Very Good place to stay to explore Rome

Everything went very smoothly from booking, communication with Paola, the pre-arranged airport pick up and being met and checked in/checked out by the lovely Karina.The apartment is exactly as described and very comfortable, especially the beds and sofas. Everything that you could need is provided. It was very clean.The position next to the Spanish Steps couldn’t be better and all the main attractions are within an easy walking distance … including the Vatican and St Peter’s Basilica and Coliseum, both being around a 30 minute walk.

The apartment was AMAZING! Our terrace faced the Spanish Steps. It was incredible. The check in process was super smooth Karina was fantastic and accommodating since we had to rush to a tour. She also got a recommendation to an excellent restaurant. Communicating with Paola was easy and she was great!

Paola & Karin are both fantastic hosts. There communication is very good and their local knowledge is fantastic. The location cant be better if you like to stay in the very hart of Rome. We can absolutely recommend this 5-star apartment.

Stay on the Spanish Steps

This apartment was very clean and right next to the Spanish Steps. The metro was just a couple blocks away which made traveling quite easy. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The apartment did come with lots of rules. For example, we were asked not to touch the walls or decorations. We were not allowed to roll the suitcases over the wooden floors and had to make sure we didn't get any of the floors wet. This was easy for us since we were all adults, but it might be harder for families with small children.

Beautiful, historic apartment & wonderful host!

You could not find a better location in Rome than this apartment! The entrance to the building is right next to the Spanish Steps, and at the top of the terrace you are actually right at the steps themselves. It is walking distance to many shops and restaurants as well as the Metro to give you quick access to all the main tourist attractions around the city. While the street is extremely crowded and noisy, you don't hear any of that from inside the apartment itself. Paola is one of the most communicative and accommodating hosts I've encountered through years of renting! She provides all the information you need to know before arrival and gives guests a quick tour of the apartment during the check-in process, highlighting the amenities and providing recommendations for what to do in the area. She was also able to coordinate drivers for our arrival and departure, which made the travel extremely easy (something my family very much appreciated at the end of our long & busy trip to Italy). The apartment is beautifully furnished and very comfortable - we only wish that our stay had been longer so we could have enjoyed that even more!

Great location

This apartment is right off the Spanish steps! The square is humming with a great vibe! It’s very conveniently located about 90 seconds from a metro stop which allows access to everything. Paola is a great host with plenty of ideas for dining. She also was kind enough to help us arrange a driver to pick us up at the airport! The apartment is spacious and has everything we needed! I have stayed here twice now and will be back next time I visit Rome!!!

Beautiful apartment, perfectly located, and great host!

Paola’s apartment was absolutely perfect. The location is fantastic, literally right next to the Spanish steps with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We were able to go on foot for sightseeing and walk to the major Roman sites. The apartment was beautifully decorated and furnished - the beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were great, the kitchen was well equipped. We really appreciated the A/C - the apartment stayed perfectly cool and comfortable even though it was 100 degrees outside! Paola was an excellent hostess - she’s very kind and a great communicator - she made sure we had everything we needed and even helped us arrange airport transportation when it was time to leave. We would definitely recommend her apartment and would love to stay there again!!

Excellent Location

I had an incredible stay at Paola’s place. The place was very clean, well-decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Paola was very accommodating and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location was fantastic, right next to Spanish Steps and close the Spagna Metro station. The place had very easy access to local attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful and hassle-free experience. Will definitely be back!

If you like nice places…this is for you!

Our family of 4 had a stay in Rome and rented this apartment, it was perfect. Clean, nicely appointed, centrally located to everything we wanted to see and a great experience with the owner. Next time we are in Rome, this is the place we will stay. We stay in a lot of rental apartments when we travel and avoid hotels. This is one of the nicer ones we’ve encountered. I highly recommend you give it a look.

This apartment is in one of the best locations if you are touring Rome. As others have stated, it is literally location on the edge of the Spanish Steps. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and appointed. Paola was amazing and very helpful, providing travel and local tourist information and recommendations prior to and during our stay. Everything about our stay was amazing. To be literally on the Spanish Steps was truly magical. Paola was there to greet us and make us feel at home. She was kind enough to arrange for a driver to take us to the airport and give us suggestions for dining. Definitely made for a most enjoyable and memorable vacation.
