The host did not clean prior to our arrival, the bed sheets were slept in, the towels were piled up, the bathmats were still moist on the floor. Trash had not been emptied. To make matters worse, the first door would not unlock, the wifi connected door knob activated, but would release the latch. A 6 year old child was boosted through the unsecure 1st floor window to gain access and open the door from the inside. The owner was unapologetic. His local manager was kind, but there no way to gain our first day back after such a frustrating event. On top of all this, the pictures make it look like a show place, it is not, the layout is weird, bathrooms tight, and feels dingy in real life.
