Belissimo

Ferdy and Marina have created a beautiful home. Their eye to detail is exceptional and the apartment is well appointed and a sanctuary from the business of the hustle and bustle of outside. With parking outside, restaurants and the Vatican town close by we loved staying at Ferdy and Marina's home and are sure you will love it too.

Great location for a trip to Rome

Ferdinando and Marina are super lovely hosts, everything went very well with them. The apartment is very nice and equipped with everything you need. The balcony is a great place to have breakfast or a glass of wine. The apartment is a great starting point to visit the city. Loved our stay there :)

Perfect Apartment near the Vatican

This apartment was the perfect size for my friends and I to stay comfortably in during our visit to Rome! It was only a short walk to St. Peter's Basilica which we went to often which was perfect for us. The check-in process was simple and Ferdinando and Marina were good communicators and easy to reach if we had questions. They are both very good and kind people! It was absolutely lovely to be here and call it home during our trip.

Beautiful place to stay! The apartment is very clean, quiet, nicely decorated and very comfortable. It is a close walk to St Peter's Square and easy access to the bus route. The couple are an absolute delight! They go above and beyond to help with any questions. Would love to go back! What a wonderful experience!

Wonderful host

Due to my flight schedule I had a late arrival and the host stayed up to greet me at the location. The host provided a map After meeting the host they gave me a map, provided local recommendation, and informed us how to navigate the city. Excellent host, excellent recommendation, and highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Nice apartment close to the Vatican

Nice, modern apartment conveniently located close to the Vatican. It is away from the main tourist area but easy to walk everywhere. It was quiet and clean and had everything we needed to stay for a week. Marina was a very helpful host and quick to respond to all of our questions.

Hervorragende Ferienwohnung !

Bei dieser Wohnung ist, unserer Meinung nach, so gut wie alles perfekt. Angefangen bei den ausgesprochen freundlichen Vermietern. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt an einer sehr ruhigen Privatstrasse. Wir haben dort sehr gut geschlafen. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß die nächste Bushaltestelle und eine Taxistation. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 300 Meter entfernt. Den Petersplatz ereicht man zu Fuß in ca 7 Minuten. Die perfekte Destination um von dort aus Rom zu erkunden.

Perfektes Domizil !!

Die angebotene Wohnung entspricht in allen Details dem Inserat! Sie liegt zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig im 5. Obergeschoss. Ein Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist groß genug für 3-4 Personen, besitzt insgesamt 3 Balkone. Sie ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, vollständig ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Bei unserer Anreise hat uns Marina sehr herzlich empfangen und uns gleich viele sehr nützliche Tipps zu Rom gegeben. Schon im Vorfeld war sie stets hilfsbereit und hat alle unsere Fragen beantwortet. Marina war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Die Kommunikation in Englisch hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Wohnung eignet sich wunderbar für die Erkundung von Rom. Sie liegt lediglich 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Petersdom entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle ist lediglich 2 Minuten entfernt. Wir haben nahezu alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreicht. Unser Fazit: Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Rom gehabt. Einen großen Anteil daran hatte auch die schöne Wohnung von Marina! Vielen Dank!

Quiet, beautiful and homey

Beautiful apartment near St Peters Square. The apartment is tastefully furnished and very comfortable. Marina is an amazing host. She and her husband helped us with a travel problem and arranged for a ride from the airport. The neighborhood is quaint with great eateries, local markets and laundry service. Bus and taxi service very convenient. Thank you Marina.

Wonderful!!!!!!

We couldn't have hoped for a better place to spend a week in Rome! The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped, and charming. We were only a few minutes walk from St. Peter's, and only a block from a bus stop that provided easy access to all of Rome's attractions. Our host, Marina, responded quickly to questions, and even provided us with cake and a bottle of wine to welcome us to Rome. Highly recommend this rental!

