Pésimo las habitaciones muy viejas oscuras las sabanas húmedas siempre no se podía dormir por lo mismo el aire acondicionado muy mal, las llaves oxidadas la tina del baño no se iba el agua porque la llave no servía no me gusto para nada el hotel

Excelente ubicación a pocos metros de la Piazza Spagna y todas las tiendas de las grandes marcas de prestigio, glamour y lujo, que tristemente se desvanece al entrar en una habitación cuyo aspecto no era lo más apropiado para el lugar. Obviamente, todos los hoteles clásicos en Italia tienen un encanto especial y son bastante románticos, pero cuando no se cuida ese romanticismo, pasa de clásico a viejo. Excelente limpieza. Excelente servicio, amables e implicados.

Estaba muy bien la ubicacion, pero las habitaciones no se parecen a las que promocionan, un pelin caro para lo que es, pero imagino que es caro por la ubicacion en la que se encuentra. Puntos buenos, la ubicacion. Puntos malos, el estado de la habitacion, el minimo espacio, los baños tienen mas años que cesar (el coliseo y el baño lo hizo el mismo tio)

The hotel looked nothing inside like its web photos, hotel was tired and in need of a revamp. First double room we were given, had kick and scuff marks on the walls, cob webs on walls and broken fixture around central heating control, guest desk was scratched, water marked broken in the joint and cracked tiles in the bathroom, everywhere needed a good lick of paint and new furnishings. After complaining, and I was angry as we paid for a 4* premium room, it felt more like a 2* standard room. Erik agreed to move us the following day, room was much better, but I'd still say an average 3* hotel not 4*. It was excellent for the sights around the hotel and easy walking distance to everything.

Das Hotel ist mehr als in die Jahre gekommen und muss dringend renoviert werden . Da helfen auch die netten Mitarbeiter leider nicht . Die Zimmer sind winzig .

Great hotel with an amazing location. The staff is awesome always willing to help. The only con I have it’s the AC. It does not work and the elevator is tiny. I was able to fit my luggage and myself but if you are plus size you may have to do a couple of trips. Other than that I would definitely stay here again.

Had a nice overnight stay. Viviana was brilliant and she’s always ready help. My room was tiny (single room), I haven’t experienced such a tiny room before but that will remind me never to book a single room again. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The location is excellent. The furnishings, fittings, bathroom and general state of the room is not 4 stars. It was worn, tired and needs some redecorating for sure! Staff were really nice.

Fantastic location, couldn't have asked for a better spot. 2 minutes walk to Trevi Fountain and 3 minute walk to Spanish Steps. Clean but rooms are a little tired.

The Hotel was in a convenient location, great for traveling by foot and not having to pay for taxis. The staff was also very nice, and helped us organize taxis to and from hotel. The hotel itself was the worst part of our trip. The shower was terrible, it had no curtain and only a half glass wall with space under the glass so the water went everywhere when showering. Having to continue to clean up water after every shower was annoying. Also due to half glass wall, could only stand at very corner of shower and had to bathe and use soap while shower was off, could not do both at the same time. The room was run down, and for most of our trip they closed the shutters ruining our view. The hotel definitely needs some TLC.

Hotel is very old and definitely not a 4 star as advertised. The photos shown were definitely not the photos of the room we stayed, we got the dungeon. Bad light one window locked screwed shut the other had a view of water tanks and bird faeces. Curtains were left shut

Lower priced basic hotel in excellent location
Best location in the city with a lower price than other hotels in the vicinity means lowering one's expectations. I have stayed here seceral times, previous time was 4 years ago. This time I had two short stays bookending my trip to Italy. The first visit was awful, but the 2nd visit redeemed the hotel. As others have mentoned, this is no longer a 4 star hotel. During my first trip I was assigned a room on 4th floor which deserved a 1 star. On 2nd trip, the room on 1st floor was more like I remembered, room is more up to date but smaller, no broken fuxtures, wifi works. So ask to stay in the lower floors and avoid the clunky elevator. The hotel is overdue for upgrades, but considering the outeageous hotel prices in Rome these days, this is as good a value one can expect at this most desirable location.

This hotel is in a great location for shopping and restaurants and the Spanish steps. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to a hop-on bus. The staff was always very helpful. We had breakfast once, and it was great.
