The colleague kindly asked you to respect the customers of our structure by not making noise early in the morning and not to use rooms and equipment intended for staff. Dear Jhon I am sorry that you have encountered this problem upon your arrival, but several days before your check in we have sent you an email with all the information regarding reception opening hours and codes to open the doors in case of late arrival. The email included my email address, my mobile number and whatsapp contact in case of help. We are also located in a condominium because we are a guesthouse and not a hotel, which is clearly indicated on the site where you booked.
