week-long stay for our family of 5. Location was great: shops, restaurants,Vatican, metro just steps away. Even though there is construction happening on the facade of the entire building, we were not bothered at all. You cannot hear a thing once you were inside. There is a small elevator but we took the stairs up to 3rd floor each time. (Just be aware.) Staff was very nice and very responsive to communication - helped coordinate transport to/from airport which was seamless. One of the best properties I have rented.

The best experience

Everything was perfect, The host was amazing, friendly and helpful. The location is within easy walking distance to the Vatican and just a few bus stops away from other key tourist attractions. The apartment is gorgeous. Elisabetta has even taken the time to prepare an extremely helpful informational booklet. It included everything you needed to know about the unit, how to get around, important phone numbers, and amazing restaurants that were outside the normal tourist places. My niece summed it up the best, this place knocks it out of the park!

Roma for a week in April

This apartment is perfectly located. It is close to the subway system and train station. Elisabetta offers transportation from the airport, which is very helpful for those who are unfamiliar with the train system. Thee apartment was clean and spacious. Amazing stay in Rome - close to Vatican

This was the perfect place to stay for us in Rome. Close walk to Vatican and St Peters. The owner Elisabetta was fantastic, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. Great Apartment in Rome

Property was clean and in a great location. We were two blocks from the steps to the Vatican Museum which was super for our morning tour time slot. We felt very safe walking in the neighborhood. Easy access to taxis or the tube to get to other sites in Rome. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Great place to stay if you have a larger group.

Amazing Property in Prati

There isn't enough praise for the property and the management by Elisabetta and her team. The size and layout of the unit was perfect for our family of four. The location was very convenient to the Vatican and other major tourist attractions and is only two blocks from the Metro. The neighborhood is a little quieter and has a lot of little restaurants and a Carrefour Express a block away. Elisabetta and her team made the entire experience seamless and pleasant, to include arranging transportation to and from the airport for a very reasonable additional fee. We had a great time and would definitely stay at this property again.

Perfect for a Roman Holiday

Just a few steps from the Vatican, this was the ideal location to stay at while in Rome. Elisabetta's beautiful apartment has three large bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The kitchen also has everything you'll need - including a washer and dryer. The check-in process was easy and Elisabetta was super helpful! I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Rome.

A comfortable apartment, well located.

A nice, comfortable apartment with “kitchenette”, in a convenient location neat the Vatican. Back corner of a large, lovely courtyard. All facilities worked well but there was only a trickle of cold water in the sink (dishwasher, showers worked however). An obliging, responsive host. Many restaurants & a useful guide to the better ones from the host.
