Host/co-hosts were awesome from the first booking, all through the process! Always responsive and helpful, explaining everything. Assisted with anything we needed-provided great recommendations for food/etc in the house guide. House was beautiful and clean. Huge fruit basket was enjoyed and water, coffee, milk, juice, etc were so appreciated. Beds and linens comfortable and luxurious. Location was the BEST. Walked to most all attractions. Lots of room to enjoy family in living spaces and dining areas, and tons of toys and child accessories appreciated by our toddler. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure for all to shower. Two washers, one dryer, and lots of hangers and a drying rack. Fully-stocked kitchen. Reliable transports to and from airport. Lovely windows and light. Quaint views. Plenty of restaurants, grocery store, and coffee shops a few steps away. Lift was great for luggage and toddler. Three bathrooms and showers and toiletries/supplies. Building was historic and beautiful. The apartment and hosts made our first trip to Rome so nice. Thanks! (Great map of city hanging on entry wall!)

Beautiful apartment in a fabulous location near the Pantheon. Lots of shopping and food within walking distance. Check in with Romina was efficient and she was very helpful with reservations and easy explanations of how to use everything in the home. Definitely recommend!

This was an absolutely incredible apartment. We all loved it. Our family of seven stayed comfortably and enjoyed our time there. The hosts were incredible, leaving snacks and wine. We cannot recommend this highly enough! We would love to stay here again!

Perfect Rome Apartment

From start to finish, we loved everything from the check-in process to the apartment and the location! It was perfect for us to get to all the tourist spots in Rome and there is a local express store down the street which had everything we needed. Plus, there was a space for everyone. Additionally, I was impressed with the cleanliness as well as the level of care. I will say the AC was good for European standards! We will be staying here again the next time we are in Rome! Thank you again for the wonderful stay!

Perfect place and location

My family of five had a wonderful three nights stay at this beautiful place that is very well located to many attractions. Massimo, the owner, was very quick to respond to all of my requests beforehand, and I never needed to reach out to him while we were there because everything was so thoughtfully planned out ahead of time by him and his staff. He was kind enough to provide all kinds of fruit, drinks, and more coffee, and espresso than we were able to drink. Pictures and listing very accurate. Never heard any outside noise once in the villa.

A Perfect Home Base for Our Family Wedding in Rome

Excellent Choice!

We stayed here upon our arrival to Italy for the first leg of our trip. The hosts were amazingly helpful, flexible and accommodating. They set up all of our transfers and provided great recommendations for restaurants, groceries and activities. The apartment was a perfect size, very clean, equipped with anything we would need including slippers, a welcome fruit basket, water and wine! Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment with amenities!

My husband and I and our grown children loved this apartment! Very clean, very easy to access (the building even has a small elevator), and the hosts were wonderful! They left us bottled water, snacks, a full fruit basket and a bottle of wine! They are quick to respond to any questions and even arranged our transport to and from the airport (we paid separately for this). Couldn't ask for more!

Spring Break Trip

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Rome. It is centrally located to many sights- it's steps away from the Pathenon and there are some great cafes right around the corner where you can grab your morning (or afternoon) coffee. The apartment was the perfect size for our group of 5 people.

Perfect Location with Excellent Host

Our family of 7 adults stayed for 4 nights and this VRBO was perfect for our needs. The location is excellent for exploring the city. The apartment had everything for a comfortable stay to feel like home. The hosts gave us recommendations for restaurants and arranged transportation as needed. Amazing Location

The property was clean and well stocked with most provisions. The location was amazing. Very close to great coffee, grocery and taxi stand. The sad thing was it was advertised as having two washing machines and a dryer. For 10 people staying a week to find out on day 2 that the dryer did not work and could not be fixed was a bummer. To be told that a drying rack was provided instead of a dryer as advertised was a problem. They did communicate with me, they did send someone to look at the dryer. They had a good excuse, but they did not fix the dryer. Just be sure to ask if it is fixed before you arrive if you book. One of the washers worked great, the other did not wring clothes out and leaked.

Amazing apartment for a Rome Wedding Family Stay

This is an amazing apartment in an incredible location that is extremely family friendly for all age groups. We stayed in this apartment for four nights while in Rome for a wedding. We have three children (5,8, and 9) and my mother traveled with us. This apartment is incredible! We have rented VRBOs all over the world, and this was one of the best. The apartment is professionally run so everything from arranging airport transfers to hair appointments for the wedding to the check-in was very simple and reasonable. The apartment itself was very well equipped, especially with items for children from infants up, including some toys and games which our kids enjoyed. It is also one level with an elevator for older folks and toddlers! The stairs up are quite lengthy but a good post-pasta march. We had an issue getting English language stations, and the host responded immediately. The location of the apartment is also perfect for exploring all of Rome, most of which is easily walkable with buses located close by for further locations. Overall, this was one of the better VRBOs we have ever rented, and would recommend it with enthusiasm.

Wonderful stay steps from the Pantheon!

Pantheon Palazzo Nari was our last stay on a 12-night trip to Italy, and we ended on a high note. It was spacious and clean and the most modern place we stayed at. The beds were firm but comfortable and the bathrooms were by far the most spacious of the places we stayed at on our trip. There were kitchen essentials and snacks for us when we arrived, and check-in was a breeze. It was a historic building with a lift up to our place on the third floor (thank goodness!). The location is awesome. It is basically around the corner from the Pantheon and also near Largo di Torre Argentina. There are TONS of restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. Most of the major sites are a very reasonable walking distance away, and the stay is about a block from Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, which is a major artery through Rome and thus there are a lot of bus routes that have stops very close by. The room layout was perfect for our large family. I would highly recommend this stay for a large group in Rome.

This is only a few minutes walk from the Parthenon. The apartment is very large and has every resource imaginable. Absolutely perfect for a karge family or group. Fantastic stay near the Pantheon

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Our host Max, not only book all our transportation from the airport and to the port, but also helped us reschedule when one of our party was affected by the crowdstrike fiasco. The property itself is very centrally located and we were able to reach all the spots we wanted just walking. It's and old building, but the property is restored beautifully and the beds were very comfortable. There is AC in all the bedrooms, living room and kitchen. We were traveling with a one year old, and the apartment had everything we needed for him to sleep, eat and be entertained for a few minutes. I would definitely come back if traveling with a large group to Rome again.
