Me gusto que es un sector bonito, sin embargo para poder ingresar fue un problema ya que nadie nos recibió y tuvo que una señora que se alojaba ahí me ayude a ingresar y adivinar cual llave era la mía. El baño olía fatal supongo que las cañerías estaban viejas, y pedí una cama matrimonial la cual tuvieron que unir dos camas pequeñas y la una presentaba inclinación a la mitad por lo que al día siguiente dolía la espalda… lo demás es cómodo pero se podría mejorar por el precio que tiene

Un poco inconforme.
las personas son muy amables pero la habitación es muy pequeña para venderla para 3 huéspedes, estuvimos incómodas todo el tiempo. el hotel es central y aunque hay que caminar un poco es posible encontrar buses cerca.

Hotel bien situado. Personal agradable. NO es un hotel, cosa que pensábamos al inicio y desde luego no es un 4 estrellas. Es un hostal alto gama. Muy poco insonorizado, escuchábamos la recepción y supongo que nos escuchában también. Las camas, una catástrofe. Mi mujer ha vuelto con la espalda destrozada. Desayuno en la cama agradable pero no super completo. Falta justamente salado para ser un desayuno de 4 estrellas. Supongo que no tienen espacio para ello.

El único problema que tuve fue que un día en la mañana el hotel se quedo sin agua, y fue algo incomodo, pero solo fue una vez. Algo que también no me gusto fue que la recepción no era 24 horas, en ocasiones uno requiere hacer o resolver alguna duda o problema de la habitación. por el contrario todo estuvo muy bien.

Hotel muy bien situado y bonito
La situacion del hotel es muy buena, no está apartado de la zona centrica (unos 15-20 min andando) y tiene muy buena conexion con medios de transporte. El barrio donde se encuentra es muy bonito y tienes mucha oferta de restaurantes y heladerías. La habitacion es grande y bonita (decoración retro) y te sirven el desayuno en ella. El trato ha sido muy amable, lo recomiendo.

This hotel is very old (hey - it's Europe) but in great condition. It's a bit hard to navigate with the outer courtyard doors, inner doors, and the flight of stairs to reception. There is a lift, but it's tiny. The woman working reception was pleasant, but had limited English. She seemed most concerned that I knew I had to pay the nightly tax at checkout. The room was clean and neat, but quite small. The bathroom was very nice and had an excellent shower. The hotel is well-situated, with in walking distance of The Spanish Steps, Villa Borghese park, and lots of restaurants and cafes. The walk from the train station was about 25 minutes, and is tough with luggage. The walks are not all in the best states of repair. It's a pretty quick taxi ride, so I'd recommend taking a cab from Roma Termini station.

No geral é ótimo! A anfitriã é muito querida e atenciosa. Ficamos num quarto conjugado que achei muito bom e confortável. Não fica muito longe dos pontos turísticos. Tem bastante linhas de ônibus próximas, mas fica longinho do metrô e da estação de trem.

Pros - Room is clean, area is safe, quiet, good options for dining, walkable to many view points - Trevi fountain, spanish steps, near to Roma termini train station for easy commute. Cons - Getting in is tricky, no reception present for check-in, Hot water not working , AC working intermittently.

Cute hotel, and really enjoyed our stay here. Only complaint is that shower needs to be cleaned better. Other than that the room and the rest of the bathroom was very clean.

I traveled solo but they gave me a large bed which made the room extremely comfortable. The bathroom was clean and everything worked perfectly. I really like the fact that there was a refrigerator in the room. This was useful as there's a supermarket a few doors down from the property. Both Kim and Monica were responsive to my needs and I really appreciated the fact that let me keep bags there as I had a late flight out of Rome. I think this is a really good place for those considering an extended stay in the city.

