Location: Our apartment offers a prime location just a stone’s throw from Trastevere, the Giardino degli Aranci, and the Circus Maximus. The “Piramide” Metro Line B station is just a 7-minute walk away, allowing you to explore Rome quickly and conveniently.
Space Features: This apartment is a completely NON-SMOKING property.

Bedroom 1: Sleeps 2 in a comfortable king-size bed (160x200) with a 25 cm mattress.
Bedroom 2: Sofa bed (140x190) that sleeps 2.
Bathroom: The bathroom features a lovely shower stall with an integrated panel, a hair dryer, a heated towel rack, and an LED-lit mirror. We provide soft, generously sized towels and various amenities for your comfort.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need, including an induction cooktop, a combination microwave with grill, a refrigerator/freezer, a range hood, a toaster, a kettle, and a complete set of pots, pans, dishes, and silverware.

- Please note that the entire property is NO SMOKING – SMOKING IS PROHIBITED
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, even with the windows open or while leaning out the window.

PET-FRIENDLY:
- Small pets are allowed in the property 🐶 (a €20 surcharge applies for large pets.)
