in the heart of Rome, in a building dating back to 2020, the apartment
has a large terrace for spending time outdoors and offers views of the
world`s most picturesque city.
The living room is furnished with an open kitchen, dining room, writing desk, comfortable sofa and TV.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, including 1 double room with a shower room and a hand shower instead of a bidet, 1 triple room with a double bed + a single bed and an en suite shower room, and 1 family room that sleeps 5, consisting of two adjoining rooms and an en suite shower room, with a double bed and three singles .
Two of the rooms have shutters . At La Dimora di Sara there are towels and sheets available.

La
Dimora di Sara is located in the neighborhood between Castro Pretorio
and Termini, a stone's throw from the Castro metro station and just a
10-minute walk from Termini station. The area is central, well served,
characterized by its proximity to university sites such as La Sapienza,
public offices and barracks.
The
area is well connected with all public transportation and strategic to
discover all the beauties that the magnificent Eternal City offers.
In
the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are typical restaurants,
cozy cafes and small local stores. Only 500 m away are the Baths of
Diocletian, the largest baths of ancient Rome, where there is a section
of the National Museum of Rome and Michelangelo`s Charterhouse.
About a 15-minute walk away is the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, among Rome`s four papal basilicas.
The historic center, the true soul of Rome, can be reached by walking. Villa Borghese is about 3 km, the Colosseum and Spanish Steps 2 km, and the Trevi Fountain about 1.5 km.

- Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp.
- No one other than registered guests may enter the apartment, not even for a short period of time.
- It is forbidden to smoke and organize parties.
- The apartment is located in a condominium and  it is forbidden to make noises that could disturb the neighbors between 10pm and 8am.
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.           
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Two bedrooms have blackout curtains, not blinds.
- The master bedroom bathroom does not have a bidet, but it does have a shower
