We had a wonderful time in Rome and highly recommend staying at the Cozy Flat. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Each bedroom had its own full bathroom plus an extra full bath with a tub (which our 5 yo loved). The beds were comfortable, the dining and living space was great and the kitchen had everything you need. Having a washer and dryer was helpful and appreciated. Easy walk to Vatican, major sites and restaurants. Great communication with host. The host recommended a guide, Cecilia who was spectacular. Friendly and knowledgeable… ensured to keep both our daughters engaged in the tour. Highly recommend. We will certainly look forward to staying here again next time in Rome. THANK YOU!

Beautiful apartment with 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a fourth bathroom. Excellent location across the street from the Trionfale Market, a 5 minute walk to the Vatican Museum, and a 10 minute walk to St Peter’s. There is a great coffee shop just outside this apartment.

Great flat near the Vatican just perfecr

Great location and the host was great. Walking distance to good shops and restaurants and less than a 15 minute walk to the Vatican in Saint Peter Square. Easy to check in.

3- day pre cruise

We thoroughly enjoyed the cozy apartment in Rome for 3 days before we went on a cruise. The photos don’t do it justice, it is beautiful! So close to the Vatican entrance and all the cafes and restaurants you could hope for. Loved the balconies. It was very hot in Rome, and the A/C was so awesome . Thanks to the hosts, Francesca and Daniele for the great communication and information!

Exceptional property

This flat is outstanding. Book it if you can! It's even better than in the photos, which look great. Our family of four (two teens) were super comfortable - each kid had a bedroom plus bathroom of their own, and there was lots of space to hang out together (one more armchair in the living room would have made this even more perfect). The apmt was impeccably clean, linens were fresh & new, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. This is a small thing but there was plenty of TP -- lots of rentals these days provide no extra. The apmt is quiet, no noise at all inside the building or from shops/restaurants at street level. It's on a main thoroughfare so there was traffic noise when we had the windows open, as expected in a city centre, but it didn't bother us and wasn't excessive. Check-in was easy and exactly as described. Francesca responded immediately to messages, and was helpful, generous, and accommodating in every way. She let us drop off our bags the morning of our arrival, and check in a few minutes early when the cleaning was done. I can't say enough about how good the apartment is: we were thrilled with it, and had no problems of any kind. We would definitely stay here again, and will be recommending it to friends.

Nice apartment and location

Overall a good experience. Apartment has a full kitchen and was large enough for our family of 6. Great location if you're heading to the Vatican Museum and a short walk to Vatican City. Spacious with amenities including some spices, napkins, oil, etc if you choose to cook.The book left by the owner with instructions wasn't entirely up to date but close and generally helpful. The tourist tax values listed in the book were half of what we were verbally tokd on the last day so be prepared with extra Euros to pay in cash the tourist tax rate the owner verbally gives you.The owner is friendly, responsive, and attempts to quickly turn around the property for the next guests.Thanks for a great couple of days Francesca!

Perfect place, perfect location

We had a party at seven, and there was plenty of space for all of us. We love the neighborhood. It was too busy, but had everything we needed in walking distance. A close train or bus ride to all of the main attractions. We have no problems, checking in or out. But the host was always available to attend to any of our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Great home for 2 families

Apartment located in a great neighborhood. The Vatican was a 5 minutes walk. The host was quick to respond to all questions. The home was exactly as described. The 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms made it the ideal apartment for our 2 families. We hired the private chef for dinner and it was by far the best meal we had while in Italy.

Family adventure in Rome

Great neighborhood, perfect accommodations for family party of 4 - 3 adults, one teen. Rooms were spacious and all en suite bahrooms much appreciated…plus a bonus full “hall bath”. Check in process super easy and host was very communicative.

A beautifully furnished flat in a great neighborhood.

Our adult daughters, my wife and I enjoyed our stay in this “Cozy Flat” situated just one block from the Vatican Museum entrance. The flat is furnished with state of the art appliances, comfortable bedding and secure. Air Conditioning is available on warm days, while we enjoyed getting fresh air, and sitting at the verandah window while having our coffee while watching the neighborhood come to life in the morning.

Great Residence and Location

This listing was BETTER than described! Plenty of room, the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The kitchen had everything anyone could need. The location was great, there was a big market across the street, lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood and a 3 minute walk to the Vatican. I would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding location and property

This property was perfect for our group of 6. Clean and well appointed. Plenty of room to relax after a day full of touring. Best access to the Vatican tours. Cozy Vatican Flat

This apartment has the best location within walking distance of a market, train station, restaurants and not far from the city center where most of our tours were. Francesca is very responsive and we truly felt as if this was our “home away from home” while in Rome.
