Es un edificio antiguo, aunque la habitación no era mala, simplemente que los servicios no están incluidos, prácticamente te rentan un cuarto en donde lo único que hacen es darte toallas limpias, no hacen la cama, ni limpian y mucho menos sacan la basura de la habitación No es mala opción, pero les falta mejorar bastantes aspectos, en especial en la atención al cliente. Pd. No hay recepcionista o personal que te apoye, yo solamente la vi una vez y fue para cobrarme el tax, de ahí en fuera nunca apareció

ES UNA ESTAFA
De lo peor. NO SE LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE. Me han dejado fuera del hotel sin donde dormir porque he demorado 10 minutos en llegar. La chica NUNCA me envío la información correcta de la dirección y lo peor es que apagó su teléfono y no contestó nunca más. ES UNA ESTAFA

THE PROPERTY IS NOT WHAT THEY PRESENT ON EXPEDIA, THE WAY TO ENTRY TO THE HOTEL IS VERY BUSY, IT IS IMPERSONAL AND YOU HAVE TO DO A STUDY TO GET TO THE ROOM. THE STAY IS NOT AT ALL PLEASANT, EVERYTHING IS FULL OF NOTICES, INSTRUCTIONS, AND STEPS TO FOLLOW FROM THE TIME YOU ENTER THE BUILDING UNTIL YOU ARRIVE AND LEAVE (CHECK OUT) THE ROOM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

We stayed for a night when we arrived in Rome. We had a late check-in around 2130 and they made it very easy with great instructions. It was close to everything and they allowed us to keep our backpacks there the next day while we toured the city! Highly recommend

Second time coming to Clementi 18 and everything was perfect! The room was great and the staff was amazing! Will most definitely come back soon. The building is very well situated and easy to access from the airport.

Excellent location. Near Vatican, piazza novona etc. Great communication and room cleaned daily. There was a safe too which was great.

There is literally no internet connection in the room. It is hard to say, the wifi is bad, is almost useless, especially at night. As a tourist who needs internet for trip planning, I can endure if the wifi is bad, but I cannot tolerate even my own mobile data in the room has been limited to 2G too!! Worst experience in rome. Many details in the room was not taken care of. There is no toilet roller holder beside the toilet bowl, clothes hanger in the toilet is small and limited. Room itself is small. There is previous customer hair in the towel. Location wise it is good. Other than that, really bad experience.

Good location. Clean. Lack of counter space in bathroom. No where to hang towels in bathroom. Air con did not keep room cool enough. Celine was great. Great customer service.

Flight came in at 3am and the instructions to check in were perfect. Nice restaurants across the street and around the corner. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the tub which they fixed promptly. I enjoyed my stay.

The only complaint about this stay was the parking. Street parking was extremely hard if not impossible to come by and using the suggested parking garage was very expensive. Other than that it was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Selina (manager) was great! Customer service oriented. Answered all questions and helped us get taxis. Check in for an non-european is more complicated but doable. Location was just ok. Restaurant across the street is loud on the weekends. Unusual hotel.

The staff was very helpful. Our safe was not working and they immediately took care of it. A/C worked very well. The location was great for walking to all the major attractions. Only drawback was no coffee in room, but cafe right around the corner was great for breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

This was not the stay we were expecting based on the photos/description and the reviews of others. There was nobody there when we arrived during the “staffed hours” and we didn’t see a soul working there until the morning we checked out. No housekeeping. The “minibar” had one bottle of water inside, nothing else and was not replenished. They also had plastic picnic cups in the room - no wine glasses or water glasses. The room itself wasn’t terrible but was not in the best shape. The walls were dirty/stained and cracked in some places, the comforter was old and pilled and the leather of the headboard as peeling off. We had just stayed in a boutique-style hotel advertised similarly to Clementi 18 (priced similarly as well) in Naples and it was beautiful! It had the best service, breakfast every morning, coffee maker and fully stocked minibar in the room, etc. so we had high expectations and we’re extremely disappointed to say the least. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone to be honest.

We were more than happy with Clementi 18 Suites! Very nice and clean room, friendly reception and everything worked fine without any complications, even our late self-check-in. The accomodation is perfectly located in the center of Rome and everything was in walking disctance (between 10 and 30 minutes). We never used any transportation and walked everything so we saw a lot of beautiful Rome. Washing saloon is located next to the accomodation as well a several Cafés and Restaurants, where you can get delicious coffee and breakfast or food. Our Rome trip was absolutely perfect with Clementi 18 Suites! Highly recommended!
