Beautiful, historic apartment & wonderful host!

You could not find a better location in Rome than this apartment! The entrance to the building is right next to the Spanish Steps, and at the top of the terrace you are actually right at the steps themselves. It is walking distance to many shops and restaurants as well as the Metro to give you quick access to all the main tourist attractions around the city. While the street is extremely crowded and noisy, you don't hear any of that from inside the apartment itself. Paola is one of the most communicative and accommodating hosts I've encountered through years of renting! She provides all the information you need to know before arrival and gives guests a quick tour of the apartment during the check-in process, highlighting the amenities and providing recommendations for what to do in the area. She was also able to coordinate drivers for our arrival and departure, which made the travel extremely easy (something my family very much appreciated at the end of our long & busy trip to Italy). The apartment is beautifully furnished and very comfortable - we only wish that our stay had been longer so we could have enjoyed that even more!

Great location

This apartment is right off the Spanish steps! The square is humming with a great vibe! It’s very conveniently located about 90 seconds from a metro stop which allows access to everything. Paola is a great host with plenty of ideas for dining. She also was kind enough to help us arrange a driver to pick us up at the airport! The apartment is spacious and has everything we needed! I have stayed here twice now and will be back next time I visit Rome!!!

Beautiful apartment, perfectly located, and great host!

Paola’s apartment was absolutely perfect. The location is fantastic, literally right next to the Spanish steps with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We were able to go on foot for sightseeing and walk to the major Roman sites. The apartment was beautifully decorated and furnished - the beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were great, the kitchen was well equipped. We really appreciated the A/C - the apartment stayed perfectly cool and comfortable even though it was 100 degrees outside! Paola was an excellent hostess - she’s very kind and a great communicator - she made sure we had everything we needed and even helped us arrange airport transportation when it was time to leave. We would definitely recommend her apartment and would love to stay there again!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a vacation rental in Rome, Italy, and the experience was truly unforgettable. Nestled in the heart of the historic center, this charming apartment offered a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and authentic Roman charm. **Location:** The rental was ideally situated just a short walk from iconic landmarks such as the Spanish Steps. The neighborhood itself was a delightful mix of narrow cobblestone streets, quaint cafes, and bustling markets, providing an immersive experience of Roman daily life. The proximity to public transportation made exploring other parts of the city incredibly easy. **Accommodation:** The apartment was beautifully furnished, with a tasteful mix of classic Italian decor. Excellent Location

I had an incredible stay at Paola’s place. The place was very clean, well-decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Paola was very accommodating and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location was fantastic, right next to Spanish Steps and close the Spagna Metro station. The place had very easy access to local attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful and hassle-free experience. Will definitely be back!

If you like nice places…this is for you!

Our family of 4 had a stay in Rome and rented this apartment, it was perfect. Clean, nicely appointed, centrally located to everything we wanted to see and a great experience with the owner. Next time we are in Rome, this is the place we will stay. We stay in a lot of rental apartments when we travel and avoid hotels. This is one of the nicer ones we’ve encountered. I highly recommend you give it a look.

This apartment is in one of the best locations if you are touring Rome. As others have stated, it is literally location on the edge of the Spanish Steps. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and appointed. Paola was amazing and very helpful, providing travel and local tourist information and recommendations prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Everything about our stay was amazing. To be literally on the Spanish Steps was truly magical. Paola was there to greet us and make us feel at home. The assistant who met us at the property was wonderful and even assisted in making dinner reservations for our group. The living room sofas were covered with sheets - not as depicted on the listing. The second bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a flight of stairs - this was not described in the listing. Four different keys are needed to enter the property. Leaving was a bit challenging as part of our group needed to hold doors open on different levels so we could eventually get out with our luggage. Overall, the property was clean and in a great location. the pencil mural covering the entire wall was beautiful but not guest friendly as it could easily be damaged.

Beautiful apartment in awesome location

Staying in this lovely apartment on the iconic Spanish Steps was wonderful! The best location - so easy and convenient to get to many places by foot, taxi, or Metro. Paolo was a fantastic host - arranged a driver to and from the airport, recommended an accomplished private tour guide, oriented us to the local area (grocery store close by), and suggested several restaurants with delicious food. The apartment itself is beautiful and well appointed (comfy beds, too). After our full days of walking and adventure, it was nice to come “home” to such a comfortable place. A great bonus to an incredible, memorable visit to Rome!

Perfect place for our stay in Rome!

We couldn't have been any happier with our accommodations at The Magic Terrace Apartment on our first trip to Rome! Ideal location within a major tourist spot yet extremely quiet and safe. Apartment was meticulously maintained. Paola kept in close contact prior to the stay and Karina was very friendly providing a smooth check in/check out process. I would highly recommend using their drivers who were so helpful and courteous. They not only provided tidbits about various points of interest along the drive, but helped with our luggage to/from the apartment. We would definitely want to stay here again!

Highly recommend this property

Property is in a great location right by the Spanish steps. It has everything you need and is a good size for a family of four. The property manager is very responsive to messages and her assistant was very helpful and welcoming on check in.

Location !!

The location can't be better, you are right on the Spanish Steps. The 2 bedrooms were comfortable. There is an area to people watch from a garden bench BUT the only access is thru the 1 bedroom. The 1 BR is upstairs and separate from the 2nd bathroom. We had 2 couples and it was fine for us but just understand the layout of the apartment. Overall it was great.

Fabulous

We loved the apartment on the Spanish Steps. So close to everything , comfortable and exactly as in the pictures beautiful. Paola and her assistant Karina were excellent and went above and beyond to assist us in transportation to the apartment as well as to our cruise ship. Wonderful to work with both of them. Our arrival in August meant it was very hot this year but the A/C was perfect. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home and for helping us out during our trip.
