Milena, your disappointment is in contrast with the general widespread appreciation of our guests. The services we offer are well publicized and visible to all and it is the first time that a guest complains so much. In the absence of an internal restaurant, our staff is available for deliveries of a quick dinner and it is always possible to purchase snacks, drinks and beverages at any time. Why then complain about the pool if at least 20 days in Rome it rains and it's cold? Then the park is there for all to see and our guests appreciate the Boomerang Hotel for its greenery and relaxed atmosphere. We regret that you could not appreciate all this.
