Holiday House of luxury in the heart of the historical center of Rome

  • In a prestigious building dell'700 our luxury apartment is located in the historic center of Rome just 100 meters from the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. It 'an apartment of 50 sqm with kitchen, dining area, large bedroom with double bed and double sofa bed, bathroom with anti bathroom that has two sinks and a large shower. Restored with quality materials, with hardwood floors, original ceilings with wooden beams. It is situated on the third floor without elevator, is equipped with all amenities, heating, air conditioning, Internet, 2 TV of which a 40 inch, toiletries and hair dryer and kitchen supplies, kettle, Nespresso machine, linens and towels.

    The tourist tax is 6 euros per person per night and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
    For check-in after 10 pm, a supplement of 25 euros is required in cash upon arrival.

Joey is THE MOST THOUGHTFUL, COMMUNICATIVE HOST! We loved that he checked in every day to see if we needed anything. Great location. Loved everything about the property!

This beautiful, luxurious and serene apartment was one of the best we have ever stayed in. It is close to attractions such as the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and the Borghese Gallery, yet is tucked away quiet and peaceful. The finishes create a luxury feel. We received great support and communication from Joey. Nice shops and cafes nearby. Highly recommend!

We had a very nice stay at the Holiday House in Rome. It is right around the corner from the Spanish Steps and shopping. If you enjoy walking the neighborhoods you are within 25 minutes walk of all major tourist destinations. Joey was a great host and an excellent communicator. Enjoy with peace of mind.

Great home base for Rome! Much more spacious than a hotel! Nice neighborhood near 2 metro stops. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Great location

Joey and John were very helpful hosts. The place is clean and comfortable. Really convenient location. Lots of stairs to climb up to the apartment.

Great property!

This is a wonderful place to stay. It’s just as pictured and really clean and nice. Only thing to note, is if you are traveling with a good bit of luggage, this is not ideal as it’s on the 3rd floor and requires you to walk up/down 5-6 flights of stairs. Overall great property.

Great location

My family and I stayed here while we were in Rome. It was a clean apartment located within walking distance of all the major attractions. We appreciated the amenities, especially the iron and coffee maker. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Beautiful Apartment

Excellent location. Joey is fantastic. Would definitely stay there again. The street noise was nonexistent, which in Roma can be rare. Amazingly clean and well appointed.

Stylish, comfortable, convenient

The host was easily reached, gracious, incredibly helpful and efficient. The apartment was beautiful, fabulously decorated, clean and comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better—- quiet with a beautiful garden view but so close to everything.

Wonderful little apartment!

Joey contacted us before arrival, so he could be there when we checked in and carried my suitcase up all the stairs. It is a very large one bedroom apartment and the location is wonderful, right near the Spanish Steps. Very comfortable bed and shower. Lots of room to spread out, and the air conditioner worked great, for our siesta in the middle of the very hot day. We highly recommend this apartment.

the vrbo was really nice and clean - great location - the hosts were great - just a little frustrating to not have hosts available close by - husband got sick and air stopped working for a bit - would have been nice if they could be there to help - but with a few phone calls back and forth we did get it back on and running - would stay again

What a beautiful apartment! The host was so kind and greeted us at check in & even helped us carry the luggage up. Perfect location. Super clean! Also, book a golf court tour. They’ll pick you right up at the door!

Perfect rome

Best area in Rome to stay, 60 metres from the parking station. coffee shop & convenience store right across the road & a short walk to tourist attractions & restaurants. Fantastic unit for two people, spacious, clean & well appointed. Our host Joey could not be more helpful & even had a bottle of bubbles waiting for us on our arrival.
