Very recommended!
Our stay was excelent. The hotel is very well located near the Vatican City and the staff is really kind and willing to help you with any question or recommendation. The rooms are modern and well equipped, though a bit small. Breakfast is ok, they serve coffee or tea, orange juice, croissants and toasts, maybe it would be nice to have eggs, cheese and ham.

Ascensor
Nuestra experiencia en el hotel fue muy buena! El servicio exelente. El unico PERO fue el ascensor, ya que es de los antiguos y la gente no se preocupa de cerrar bien las puertas, entonces tuvimos que subir a pie. Esta en el2do. piso, pero cuando bienes con carga o muy cansada, es molesto.

DECEPCIONANTE
Lo primero para ser un alojamiento turístico nadie habla español, El personal de recepción horrible y el desayuno te lo traen a la habitación pero aunque tu pongas la hora te lo llevan cuando quieren porque hay días que se duermen. El desayuno solo cruasanes y donuts italianos nada mas de comer. Deja mucho que desear, si tiene algo bueno es la cama que es cómoda para dormir lo demás horrible.

Es un hotel precioso
Es un hotel precioso situado al lado del Baticano el servicio es bueno y esta muy limpio y al lado del metro. Lo único que no me gustó es la entrada de abajo que está bastante mal, pero cuando subes y entras se te olvida la portería.

Hotel acogedor ideal para parejas
Hotel más que perfecto para estancias en Roma, muy céntrico al lado del Vaticano. Zona muy tranquila y bien comunicada por transporte publico. Muy recomendable tanto por sus instalaciones como por el personal.

Roma preciosa
El hotel no puede estar mejor ubicado, la habitación es de tamaño exacto sin lujos, el personal te avisa lo básico sin ser groseros pero no muy cálidos, el desayuno es pan con la bebida de tu preferencia, te ayuda a pasar un rato de la mañana en lo que encuentras algo mas decente que comer, el servicio de pasar por nosotros al aeropuerto y un late check-in fue un gran alivio y super cómodo, en general si regreso a roma sin pensarlo me volvería a hospedar en este hotel

Una gran decepcion.
Una gran decepcion. No es un hotel, tampoco tiene 4 estrellas. Es un hostal de 5 habitaciones ubicado en la segunda planta de un edificio antiguo de unas 6 plantas. No hay zonas de servicio, ni bar, ni lobby, nada. El desayuno lo llevan a la habitacion porque no tienen otro lugar. Por la noche te entregan las llaves del piso y de la puerta del edificio porque la recepcion cierra. Nos alojaron en una habitacion pequeña, de unos 9 m2 baño incluido. Muy sencilla, sin nada especial. En el baño habia olor del drenaje. Por la ventana se veia un patio interior, en donde los vecinos del edificio colgaban la ropa, una vision deprimente. El precio de uno 120 euros la noche es altisimo comparando con verdaderos hoteles de 4 estrellas que son mas lujosos, comodos y con mas servicios. En el momento de mi viaje podria haber reservado en el Melia Roma antica por 90 euros la noche, lamento no haberlo hecho. Espero que mi mala experiencia les sea util. Resumiendo: No lo recomiendo. Es demasiado caro para lo que ofrece. Las fotos que muestran de las habitaciones son engañosas.

MDM Luxury Hotels en el Vaticano
El sitio esta bien y muy bien situado, pero con la nueva tasa del ayuntamiento en Roma te piden 2 Euros por dia y persona. Creo que deberian incluirlo en el precio que se paga por internet!!!!

Le camere rispecchiano gli standard di zona, considerando che si trovano in area centrale in palazzo d'epoca hanno delle caratteristiche diverse rispetto a edifici moderni che nascono con l'obiettivo ricettivo, c'è da dire che location in palazzo fine'800 conferisce in piu un fascino ed una suggestione particolare per chi ama vivere l'anima di Roma. La ringraziamo per avere apprezzato il lavoro dello staff.

