Italian sojourn

Had a great start to our month in Italy with a 5 day stay in Rome. The property was in a good location away from the crowds but still conveniently located. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay in Italy.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay. The apartment is in a great location not far from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. It was perfect for our family of five. The apartment is beautifully fitted out, with great bedrooms and comfy beds and was spotlessly clean. Melissa was super responsive to all our questions. The whole team looked after us brilliantly during our stay.

Weekend in Rome

Property is as described. Great location within walking distance to just about everything. We even walked to Ancient Rome and back without a problem. Great restaurants and shopping steps away.

Outstanding property

This property is perfect for two couples. Each have large comfortable bedroom with ensuite. The apartment is well appointed, secure and in a top notch location. Although a laundry service id available, there is no washing machine or drier. Otherwise perfect.

Fantastic time in Rome

We had a great time during our 4 night stay in Rome. The apartment was perfect for our family of five. It was cleaned daily and had everything my family needed to be comfortable (wifi/air conditioning/beautiful views/and plenty of space). The location was was great and was just a short downhill walk to many popular sites. We often choose to Uber back to the apartment as uphill in the heat was too much! We would definitely stay in this apartment again if our family ever returns to Rome. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Very nice apartment

This is a lovely, spotless apartment with two nice bedrooms with good linens and 3 well-appointed modern bathrooms. The living room is small, but we cared mostly about the bedrooms and bathrooms. The air conditioning was excellent. There is a daily cleaning service, and Melissa was always available for any questions we had. The neighborhood has great restaurants and shopping, and it’s an easy walk to Piazza di Spagna or to the Borghese Gardens. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Modern, Clean, and Spacious

What a great property in a good location to see everything in Rome. Lots of shopping and great restaurants within 5 min walk. It was perfect for our family of 4. This is a high end apartment with an excellent host that ensured our stay was pleasant. We did the hop on hop off bus and there was a stop less than 5 minutes away. It has 3 bathrooms, each with a shower which made mornings move much faster! Book it, you will not be disappointed. 😁

Très bon séjour

Séjour en famille à 4 pour 10 jours. Quartier calme, proche du centre-ville. Bel appartement, idéal pour 4. 3 salles de bain et WC. Personnel très aimable et agréable. Seul petit bémol. La cuisine, avec un frigidaire trop petit et sans congélateur. Pas de machine à laver le linge, mais l’hôte propose un service de blanchisserie tout à fait abordable. Excellent séjour tout de même. Je recommande.

Can’t wait to return!

Melissa am Yvonne were incredible! They met us there and gave us a tour and very easy instructions. Helped us find a parking spot and even took our laundry to their home and did it for us!!! Clean and beautiful apartment with plenty of room for the 5 of us. Easy walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. We used a taxi and van service for Vatican and Colosseum. The Gelateria Excelsior just around the corner is one of our favorites from our Italy road trip (we’ve tried 20+ different locations). Minimart next door is very convenient as is a coffee/pastry shop across the street on the corner. I will stay here again next time I visit Rome.

Amazing property & location

Our stay at this property was the best experience of 15 VRBO rentals in the past 10 years. With a little hesitation of booking VRBO abroad, the owner's responsiveness and other reviews quickly put me at ease. The apartment was spectacular...from the cleanliness, nice amenities, perfect furnishings, technology comforts of home, modern and upscale bathrooms, and great views. Apartment located near upscale hotels, across the street from a coffee shop, and next door to mini-mart. Felt very secure in nice neighborhood. But above all, the hospitality from Melissa and team was perfect. From the texts ensuring we were satisfied, complimentary laundry service, help arranging airport transport, and being there at check-in to show us around, the hospitality was much appreciated. A++

Lovely apartment, great location !!!

The apartment is absolutely beautiful and in a great location. Plenty of room for my teenage boys, husband and me. We loved it. I do recommend asking before about your arrival process. We got there and I didn’t know how ito get in the building. I had to have the driver call. Thankfully, someone came down. It worked out but after an all-night flight, it was a bit stressful wondering how to get in the building. That said, I absolutely recommend this apartment!!! More than 5 stars!

A perfect family vacation!

Our family had an excellent stay in this apartment - on a quiet street, but near a huge park and walkable to many of the main attractions. Lots of wine bars, restaurants, etc nearby too. And the apartment itself is large, comfortably appointed, and so much better for a family than a hotel room (or more likely two). The stay itself was great - Donatella was highly responsive and accommodating leading up to the stay, including arranging for a (fully set up!) crib for our 2 year old. And once we arrived, Melissa was extremely helpful in getting us settled in and dealing with anything that came up, including arranging a taxi to the airport for us at 6am on Christmas Day. And, the daily cleaners were amazing in making the experience low-stress. Overall, a really professional operation. Would definitely recommend this apartment and stay here again ourselves!

An Amazing Property with Amazing Service!!

Bravo! This is an amazing property in a perfect location. However, the most amazing part of this property is the service orientation of the staff. They simply could not do enough for us. I could go on and on about them, just awesome people who love what they do. One example I will give but there are many more. On my own, I booked a taxi to take me to the train station which is only 3 km away. The taxi charged me an extraordinary amount of money. I offhandedly told the team about my experience. They decided on their own to pay for my trip from the apartment to the airport. I didn't know that until I arrived at the airport and the driver told me it was paid for by the owners. Understand, this is the kind of service we experienced. Amazing!! Lastly, the apartment comes with a rooftop terrace which we watched 45 minutes of fireworks on New Year's Eve. Finally, if you are going to Roma, stay here, it is wonderful!! Thank You to the team at 14 Lombardia!!! Well done...

The three of us enjoyed our week long stay at this luxury apartment in Rome. The two bedrooms were very comfortable with a large bed, desk and comfortable chair, smart TV in each room and very spacious bathrooms. We were able to make coffee each morning and relax. We are older travelers and we felt safe walking in the neighborhood and easily found a taxi stand, shopping market close by and several restaurants. There was some noise from the neighborhood bar but it wasn’t too bad. The host, Donatella was very helpful and accommodated our requests. I would definitely stay here if we come back to Rome.
