Absolutely perfect apartment for families to stay in the heart of Rome. Steps from the Pantheon, in a safe and secure building, the owners have thought of everything to give you a comfortable stay. Great air conditioning, dishwasher, kitchen, huge bathroom with great shower and every amenity you could imagine. Highly recommend and would happily stay there again.

This stay has been our best stay in Europe since we have started traveling there in 2002. From the doorman to the management team, we have been welcomed, helped and looked after our whole stay. The apartment is ideally located, roomy, and well cared for. We felt like we were home and part of the neighborhood. We had everything we needed and then some. You are a few minutes' walk in all directions from key paces to eat, visit, and shop. HIGHLY Recommended. Thank you, Paola, Cynnthia and you team for a great stay.

From the initial planning until we left, Paola and Cynthia were amazing hosts. They sent a lot of information about things to do, tourist tax info., etc. Check-in and out was easy. The apartment was great, and it had everything we needed (including slippers, which I loved!). The location was EXCELLENT! Minutes away from the Pantheon and great coffee and restaurants. We would definitely come back and stay again!

This was a great place to stay as it was right in the middle of the city near all the tourist attractions. Air conditioning and a very cold refrigerator made this a wonderful place to come home to after walking around the city.

This was the perfect apartment for our family, the first leg of our Italy vacation. The Pantheon is right around the corner, which makes for a very lively neighborhood. Yet, there was no noise noted from inside the home. We stayed just 2 nights. 1 full, modern bathroom between the 2 bedrooms. For our family if 4 adults, this took a little planning. We did use the bathroom on the main level for getting ready, but there isn’t a shower there. Appreciated the espresso maker! The history in Rome is insane, and appreciated even the little statue in the inside square of the apartments. There is no window facing the outside- but a small window that opens up into the center square. Walkable to many attractions- we used uber frequently to get to Vatican, colosseum and train station. They were very quick and always friendly. Used the Farmacy just outside the apartment for some essentials, which was open late. Would stay here again!!!

Highly Recommend This Apt

The apartment is in a great location. It is centrally located across from the Pantheon and also in front of a taxi stand, which made transportation a breeze. Cynthia is a great host. She was super responsive and left plenty of extra amenities. She provided toiletries, kitchen appliances, etc. She left maps of the area, outlet converters, hair straightener, and even left cookies in the kitchen! She goes above and beyond to make the apartment super welcoming. There was plenty of space for 4 people. The air conditioning also works GREAT, which was a huge plus while we stayed in a heatwave. This is a great place to stay!

My family had a wonderful stay at this property. Cynthia and her whole team was very helpful before I arrived and always checked up on us to make sure we were having good time. Location was perfect right smack in the center of the Pantheon and within walking distance of everything. I will only stay here next time i come back to Rome.

If you’re looking for a stay that feels like you are in Rome, this is it. The building has an old-world feel and the apartment felt roomy and comfortable; a feeling you can’t find in a hotel. Plus, it’s literally next to the Pantheon! It’s full of character and history, clean and well-equipped, and you couldn’t ask for a better location in Rome. You walk out the main door and you’re looking at the Pantheon. We absolutely loved staying at this apartment—twice during our two-week trip! It’s not a brand-new, modern place, but that’s exactly what makes it so special (my understanding is that there’s only so much renovation that can be done on these historic buildings).The location is unbeatable—you’re within walking distance to everything in the historic center. The apartment was clean, well-stocked, and had exactly what we needed. The hosts were warm, responsive, and genuinely caring—it felt more like reconnecting with family than booking a stay. We’ll definitely stay here again if we return to Rome!!

I truly loved staying at this apartment! It was a great apartment with great amenities! Nice living area to relax. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. The location was great! It was a quiet location and I was able to get a good night sleep after a full day of sight seeing. I could not have been happier about this selection. And the property owner/managers were AWESOME! Amazing Experience

This was our family’s second trip to Rome and we knew that we wanted to stay somewhere very convenient. I can’t say enough good things about the location of this property. The Pantheon is literally right outside the door! There is also a taxi stand 10 feet from the property.Aside from the location, the property itself is clean, quiet and well maintained. It was stocked with all the amenities that we would need and the host was great. The communication was clear and easy to understand and they made sure that we knew our way around Rome. Overall, this was a great experience that I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Hosts and Location

Cannot say enough things about the fantastic location and cleanliness of the home, and the hospitality of the hosts (which included lovely Italian chocolates waiting for us by the coffee pot). Everything went as planned, and the hosts were super helpful with dining recommendations and transportation arrangements. The location is superb -- you can walk to all of the major attractions.

The property location is unbeatable! Paola and Cynthia were exceptional hosts, every amenity thought of and so responsive. The flat is quiet and easy to access. As mentioned, it's an inner flat, so no view of the street, but this worked great for us. Would 100% recommend!

Exceeded all expectations!

Paola and Cynthia went above and beyond. We got some great recommendations, and they anticipated any needs we may have had. The apartment was spacious and just as we'd hoped. Location couldn't be better. Centrally located to everything we wanted to see without needing a car. Just an amazing trip, we'd definitely stay here again!

BEAUTIFUL HISTORIC “Panteo “

We were only able to remain here for one short night ( instead of three ) BECAUSE we had a possible AIR CANADA STRIKE to contend with . The location is beyond culturally historic …. our front door faced the side of IL PANTEO! The apartment is stunning, & thoughtfully well equipped with food basic and cosmetic essentials. LOVEly colours and 5 ⭐️ cleanliness. We were however all warm through our short night as we did not the temperature(23.5)set by our wonderful greeter Kim ! Unfortunately, our stay was cut short by two nights or we would have thoroughly enJOYed and looked forward to our original three night stay ! Arrivederci ROMA ❤️

The BEST place to stay in Rome!

Paola and Cynthia are hands down the best hosts we have had with VRBO. The location was central and amazing, the apartment was large but had old word charm and every amenity you could think of including air conditioning. The kitchen had all brand new appliances and fully stocked. The bathrooms had every convenience imaginable from shampoo and body wash to toothbrushes and toothpaste. This was especially helpful since the airline lost our luggage for 3 days. In addition, Paola and Cynthia arranged for wonderful drivers from the airport and to the train, and provided numerous suggestions from tours to a nearby laundry. So responsive and communicative. Can’t wait to return and to tell our friends and family. Thank you wonderful ladies for showing the best Rome has to offer

Amazing stay

Paola and Cynthia were so accommodating and went the extra mile to make us comfortable. The apartment is beautiful and we could walk everywhere. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. When we asked a question they immediately responded. Such a lucky find. Would highly recommend.
