We stayed here upon our arrival to Italy for the first leg of our trip. The hosts were amazingly helpful, flexible and accommodating. They set up all of our transfers and provided great recommendations for restaurants, groceries and activities. The apartment was a perfect size, very clean, equipped with anything we would need including slippers, a welcome fruit basket, water and wine! Highly recommend!

My husband and I and our grown children loved this apartment! Very clean, very easy to access (the building even has a small elevator), and the hosts were wonderful! They left us bottled water, snacks, a full fruit basket and a bottle of wine! They are quick to respond to any questions and even arranged our transport to and from the airport (we paid separately for this). Couldn't ask for more!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Rome. It is centrally located to many sights- it's steps away from the Pathenon and there are some great cafes right around the corner where you can grab your morning (or afternoon) coffee. The apartment was the perfect size for our group of 5 people.

Our family of 7 adults stayed for 4 nights and this VRBO was perfect for our needs. The location is excellent for exploring the city. The apartment had everything for a comfortable stay to feel like home. The hosts gave us recommendations for restaurants and arranged transportation as needed. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

The property was clean and well stocked with most provisions. The location was amazing. Very close to great coffee, grocery and taxi stand. The sad thing was it was advertised as having two washing machines and a dryer. For 10 people staying a week to find out on day 2 that the dryer did not work and could not be fixed was a bummer. To be told that a drying rack was provided instead of a dryer as advertised was a problem. They did communicate with me, they did send someone to look at the dryer. They had a good excuse, but they did not fix the dryer. Just be sure to ask if it is fixed before you arrive if you book. One of the washers worked great, the other did not wring clothes out and leaked.

This is an amazing apartment in an incredible location that is extremely family friendly for all age groups. We stayed in this apartment for four nights while in Rome for a wedding. We have three children (5,8, and 9) and my mother traveled with us. This apartment is incredible! We have rented VRBOs all over the world, and this was one of the best. The apartment is professionally run so everything from arranging airport transfers to hair appointments for the wedding to the check-in was very simple and reasonable. The apartment itself was very well equipped, especially with items for children from infants up, including some toys and games which our kids enjoyed. It is also one level with an elevator for older folks and toddlers! The stairs up are quite lengthy but a good post-pasta march. We had an issue getting English language stations, and the host responded immediately. The location of the apartment is also perfect for exploring all of Rome, most of which is easily walkable with buses located close by for further locations. Overall, this was one of the better VRBOs we have ever rented, and would recommend it with enthusiasm.

Pantheon Palazzo Nari was our last stay on a 12-night trip to Italy, and we ended on a high note. It was spacious and clean and the most modern place we stayed at. The beds were firm but comfortable and the bathrooms were by far the most spacious of the places we stayed at on our trip. There were kitchen essentials and snacks for us when we arrived, and check-in was a breeze. It was a historic building with a lift up to our place on the third floor (thank goodness!). The location is awesome. It is basically around the corner from the Pantheon and also near Largo di Torre Argentina. There are TONS of restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. Most of the major sites are a very reasonable walking distance away, and the stay is about a block from Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, which is a major artery through Rome and thus there are a lot of bus routes that have stops very close by. The room layout was perfect for our large family. I would highly recommend this stay for a large group in Rome.

This is only a few minutes walk from the Parthenon. The apartment is very large and has every resource imaginable. Absolutely perfect for a karge family or group. We had a wonderful stay at this property. Our host Max, not only book all our transportation from the airport and to the port, but also helped us reschedule when one of our party was affected by the crowdstrike fiasco. The property itself is very centrally located and we were able to reach all the spots we wanted just walking. It's and old building, but the property is restored beautifully and the beds were very comfortable. There is AC in all the bedrooms, living room and kitchen. We were traveling with a one year old, and the apartment had everything we needed for him to sleep, eat and be entertained for a few minutes. I would definitely come back if traveling with a large group to Rome again.

We have just returned from a ten day visit to Rome. Our apartment, beautifully maintained and perfectly situated on a quiet side street near the Pantheon, gave us a wonderful base of operations for the many sights to see. Our host Max was extremely welcoming, from the stocking of the kitchen to assistance with transfers to and from the airport. We would strongly recommend this property to anyone going to Rome. Although our party was entirely made up of adults, I think this would work very well for families with children as well.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Massimo’s property for 4 nights in Rome. I can’t say enough good things about this place! The location was phenomenal- we walked everywhere from the Colosseum to the Vatican and even day tripped to Naples. The apartment was spacious enough for our family of four to spread out - having 3 bathrooms was a major win!! The check in process was quick and easy- they even arranged a car for us from the airport to the apartment. The hosts were wonderful, responsive and thoughtful. I highly recommend this property - especially if you are traveling with a bigger group. I hope we will return again someday!

Just back from a short stay at this property. We were three couples and the apartment was perfect for what we wanted. Note the stairs - you have to be up for those - but as long as you are cool with that piece the rest of this place is great. It is an excellent location and the property and amenities are everything you'd want. Most importantly to me - these are people that greet you coming and going and make sure you are all set and enjoyed your stay. To me that is a real indicator of a host that is proud of their property and will stand behind it. Highly recommend!
