Non essendoci indirizzi email volevo segnalare che la struttura non e' attiva pur avendo ricevuro la conferma della prenotazione sono andata sul posto,con a seguito 2 bimbi e ho trovato cancellocjiuso.Ho provato a chiamare sia la struttura che il serv clienti expedia ma non sono riuscita a parlare con nessuno. soltamto alle 21.38 la struttira mi manda email di prenotazione cancellata. trovo tutto cio' scandaloso e da un portale come expedia ,conodciuto in tutto il mondo ,non posso tollerare che possano accadere coste di queso tipo. ci si affida acquesti diti proprio x essere tranquilli e invece e' staro un disastro! Pretendo delle spiegazioni da expedia!

Ci ritorneremo di sicuro
Location veramente incantevole, immersa nel verde e provvista di due piscine che il gestore, molto cortese ed educato, mette a disposizione dei suoi ospiti. Unica nota stonata le camere un pò vecchiotte e non tanto pulite, dovuto alla natura del posto. Ci ritorneremo di sicuro.

The grounds on the property were quite lovely, Dil was very hospitable. Checking in can be problematic if you are not checking in at agreed upon time. Gate is closed and there isn't a code to punch in to give you access.

Beautiful setting
Visited family and stayed here a couple of nights, lovely place with all the amenities you could want, don’t expect room service but if you want an apartment with cooking facilities and a pool local to the beach this place is ideal!

Beautiful grounds
The driveway was hard to navigate but the hosts were charming and assisted us in finding local markets. Opera singers there a couple of days. Nice treat hearing them practice.

Stupid Google maps!
We have been travelling Italy for 3 weeks and have ran into this trouble very often. Sure google knows where it is but sometimes takes us down a goat trail to get there. In this case the closed road took us to a gate that had no intercom and the phone number on your site was wrong. We were just leaving and another guest noticed us and let us enter. The facility was incredible but needed lots of staff to spruce it up and bring it back to life. MY 1 BIGGEST COMMENT The host should have access to our email address to give us specific directions and check in information!! Communication is the key

Perfekt för familjesemester
Ett underbart avstressande ställe där vi njöt av 7 dagars semester. Man bör ha bil då det inte finns någonting annnat på gångavstånd. Perfekt ställe att utifrån om man vill upptäcka Rom, havet och vackra bergsbyar. Ägaren är fantastiskt hjälpsam och vänlig.

Super vacances en famille
Super séjour en famille les enfants ont adoré le magnifique jardin. Très pratique avec la cuisine. Piscine ouverte qu à partir de fin avril. Trés calme. Proche de plusieurs sites touristiques . Rome a 20 minutes en train

Ikke lige os
Stedet havde en meget kedelig beliggenhed. Værelserne var meget små og mørke. Wifi nåede ikke værelserne. Kun en meget lav børnepool måtte bruges. Aircondition var meget ineffektiv. Vi skulle haveværet der i 6 nætter, men rejste efter en enkelt nat.

Proche de Rome, d'Ostie, de Tivoli, des Castelli romani (Gandolfo,...) et de la mer et ses plages. Appartement équipé au milieu d'un verger verdoyant, fleuri, chantant (Huppes, martinets,...). 2 piscines. Très calme. Dans les champs. Ville de Pavona très proche avec supermarché SISA.

Il casale è bellissimo con i suoi giardini incantevoli.Noi abbiamo preso una Junior Suite (2 adulti e 2 bambini) ed è stata perfetta, confortevole e comoda. Dovrebbe essere fatta più manutenzione sulla piscina, la scaletta era rotta e gli ombrelloni vecchi e qualcuno non si apriva...mentre i giardini curatissimi. lo consiglio per chi ha dei bimbi perchè hanno tanto spazio verde per giocare, ed è vicino al parco Zoomarine. Ci tornerò di sicuro.

Täydellinen paratiisi!
Paikka, hotelli, henkilökunta, kokonaisuus oli täydellinen! Keskellä maaseutua, kuitenkin lyhyen junamatkan päässä Roomasta - sijaitsee todellinen Paratiisi! Upeat huoneistot, mahtava puutarha, rauhalliset uima-altaat, todella palvelualtis ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Ehkä paras paikka jossa olemme ikinä käyneet, suosittelen todella lämpimästi, sekä lapsiperheille, pariskunnille ja isommille seuruille!

huge space and nice service but you`ll need a car
Spacious and clean rooms, nature around, quiet surroundings, very friendly staff. But to enjoy it there should be a car. If you stay several days you probably will be tired of the breakfast, which volume is enough but variations are poor. WiFi is availabale only in room number one. Otherwise you should go close to the reception which is not so good idie in bad or cold weather. Overall very good value for money, especially for a family stay.

Great location with good reception persons
This hotel was giving the enjoyable and nice days for our last days in Rome and Italy. Hotel or Villa is located near of Rome and with good service level as our only request was Continental breakfast, but for the next time is better to ask first what they can offer for the breakfast as 1st day I ordered only coffee and milk, but next day I received a full tray of biscuits, marmalades, cookies, croissants and juice. Villa Area was clean and nice, but around of villa was not so nice, but anyhow we enjoyed pools and park. Receptionists were very nice and friendly and they will offer help and good tips for the restaurants, sights and also some discounts for example zoomarine if you remember to ask it. Only required improve for the apartment is better air change for the bathroom. Thanks.

Un peu décevant...
Sur le papier et d'après les photos, cet hôtel paraissait parfait !.... Mais une fois dans la chambre, on se rend vite compte que c'est beaucoup de folklore !!! Beaucoup de toiles d'araignée, fuites dans les douches, qualité de service moyenne, odeur parfois desagreable (due à l'environnement un peu douteux ?), le petit dejeuner est pitoyable,... Bref, le niveau de l'hôtel ne vaut pas le prix !... Mais quand même quelques points positifs : calme, accès direct et rapide pour visites sur Rome (45min pour être dans le centre). Si je dois retourner a rome, ce ne sera pas dans cet hotel...

Rustige omgeving. Prachtige tuin en zwembaden. Personeel uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een echte aanrader.

Nicht zu empfehlen...
Ein Platz im Industriegebiet ohne Nostalgie & Seele. Anlage zu 30% fertig gestellt. Fotos des Anbieters besser als in Wirklichkeit. Schwimmbad gekippt..viele Schnacken. Frühstück besteht aus Zwieback & selfservice im Appartement. Appartement ist groß und sauber, bis auf die Spinnweben. Sind nach einer Nacht abgereist. Zu Rom ist es mit dem Auto nicht nah, eher beschwerlich.., Strandnähe in 25min aber sehr unschöne Stadt. Also besser in Rom nächtigen... Verwalter nett, kann aber nur italienisch!!
