The host was excellent. He greeted us and he gave us great tips and info which was also in a binder inside the property. It would be nice to have a TV in the only common area/dining room. The washer/dryer was also a little confusing. But overall it's a good place. Recommended.

This home was perfect for our family of 6 for 3 nights. We felt like we had plenty of space to spread out and felt very safe. The Vatican is a 10 minute walk way, which was such a treat! The host did an amazing job of outing answers to all of our potential questions in an easy to read booklet available upon arrival. The grocery store is 2 doors down and the street is very quiet overall. 5 star stay!

The host met us at property and was very thorough and explained local restaurants, train stops, tourist areas. All details were stated from how to enter the unit to turning on the AC , use washer dryer and dishwasher. The just did an excellent job of explaining all details of unit so we didn’t have to guess.

BOOK THIS property if you’re visiting Roma!

From the time we booked to the time we left, the apartment owner kept in communication with us. The property is probably underrated and not properly represented by the photos. It’s even better in person than the photos. We were shocked how much space we had (two story apartment!) and my wife and I truly appreciated the separation/privacy from our teenage boys; plus, the three bathrooms was a nice bonus. The apartment itself is incredibly clean, LOTS of character, and incredibly comfortable. If you’re like me, I love charm; but, not when it comes to bathrooms. I need a modern/updated bathroom, and that’s exactly what you get with this apartment. Big bathrooms, nice showers. The location isn’t as close to the “main” attractions; however, there is a train station within 1min walk, and it was a nice/comfortable walk to Trastevere which was our favorite area to eat and hang out. Everything else we took Uber. Also a bonus that must be mentioned… it’s next door to a small grocery store which we took full advantage of. The attention to detail on instructions and what to do where to eat his to check out was unmatched. Book this property if you’re visiting Roma! Great property. Amazing owner. Would stay again. 5/5

On a long trip far from home in a busy city. This place was a welcome place to rest and recharge. Every detail was thought through and the host made us feel at home. They even have a binder with personal tips and recommendations on where to go, how to get there and places you may want to eat. Thanks so much for a great stay.

Beautiful Modern Apartment

This place was perfect. Extremely clean and comfortable with all the modern touches you could want and 3 bathrooms! There's a supermarket next door and cafes and restaurants nearby. It was a bit of a walk to the Vatican and open subway station, but we loved our stay here.

Andrea was always available to assist us. I appreciated him greeting us on arrival. The apartment is located very close to Vatican and train station San Pietro. There is a grocery store literally next door and an ATM nearby. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. You gave every convinience. The upstairs bedroom is accessible by a narrow staircase.Perfect place for our needs.

Our stay at this VRBO was outstanding! Communication with the host Andrea was great and he responded to any questions promptly. The area appears safe and the apartment is very secure and has everything you could want for as far as amenities. The pizzerias in the area were great as well as the gellato shop! This was a five star experience!

Non responisve host

Stayed and host was supposed to meet us there, they were a no show. We had problems getting the front door unlocked, 2 of 3 showers we could not get to turn on. The gas to the stove was shut off. Text messaged and im the host miltiple times with no response for 2 days. The place was pretty, location was good, well set up and nice property... The only problem was a non responsive host , but that was a major inconvenience. I would stay here again if there was a different host. I would not stay here again with the current host
