The interior space is organized as follows:



- LIVING AREA with a round bed, nightstands, a table with dining chairs, a reading nook with an armchair, and a projector;

- KITCHEN AREA with an induction cooktop, 10-inch HD TV, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils;

- BATHROOM with walk-in shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- BALCONY with washing machine.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Rome Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.



The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you can gain access to the apartment on your own using the personal link we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.



Note: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



If you encounter any problems, Customer Care is available only until 11:30 PM.



The apartment is located in the heart of Trastevere’s nightlife, Rome’s bohemian neighborhood, home to countless trattorias and restaurants that serve traditional Roman cuisine. There are also bars and pubs that fill up with young people in the evening, particularly around Piazza Callisto and Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere.

The location is ideal for exploring the capital on foot and immersing yourself in the true Roman spirit.