This property is overrated, the rooms look good but the bathrooms are a NO NO, My 1st room the bathroom was horrible it smelled like you were inside a sewer, I opened the window but mosquitoes were coming in, the shower was super tiny, I am skinny and I could barely fit and the soap dispenser was broken. After three times telling the receptionist lady which was right next to my room’s door literally, she moved me to a different room. The 2nd room at first looked like I was in heaven compare to the first one but after I took the first shower and turned on the air conditioner everything changed, the bathroom has a very poor ventilation so the humidity stayed in the bathroom and room, even with a short shower you could see the water on the tiles and later on the water dripping from the tiles, there were mold on the ceiling and on some of the grout between the tiles, you could even smell the mold. The first night I turned on the A/C and went to sleep, the next day I woke up with a black dust all over the floor, the suitcases and the bed it was coming from the A/C vent. I told the front desk and they only cleaned it and every morning was the same dust but a little less. The humidity was so bad that after fixing my hair it was puffy in less than a minute. The good things are: it has a small fridge and they give you water everyday, they have Arnel he was amazing cleaning my room, close to the train, lots of restaurants around and you could walk to the Vatican. I wouldn’t stay again.

This property was too old, the bathroom was decent, closet was damaged and inside was dirty hungers not dusted off.and under the bed were plenty of dusk. No nobody around between 10pm till 10am. Hot water was unavailable last Thursday 11/29/23. No table to sit on. I highly don’t recommend this place. This is the worst Hotel ever I stayed on.

Dear Guest, we apologize for the hot water, our boiler was broken and as you know we fixed It the same day. Our reception Is open from 10am to 10pm as in our properly description, during the day time we had the pleasure to help you to get informations about your tours in Rome and outside Rome. The closer Is a renewed antique forniture that matchs with the hotel style designed by a famous italian architect. The rooms are cleaned every day. Following your request we changed the room because the room you booked doesnt have the tablet.

Nice hotel ( kind of BB) room was to small, didn't look like the picture, but bathroom was decent and clean. Really close to St Peter square and Vatican, lots of dining options and transportation, metro is only a few steps away.

The location of the property is good, but the management of the property is terrible. We arrived at the property a bid late than we expected due to the long line at the airport to get a taxi. The manager left the office, there is no one to answer our repeated phone calls, and we were locked out and stranded on the street. We were lucky that the owner of the property was there and gave us keys, otherwise, we would have no there to stay that night.

Dear Guest, our reception Is open till 10pm, as written in the hotel information and in the confirmation email we sent before arrival, we didnt get any information about your late arrival, as I've already said to you my collegue tried to call you but the phone was not working he also tried to send you a message via email but you didnt reply, we did our best but as our rules of we dont get any information about the late arrival we have to close the reception.

Stayed in the honeymoon suite, room was a good size, enjoyed the hot tub and big round bed, only bad things were the shower leaked from the outside into the room and the shower head was coming apart needs replaced.

Unique style and features to the honeymoon suite made for a pleasant stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the guesthouse felt central and all of the major tourist attractions were within walking distance.

Great 3 night stay!
We had 3 night stay and had a good time overall. We weren't expecting the room to be so small, but the hotel did list the sq ft during the booking process. The bathroom was the only issue we had in terms of cleanliness; shower head had hard water scaling, the paint was chipping on the trims, and the bath jets had paint or discoloration that made it seem like it wasn't hygienic to use the bath. The biggest pro of this hotel was the location! We were a brief 10-15 minute walk from the Vatican and 2 minute walk to the metro station entrance. The metro ride was easy to get to the other side of the river (colosseum, trevi fountain, spanish steps area). We found that our hotel area was less busy and filled with tourists than the other side of the river, we preferred it! Advice for those checking in soon- the hotel gives you sets of keys to enter the building, for the "apartment" side your room is in, your room, and for the lights in the room. The building itself is a mix of the hotel and residential apartments, but it's clearly marked which is which so there should be no confusion.

Lidt dyrt i forhold til service.
Ganske udemærket overnatnings sted. Stedet har rengøring. Vores værelse havde køleskab men det kunne ikke tilsluttes, uden at man sprang alle sikringer på etagen. Så vi kunne ikke holde vores drikke vare kolde. Vi bad 2 gange om at få det lavet med personalet fik det ik fixet. Der er ikke mulighed for noget morgenmad, men der ligger gode steder nede på gaden.
