Old hotel with uncomfortable beds and issues with the bathroom installations, crappy wifi, and poor breakfast. Staff service is decent and the location is ok. I would look for another option around Rome.

We are sorry for the mentioned issues, we will do our best to improve the service. Our breakfast is continental and consists in 2-3 types of ham and cheese, eggs, salad, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, bread, butter, jam, croissants, cakes, juices, etc. and hot beverages, we are sorry you had different expectations.

Buena ubicación, amplia habitación y baño. Bastante limpio, pero poco cuidado en cuanto a ventanas, carpintería, etc. El desayuno muy justo en cuanto a variedad, pero lo que había estaba bien.

Las instalaciones y la ubicación bien. Algunos del personal fueron muy groseros con nosotros, y las cobijas que tenían en el cuarto no estaban limpias.

El estandar italiano es diferente de aquel espanol, lamentamos que no le haya gustado el servicio. Haremos lo posible para mejorar.

Buena y tranquila ubicación. Hotel correcto.
El hotel en términos generales es muy básico, pequeñas zonas comunes, agradables terrazas, pero sus habitaciones son muy pequeñas. Supongo que en verano calientes y un poco agobiantes. El desayuno básico pero aceptable. El personal correcto, poco acogedor, excepto una persona de recepción agradable, muy educado y de excelente trato. La ubicación muy buena.

The hotel was unexpectedly closed. Which was not communicated to us at all-when found out from a note pasted on the door telling us our reservation was transferred to a different hotel. Would’ve been nice to know before dragging our luggage in the opposite direction, but this place failed to communicate anything. Other hotel (Torino) was meh/ok

Senza avvisare
Abbiamo prenotato ma una volta arrivati lì l’hotel era chiuso per ristrutturazione. Fuori la porta c’era un avviso in cui comunicava che le prenotazioni erano tutte spostate all’hotel Torino che era poco distante. Avrei preferito saperlo prima.

De ochtend voor mijn incheck in Viminale kreeg ik bericht dat het hotel een paar dagen gesloten zou zijn voor ontsmetting. Ik werd omgeboekt naar Hotel Gallia, een ander hotel van dezelfde keten (Leonardi Hotels), vlakbij Viminale. De kwaliteit was vergelijkbaar met Viminale en het was zeker niet duur.

Viminale is a classic hotel with history. It has been updated but still has character. The room was very clean, the bathroom sparkled. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread and room were excellent. It is well located within easy walking distance to transportation, the Piazza Republica and the train terminal. I highly recommend it if you are looking beyond the cookie cutter chain hotels.

This place was incredibly disappointing. Whoever claimed this as a 4-star hotel is on something. I'd give it 2.5 stars. Maybe. The cleaning is absolutely bare minimum. Within 5 minutes of checking in I found a bug and a long hair in the bed. Don't think they changed my sheets at all during my 5 night stay. They never gave me more toilet paper or toiletries for the shower. Oh, and the shower! Worst plumbing drainage I have ever seen. You can't take a 5 minute shower without the water overflowing from the shower all over the bathroom floor. They also don't allow guests in your room, which is not communicated beforehand. I tried to have a friend over and was stopped by the desk agent and told they could not come inside. Overall, I just did not feel comfortable here considering I was sold a 4-star experience.

A delightful stay. The room I selected was  a bit small but big enough for me -it was meant for one person. It had a nice LCD television with usb port, which i used to charge my power pack since i did not bring a converter. The bathroom had a bide and the shower had great water flow. Breakfast was ordinary but had the essentials to a start the day and keep you full into the late afternoon hours. The staff were pleasant yet reserved and accommodating . The location is five minutes walking to the termini metro hub and in close proximity to several restaurants and shops. I would totally recommend this place to anyone that is traveling on a budget.

駅からちょっとあるため大きな荷物を持っていくのは大変かもしれません。 近くに飲食店やスーパーが複数あるためご飯には困りません。 荷物のお預け等は親切にしていただけましたが貰ったマップがとてもわかりにくく利用しませんでした(ローマで作ってるマップなのでホテルとは関係ないとは思いますが) 木曜の夜に近くの道路か施設かわかりませんが21時から23時近くまでクラブのような音楽が大音量で鳴っており音がダダ漏れでした。 3泊したうちの1日だけでしたが早く休みたい方にはオススメできません。 シャワー室の排水溝が詰まりかけておりシャワーの水圧は高いのですが全圧かけると直ぐに水が溜まり溢れそうになるため水量を調整しながらでないと使用出来ませんでした。 また、3泊して1日もシャワー室の清掃がされませんでした。 4つ星のホテル？ととても疑問です。 部屋もとても狭くコンセントが洗面台とベッド脇の下の方にしかありません。 電話は線が抜かれていました…笑 有料の飲み物はとても充実しています。 朝食はよくあるブュッフェスタイルでしたがフルーツがないのは初めてでした。 フロントまで階段、部屋までちょっと階段だったので石畳の道を頑張って荷物運んだ後には心にくるものがあるかもしれません。 あと、宿泊税が3泊で18ユーロ取られました。 他都市のホテルでは3泊で7ユーロだったためびっくりしました。 ローマ特有なのかこのホテルだけなのかはわかりません。 次ローマに行くことがあっても利用することはないと思います。 ありがとうございました。

This is a older hotel but with plenty of charm. I was upgrated from a twin bed room to a king! It must have been there were rooms available. Pleasant surprise. The location of the Hotel is very convenient for all forms of transportation. The staff was very helpful!
