We (6 people) were extremely pleased with this apartment. The check in process was problem-free and extremely simple.
We were allowed to check in early as we had requested which really accommodated our busy schedule. Its listing is very accurate with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, more than enough beds (6+) and a pool table which provided a great way to wind down from a busy day visiting the sites! The AC, kitchen appliances, windows, doors, locks, water services and building elevator were all in proper working order. The apartment was supplied with enough towels, pillows, and toilet paper and was very clean and organized. The apartment was not only elegant and spacious but also perfectly situated close to a bus stop and metro station which made traveling easy. Additionally, only steps away, we had the Roxy Bar that made the best morning espresso and cappuccino coffees and pastries, and a few steps from the bar was Nino's, a perfect place to grab a quick and delicious bite to eat for lunch or supper. Further to this, was Enrico, our host, who was an absolute gentleman and was genuinely interested in making sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. We truly felt special as his invited guests. He was available and came to see us during our stay. He accommodated our requests and was very helpful in providing touristic information such as places to visit, the best ways to get there, and some restaurants to enjoy. In fact, Enrico also helped us on the day we were leaving. Our private shuttle to the airport had gotten canceled and when he came by and saw us standing in the lobby with our baggage trying to book a taxi, he quickly helped us by first inviting us back into his apartment, and then immediately calling one of his contacts and arranging for a private pick up, which got us to the airport with time to spare! Enrico is a kind and outstanding gentleman and we appreciated all of his help, professionalism, courtesy and hospitality. We highly recommend this apartment and we will definitely look no further the next time we are in Rome. Thank you.