Super Wohnung im Herzenn von Rom

Nach der Ankunft in Rom wurden wir von Marina und ihrem Ehemann am Flughafen sehr freundlich begrüßt und zur Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Vatikan gefahren. Dieser Service war natürlich kostenpflichtig, jedoch viel günstiger als Taxi oder gar Limousinenservice. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gut und modern eingerichtet. Es hat uns Freude bereitet, hier den einwöchigen Aufenthalt in Rom verbringen zu dürfen. Durch die Lage der Wohnung hin zur aurelianischen Mauer war vom Verkehrslärm wenig zu hören. Insgesamt hat uns unser Aufenthalt in Marinas Apartment sehr gefallen. Hervorzuheben sind die Freundlichkeit von Marina und ihrem Ehemann. Für uns ist Marinas Wohnung bei einem weiteren Besuch Roms allererste Wahl

Roman Adventure

My husband and I came to Rome for a week long stay in August 2021 and really enjoyed this apartment. It was just as described in the listing in a nice quiet neighborhood close to the Vatican. The air conditioning worked great and we were so glad it did! Bed was comfortable and other amenities were as listed. The 64 bus has a stop just a block up the street that took us to Downtown Rome. The subway is about a 20 minute walk way from the Metro and the apartment is on the opposite side of where the Vatican Museums are. If you are not in shape, it may be more walking than you want to do. Overall, the hosts were wonderful to work with, gave us good tips and made us feel very welcome. Great experience!

Lovely spot a block from the Vatican

Our hosts could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The apartment is very cozy and perfect for a visit where you want to eat all of your meals out at the many restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. The place is spotless, bed is comfortable. And you can see the Vatican from the balcony.

Perfect stay in January

We had a fantastic stay in this perfect apartment. It matches both the pictures and the description, and it is spotless clean and very well equipped. The hosts, Marina and Fernandino did meet us upon arrival and introduced us to the apartment. They also introduced us to Roma in general. They even checked in during our stay to ask in we where OK. The apartment is very close to the Vatican and within walking distance to most scenic places. Even though, it is quiet without any traffic noice. The hosts where very helpfull with information before we arrived and also they arranged transportation to airport for our home journey. We can only recommend this apartment and if we ever come back to Rome, we stay there again for sure.

Amazing!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable apartment with great views in a convenient location. 5 minute walk from St. Peter’s Basilica and short walk from bus stations that take you to all major tourist attractions. Marina went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Will definitely come back if we are in Rome again!

A peaceful oasis in a lovely neighborhood!

My husband and I stayed at the flat for two and a half weeks and couldn't have been happier! It's in a quiet residential neighborhood, but with restaurants, and lovely food stores nearby. A short walk to St. Peter's, and easy walking distance to other parts of the city as well. The flat itself is lovely; clean and modern, recently updated . Although it was winter, the weather was good enough on a few days to enjoy some time on the three small balconies, and when it was colder, the apartment was toasty warm and cozy. We like to cook and found the kitchen to have everything we needed. The bathroom is also tastefully updated with a small shower and excellent water pressure. The host is wonderful; she is provided excellent information on how to reach the apartment, great tips for enjoying the area, and even arranged a nice car service for our trip back to the airport. On Sundays there is an open air market a few streets away and a chance to enjoy some food from other areas of Italy. At night, the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and the bedroom has an atmosphere of spacious serenity. Really, we can't say enough good things about our experience and will return to the flat when we come back to Roma!

Wonderful place to stay

We were delighted with the whole experience. The location is ideal - so close to the Vatican yet with all the basic necessities just around the corner (restaurants, cafes, grocery store, laundry & a gelato place!). The flat was very clean, airy, and remarkably quiet for being in the heart of such a bustling city. Our hosts were very gracious, and were diligent about ensuring our arrival and departure went smoothly but also checking in during the week to make sure we were comfortable and didn't have any additional needs or concerns. Ruhige Oase ganz nah bei St. Peter

Gemütliche Wohnung ganz nah an vielen Highlights von Rom und direkt dran am Szene-Viertel Trastevere. Durch die Lage in einer Privatstraße ist sie sehr ruhig. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich.
