Solo puedo dar gracias por tan amable acogida. Nos explicaron con un mapa los recorridos que podiamos hacer, los sitios donde podiamos comer... nos escribian para saber si todo iba bien o necesitabamos algo... super antentos y amable en todo momento. El piso increiblemente precioso, elegante, comodo, limpio... Estoy segura que si volvere a Roma elegire de nuevo este apartamento.

The Loft was way more than expected, pictures don’t do it justice. Very spacious, design and decor was very pleasing. Marco the host was exceptional and very knowledgeable of all the areas nearby. Book this place if you get the opportunity!!! It’s definitely a home away from home.

Marco was an excellent host! Their property was perfect for our family. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It was walking distance to the Vatican, the train station and grocery store. There were so many restaurant and cafe options nearby that were not too touristy. We truly appreciated the hospitality and kind recommendations. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. I highly recommend!

This was an excellent property and in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the metro, 10-15 minute walk to the Vatican, and many restaurant and grocery options near by. This property was perfect for our family of five, it’s very spacious and quiet. As well, Marco was an excellent host, very friendly and provided us with a lot of very useful information for stay. We highly recommend booking property for your stay in Rome!

The loft provided so much beautiful comfortable space to relax and unwind after enjoying all the city has to offer. So wonderful to have the fabulously equipped kitchen with all the appliances and tools to make your own meal that you can easily purchase from the close-by supermarket - should you desire while enjoying a glass of wine at the table or counter or out on the private terrace. Two separate bathrooms with rain shower faucets allow for a nice soaking cleanse. Super convenient to the Metro and Vatican City. Highly recommend a stay here if you are lucky enough to secure a vacancy during your stay in Roma! Thank you so very much Marco and Fabienne!!

The apartment is spectacular. Beautifully designed, comfortable beds, lovely terrace, super functional kitchen. The hosts went above and beyond to support our first time in Rome. Very warm, communicative, and helpful. Location can’t be beat - landmarks, food, coffee all within walking distance. We hope to come back again.

Stylish Loft

What a cool space! The loft is a converted commercial space on the lower level of a residential building and the design and decorating are modern and unique. The master bedroom window is at street level, so we ended up sleeping in the lower bedroom and that worked out well for us. We couldn't have picked a better neighborhood - so close to the Vatican, lively but not too busy. Having access to a washing machine was a real plus too. Marco was a wonderful host - he met us for check-in, provided the info we needed and tips on dining, transportation, etc.

We loved everything about this amazing apartment! Stylish, fun, spacious and classy! So easy to get to just through a door on the Main Street and close to the metro. Comfortable spaces for sitting, eating and multiple comfortable beds for a restful stay. It even has an outside patio off the kitchen! We used the kitchen and found everything we needed. Marco was delightful and met us and gave us lots of valuable information. Loved being near the Vatican.

A Very Special Place

We returned to this property because it is perfection. The accommodations, the hosts, the proximity to wonderful restaurants and patisseries, with public transportation right at the corner, make this place an absolute gem. The apartment is lovely: the outdoor space and the beautifully appointed details make it tempting to just stay and relax, but Rome beckons! And when you have explored her many treasures, the apartment welcomes you back home at the end of the day. Perfetto!

Perfect Loft!

Loft 107 was exactly what we were looking for! The check in process was excellent! Marco and his wife met us there and walked us through everything we needed to know about our stay. They recommended restaurants, shopping and grocery stores.The location was is excellent. Outside of the main tourist attractions but a short walk to the metro and some really good restaurants!The loft is spacious and extremely clean. We highly recommend this for any family looking for a place to spread out and relax after a long day of sight seeing!

Perfect Getaway

Marco and Fabienne were fabulous hosts. Our train arrived early and we got lost trying to find their place. They were very patient with us as our GPS was not working. The apartment was so much better than the pictures online! Their attention to detail was incredible - they are both amazingly creative! We especially enjoyed the garden space. The location was convenient and the nearby restaurants were wonderful! Rome was our 1st stop on a 2 week week tour of Italy. What a great way to begin our adventures in Italy!

One of our favorite VRBO's ever!

Marco was an outstanding host. We have never had such a thorough welcome. We caught an earlier train than anticipated and he was very accommodating with the time change. Much appreciated! He walked us through the apartment and showed us how to work everything. He then gave an overview and written instructions to favorite restaurants in the neighborhood, and direction for things to do. He familiarized us with the overall layout of the city. We had been to Rome before but never in that particular area. Plus, Rome is obviously a big city. When he was done, we really had a good idea regarding general directions. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the furniture is comfortable. The bed was comfortable, showers good with plenty of hot water and strong water pressure. There is a nice large patio in back which we really enjoyed. The whole apartment is airy and roomy. The wifi was good and netflix was included. Truly one of our favorite VRBO's. Highly recommend.

Amazing Apartment....Amazing Hosts!

Our stay exceeded all of our expectations. The location was a short walk to the Vatican and very near the Metro. The apartment beautiful with lots of space for our family of four. The kitchen is very well equipped and having a clothes washer was a huge bonus. Marco communicated well with us prior to our arrival and then gave us a great tour of the apartment as well as information about the area. We had a wonderful stay. Grazie Marco!

Great property in a great location

Ideal property for us--two adults and two nine year olds. Prati is close to public transport and an easy walk to the Vatican but is not in the middle of the core tourism hustle and bustle. The layout of the loft was great for us--kids had their own space, but we could still keep an eye on them. The loft is beautifully designed--mix of traditional and very modern. Everything is mindful and well-executed. Everything is quality--from the appliances to the linens and towels. A/C worked great, which was very much appreciated during the hot Roman summer. Marco was a great host, staying late to share tips on everything from transport to dining options. Nespresso in the kitchen! Overall, a great experience.
