    El apartamento está situado en Via Giuseppe Ravizza: una calle tranquila y silenciosa. Tiene una entrada independiente de un patio privado. El patio está a disposición de los huéspedes.
    El estudio está en la planta baja. Es un lugar tranquilo y silencioso whrere se puede dormir por la noche.
    Se trata de unos 40sm (con A / C) y consta de sala de estar con una cama Murphy dormir 2, un súper cómodo sofá-cama dormir otros 2, mesa de asientos 4, 32 'LCd totalmente digital TV, reproductor de DVD. Cocina independiente totalmente amueblada, lavadora. Muy grande lujoso y UNICO baño con jacuzzi asientos 2, ducha separada. Toallas y ropa de cama incluido. Todas las utilidades incluidas.     Nunca ha sido más fácil llegar a su casa en Roma desde el aeropuerto de Fiumicino: Saltar en el tren y bajar en TRASTEVERE STATION.
    El apartamento está situado en una zona residencial donde viven personas reales: lejos de la confusión turística cerca del centro de la ciudad. Hay un coutyard privado donde se puede comenzar el día vertiendo y bebiendo su té o café ... calentamiento .... preparándose para lanzarse ... volver al pasado en la Ciudad Eterna.

    Con un paseo de 10 minutos en la línea de tranvía 8 estará en el corazón de Trastevere con sus restaurantes característicos, 'Piazza' llena y nocturna insomne. Si baja en la siguiente parada estará en Largo di Torre Argentina (centro de la ciudad). Desde allí se puede caminar a las principales atracciones de la ciudad: Foro Romano, el Panteón, pasos de España, Piazza Navona, Campo de 'Fiori, Via del Corso, Piazza Venezia, Coliseo, etc

This was our first time in Rome and we had an amazing experience. This place was absolutely perfect for us. Super comfortable and in close proximity to public transportation which is the best method to travel in Rome. David was a great host. He took the time to explain everything to us and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good trip. I would highly recommend this place for 2 people and we might be back!

Sehr schönes Appartment mit großer Terrasse in einer Nebenstraße. Das Bad ist der Hammer.Caffe-Bar, Supermarkt und Restaurants nur 200-400 Meter entfernt. David, der Gastgeber ist sehr engagiert und hilfsbereit, darüber hinaus ein äußerst liebenswerter Menschen. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und werden wiederkommen.

Ideal location

We spent 2 weeks at David’s place and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, we could walk to everything. David was kind and attentive. Highly recommended.

Indeed Lovely Studio

We had a lovely 10 day holiday in Rome. The studio was very convenient, a nice bed, a very lovely yacouzy, especially after doing a lot of walking. Close to public transport to station Trastevere, Trastevere and the city centre. 2 supermarkets, a pizza bakery, a vegetable shopclose by.

Very cozy little apartment

Apartment was in great condition, clean and in a good location near Trastevere Station so transit was very convenient. David was very friendly and responded very quickly if we had an issue

Wärmste Empfehlung

Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, wenn man Rom entdecken möchte. Bushaltestellen sind in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft, ebenso Supermärkte und eine sehr zu empfehlende Pizzeria. Der Vermieter David ist immer erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und hat gute Tipps für Rom und Umgebung. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist einfach aber ausreichend. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Un peu à l’étroit

Convient pour un court séjour de 2-3 jours, nous y étions 10 jours. Immense salle de bain mais petite cuisine et salon. Matelas confortable et bonne pression dans la douche très petite pour un homme un peu grand.David est un hôte vraiment gentil qui répond dans la minute au moindre problème et autres demandes. Transport et commodités tout près.

Super nice place

During summer I had a week course in Rome and stayed at David’s place. He was very welcoming and explained everything well. It was a perfect apartment to stay for 7 days with a cosy living area, full equipped kitchen and an outstanding bathroom. The apartment is located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood close to several public transport options who will bring you in short time to the city centre. The Trastevere railway station is just around the corner and has a direct train to the airport.

Accueil chaleureux par David le propriétaire des lieux. Il est très professionnel et nous explique tout dans l'appartement pour s'y sentir le mieux possible. Il reste disponible si besoin. Sinon le quartier est calme et la ligne de bus est juste à côté et nous emmène partout. Séjour et appartement agréables. On reviendra sans problème. Un grand merci pour tout à David

Wonderful Place

We spent just over 2 weeks in the apartment and had an absolutely wonderful time. The unit was clean, had a big bathroom and was perfect for us. The neighborhood was great and met all our needs during our stay. There is a local market along with a bakery on the corner which is owned by a couple for 50 years. Getting into Rome to see the sites was easy. David was a fantastic owner and is extremely personable and takes pride to ensure everything worked in the apartment and that we had what we need for our stay. We highly recommend his apartment and look forward to returning in the future.

Städtetrip

Nettes Appartement in einer ruhigen Gegend mit Wohnblöcken. Super Erreichbarkeit von Bus und S-Bahn in 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß. Bahnhof ebenfalls nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Sehenswürdigkeiten in maximal 30 Minuten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Beliebtes viertel Trastevere ist auch nicht weit weg. David war ein super netter Gastgeber, immer erreichbar, viele Tipps gegeben. Ankunft und Abreise total unkompliziert. Das Appartement ist klein aber völlig ausreichend. Vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber eben typisch italienisch.Terrasse ebenfalls nett. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder.

