This property was amazing! Our host was full of information and arranged transfers from the airport and to the port for our cruise. No detail was spared in the kitchen, bathrooms or laundry areas (including fresh fruit, wine, breakfast and treats! It is definitely where I would stay again and again!

Mariastella’s home was beautiful and fit our family perfectly. She was very helpful at checking and even stocked up on snacks for us. We had a wonderful time and it was the perfect location for visiting the sights. It’s a safe and clean area and the elevator was helpful when bringing up groceries.

Excellent property and gracious host

Our stay in Rome was more than we hoped for, largely because of this amazing property and wonderful host. Stella met with our group upon our arrival in Rome and gave us a tour of the property, provided some guidance on navigating the city, and walked through her recommendations of the city attractions and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with some little treats and other necessities for our group of 9 during our stay. Stella was very accomodating, offering to make restaurant reservations, arrangements for car services, etc... a very full service experience! My only complaint is that the listing mentions a washer and dryer but it was actually a combined washer/dryer machine which gave was broken during our 4-day visit. The property is also very close to the bus route which was wonderful, but it did pose a bit of a challenge for some of the seniors in our group that had some trouble with the 50-60 stairs that it took going from the property doors down to the bus stop.

Close to Vatican

We loved this apartment. Mariastella was awesome and was available to us for any of our needs. Nice little town with many conveniences, restaurants, cafes, banks... We we able to take a leisurely walk to the Vatican and transportation was easily attainable. Plenty of room in the apartment, everything functioned well and we were comfortable with eleven people staying there.

Fabulous location and Amazing Home!

Our group of 13 had a WONDERFUL stay. Stella met us and provided a wealth of information. She made dinner reservations and arranged transportation to the airport for us. Extremely Clean! No problems at all!

BELLISIMO!!!

Words cannot express our stay in this apartment for the week of 7/13-20/24 with 10 of our family & friends. The host was impeccable with communication, household necessities and availability when questions or services were required. The luxurious apartment was well furnished and conveniently located to restaurants, transportation and shopping. Our party was very comfortable staying here as it was our home away from home. I would highly recommend this property and host. We cannot wait to return or try the hosts' Tuscany Villa. GRAZIE!!!!

A Roman Holiday to Remember

Mariestella and her daughter were phenomenal hosts and the property was perfect for our family of 11. It had a great family/dining area that allowed us all to gather together and the bedrooms were well appointed for relaxation and privacy. Although Rome had high temps in the 90s for all 6 days, the Air Conditioning worked very well to make it comfortable upon return from our excursions. She provided the absolute best pamphlet of information and tips for everything (restaurants, attractions, bus/metro, sights, markets, excursions) that I have seen in my 20 years of VRBO rentals. She even bought grocery essentials to welcome us and arranged very reasonable transportation to the airport on our departure. In our haste, our grandaughters' left their two carry-on suitcases and Mariastella promptly retrieved them, even though she was hosting 2 new groups at her properties that same day and is sending them to us - What an Angel! She checked several times to see if we needed anything. I highly recommend Mariestella and her property. She also has a beautiful home on the Umbria/Tuscanny border that we will absolutely come back to rent. If you have the time, come spend a week in Rome at her apartment and then spend a week at her Tuscany Villa for rest and relaxation with a pool and beautiful lake. Thank you Mariestella for a vacation we will always remember. We will back for Tuscany. Ciao and Grazi, The Meade Family

Our stay in Rome was in a great area. The house was clean and the host was Quick to respond and had a booklet full of information for our stay. This included restaurants, buses to take, coffee amongst other great info. Highly recommend for a group.

Perfect Roma Getaway!

MariaStella was the perfect hostess, she graciously helped us with many restaurant and taxi reservations. Her lovely home was absolutely perfect for all 10 of us. The place was clean, inviting and the perfect location for walking to restaurants etc. A very classy 5 Star home. I would definitely book again when I come back to Rome. Gratzia!!

We loved the apartment, we were traveling with my entire family. 10 in total. Ages ranged from 1 1/2 year old infant granddaughter to my 88 year old father in law. The location was centrally located, a short taxi or bus ride, ir scooter! to all the major sights. Loved Rome and Mariastella and her family were wonderful. Hope to visit them again!

Perfect for a big family

Mariastella is a wonderful lady and offers so much knowledge. She went out of her way to make our trip wonderful. The apartment location is great for transportation and a bite to eat. Very safe area. Would highly recommend.

6 male friends on our yearly spring weekend. A lovely apartment with perfect hosts! 800 meters to Metro station or 100 meters to bus stop. A five star seafood restaurant just around the corner and other typical local italian restaurants within 15 minutes walk. Higly recommended apartment for families or smaller groups!

Exceptional-- Deserves a 6!!

So Italian, we started talking with our hands. Although we spent most of our time in Central Rome and Trastevere, we also took advantage of the neighborhood shops and restaurants. Made it easy for take away pizzas, a late night round of drinks at a nearby whiskey bar, and even to celebrate a birthday at a small, local fish restaurant that treated all twelve of us like family.
