Nos encantó la localización, barrio muy animado y con todos los servicios a mano. La propietaria estuvo muy atenta a todas nuestras necesidades. Nos hizo muy buenas propuestas y además el apartamento se mantiene muy limpio y confortable.

Gulia’s apartment was perfect for our stay in Rome. The location near the Spanish Steps and the metro was excellent. Many restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shopping nearby. The apartment was clean, bed was comfortable, and quiet at night. The restaurant next door was not loud and the street is pretty quiet late at night, plus the bedroom is in the back away from the street. Showers had hot water. Gulia was an excellent host, who met us at check in and showed us how to operate the stove, the washing machine and thermostat. She was responsive to questions about the area and booked a taxi for our return trip to the airport. We had an excellent stay and would stay here again on our next trip! Just note there is no elevator.

We had a great experience staying here! The house was clean and very comfortable.The location is fantastic. It was so easy to get around on foot, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and having a grocery store so close was a plus for us.The host was truly exceptional and quick to respond to messages. We actually ran into an issue one night when we accidentally locked ourselves inside, and the host arrived to help us out immediately. We highly recommend this and would love to stay here again!

Giulia was a pleasure to work with. She was responsive and helpful both in the time leading up to our visit and once we were there. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated how many lights there were throughout the living space, hallway, and bedroom, which allowed us to have bright, well lit spaces or dimly lit spaces - our choice - as we wished.We also appreciated the location. The apartment is a two floor walk up from a vibrant street filled with popular restaurants where people dined outside when we were there in September. Because the apartment had a front half (the living space - couch, tv, kitchen) and a back half (the bedroom) separated by a hallway (with closets and a bathroom), the bedroom was far back from any street noise and we heard nothing when we were in the bedroom, and nothing loud when we were in the living space.A little more about the location: not only did we have dinner one night across at a restaurant outside the apartment building, but around the corner (a short 1 minute walk away) there was a Carrefour food market we made purchases in a few times and a gelato place we went to too. There were many gelato shops, restaurants, and other shops all around the apartment, and from the apartment, we walked to all the places we wanted to go in Rome (Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Coliseum, even Vatican City, as well as restaurants).We also appreciate that Giulia arranged a ride from the apartment to the airport for us.

This is an outstanding property. Right by Spanish Steps. Plenty of great restaurants and shops close by. Everything for your comfort is here. We fixed breakfast daily and everything needed was there. Landlord was very eager to please and booked our tacos for us

Best suite in Rome.

The unit was very well located near the Spanish Steps. The place was clean and better than expected. The host was amazing and answered all of our questions. She gave great advice on local restaurants and activities. I cannot overstate how wonderful this place was. We stayed three nights at the end of a month in Italy and this was a wonderful way to end our romance in Italy. Highly recommend.

40th Birthday in Rome

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful apartment. The owner Giulia is wonderful, helpful and kind. Communication was immediate. The location is 10/10, everything was within a 10 minute walk. The street is charming, it was clean and modern. I will recommend this to everyone I know and would stay here again :)