Perfect spot to stay when exploring Rome!

The listing is accurate. It is a studio apartment in the local area of Rome. The patio was not available due to construction, but we were informed of that as soon as we booked. Bus & metro transportation worked perfect to get us from here to the Centre of Rome. It was clean & had the best host. David met us outside the apt upon our arrival around midnight & was available the entire time. He provides detailed information to help you explore the city most efficiently! Above & beyond! Great spot to rest your head while you're exploring Rome during the day!

Bonito apartamento

Mi marido y yo hemos pasado unos días en Roma y ha sido una experiencia muy agradable (que sin duda repetiremos). El apartamento de David y su amabilidad ha contribuido a que nuestro viaje fuese un éxito. La vivienda, que se encuentra a unos quince minutos en "tram" (que funciona con una frecuencia envidiable) del pleno centro, es tranquila, acogedora y limpia, con una terraza perfecta para disfrutar de un "relaxing Italian coffee cup". David es un excelente anfitrión que explica perfectamente donde y cómo sacar el máximo partido del viaje. Altamente recomendable.

Romantic Roman Paradise

David's place is just spectacular. He's thought of absolutely everything, from the beautiful bathroom and spa tub, down to the details, like the mosquito repellent wall-plugs. The AirCon was wonderful to come back to in the Rome heat, and we found his place wonderfully situated for a spin into town, a 5 min walk from the closest tram line and a 10 min walk to the closest train station. Trastevere is a great little neighborhood as well, trendy, with good food and not too overrun by tourists. Grazia, David, we hope to return soon!

David's apartment is a very nice place to stay, in a quiet quarter, close to the heart of the city which can be reach in 15-20 minutes by the tram and then it's easy to walk everywhere. The apartment was clean and the jacuzzi in the bathroom is amazing. I definitely recommend this place :-)

Fabulous

David is a fabulous host and is meticulous with detail! From the time of booking until our arrival, David was very informative on how to get around, what to do and see and watch out for. The apartment wad very clean and has an elaborate "Roman Inspired" bathroom that might be bigger than the entire apartment! I highly recommend soaking in the jacuzzi after a long day of walking around and site seeing;) The neighborhood is in the Ostience quarter which is known for its hidden trattorias and after hour enclaves. Its in close walking distance from the metro and buses and 15 min walk from Trastevere. I highly recommend this Airbnb for your next stay in Roma!!

Excellent host and apartment

What else can I say other than David was absolutely amazing. My friend and I had reservations at another Homeaway for our stay in Rome, but unfortunately it fell well below our standards. We decided to start looking for a new place and we stumbled upon David's flat and decided to send him a request. It was around 8:30pm and we weren't sure if he would see our request until the next morning, but we received a response almost right away. It was around 11pm when we met up with David. He was absolutely great about accommodating us at such a late hour. He even stayed around to give us a thorough run down on everything in the apartment (any tricks we might need to know), asked us about our travel plans and gave us recommendations as well as things to watch out for, provided us with a map of all the important waypoints around the apartment (grocery, metro, etc), recommended a couple of apps that would help us with our travel, and was just overall a very warm and welcoming host. As far as the apartment goes, it's a nice little studio with a pullout couch and a Murphy bed, which are both the most comfortable beds we slept on while in Italy; a kitchen that doesn't have a lot of counter space, but the overall organization and gas stove make up for the space; a bathroom that is absolutely amazing. The bathroom is probably the same size as the rest rest of the apartment. It has a massive jacuzzi tub, a shower, plenty of counter space with two sinks, a separate thrown room, and enough floor space for Roman chariot races. As for the exterior, it has a quaint courtyard that you share with another Apartment, but it's separated by a small divider so you don't run into anyone if you don't want to. The apartment is absolutely amazing and way more than what we could have asked for. David's hospitality is one to be rivaled. On a scale of 5 stars, I give David and his apartment 10 stars. I will definitely be staying here next time I come to Rome.

FANTASTIC BATHROOM

We arrived at David's apartment on a Friday afternoon during rush hour. We caught the bus from Rome Termini, and were a bit frazzled. As soon as we stepped into the apartment, the traffic noises faded, and the cool clean roomsmade us feel welcomed. We had read that Trastevere is a vibrant neighbourhood full of ristorantes, pizzarias, live music and lots of atmosphere. We confirmed this for ourselves Friday after we got unpacked. We also found all of Rome to be very walkable. After a day or evening of exploring, it always felt good to return to the peaceful calm of David's apartment and jump into the jacuzzi. Kitchen is set up well to cook, if you wish. Grocery stores and small markets are a short walk from the apartment. All in all a great combination of being within 10 minutes tram ride distance of the many wonders of Rome, being in an exciting neighbourhood, and being able to retreat to the calm of a well appointed apartment at the end of the day.

Will stay here again

David was very lovely and welcoming- he showed us around the area and gave us detailed information about how to get around to all the popular places to site see. The apartment was clean and nice. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Rome!