På dette sted findes 6 suiter i varierende størrelse, hvoraf vores var den største. To store rum med gode senge til fire voksne. Meget behagelig at være i og virkelig godt, at der er både elkedel og køleskab samt aircondition. Når man skal tjekke ind er det nødvendigt at kontakte overnatningsstedet, da der ikke er en fast reception. Ved opkald er alt dog hurtigt arrangeret og på stedet mødte vi en utrolig sød dame, der viste os til rette. Der er rengøring hver formiddag og alt er i det hele taget rigtig godt. Kvarteret er forholdsvis stille, da det ligger lidt fra det store turiststrøg, hvilket vi finder rigtig dejligt. Det betyder bl.a. også, at de mange restauranter i området ikke er overrendt af andre turister.

This is a good little hotel. The only reason I am giving it a 3 star rating is due to the fact that we were moved to a different from from the original one, as the hotel needed our three bed room for other guests. This was a bit of an inconvenience to us, but the staff made it way for us. The new room was. It as comfortable due to a window that would shut properly, making it a hotter, as the air conditioner could not keep it as cool as could have been.

La camera 110 ha una finestra sul cortile interno molto piccolo. In tale cortile ci saranno 20 condizionatori. Alcuni dei quali funzionanti anche di notte quando non è necessario... si raggiungono più di 40 decibel: messaggio per il proprietario dell'attività: prova a dormire una notte nella 110 e se hai a cuore la clientela allora cambierai il serramento (ora è presente uno economico) della finestra con uno migliore...

Man kann viele Sehenwürdigkeiten von dort aus zu Fuß erreichen. Villa Borghese Museum ca in 27 Min Kolleseum in ca. 40 Min den Termini Roma Bahnhof in ca. 30 Min Und den Vatikan ca in 1 Std und 30 Min... unter dem Hotel gibt es gleich ein Restaurant und gleich nebenan ein kleiner Supermarkt Mein Zimmer war groß und sauber. Hatte auch ein sehr bequemes Bett.

Fabulous stay in great neighborhood!
This was a fabulous stay for the price we paid, except that when we booked, it said we'd have free breakfasts, which ended up not being included. Other than that, the place was clean, comfortable, spacious and in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood that was walking distance from many of the main tourist sites in Rome.

Great place. Clean and on a hot Roman day the AC worked great. Had a view of the street below. Convenient market down below. Refrigerator in room. Coffee in the common areas. The lady that worked there was extremely helpful. We were able to leave our luggage on checkout day and pick it up later. Great restaurants nearby. Quick walk to the Spanish steps.

Amazing price
Everything was amazing. We stayed in room 110. We were there during a heat wave but the air conditioning had no problem keeping up. The room was very clean. The shower and bathroom were nice. The only thing I was worried about was check in. I am used to staying at hotels with a 24/7 front desk. Rita made checking in so easy. You can not beat the location for the price. We also used the shuttle service from the air port. It was amazing. We will be coming back

I loved n’y stay at Boncompagni Suite. The room is spacious, air conditioned and very clean even if the building is old. We had a warm welcom. The hotel is only 6 rooms in a bigger building. Very silent and comfortable, near transportation and food and shopping options and very near to Villa Borghese.

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα!
Το κατάλυμα μας ήταν σε μια πολύ όμορφη περιοχή, ήσυχη με πολύ ωραία μαγαζιά για φαγητό και γλυκό όχι πολύ μακριά από το κέντρο και όχι τόσο ακριβό όπως το κέντρο της Ρώμης. Το προσωπικό φιλόξενο και έτοιμο να σου απαντήσει σε κάθε σου ερώτηση. Το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο, άνετο, με ζεστό νερό όλη τη μέρα και πολύ καλό κλιματισμό. Όλα ήταν υπεροχα!

No one was present when we tried to check in during the afternoon and had to call the number on the door. After a second try, they explained where the keys could be found (several keys took a bit to understand which key was for which door). Room was comfortable with good air conditioning and everything we needed. Area of town was in a quieter area, but it felt safe. On our second night there was a leak in our bathroom ceiling, which caused a power outage in our room. No staff answered our calls when we tried to notify them. We spent the night in a hot, stuffy, humid room with water dripping sounds and got ready in the dark. We finally got a message in the afternoon from staff saying they found the leak and would be sending someone in for repairs so we should find somewhere else to stay. I think they have given us a refund (not confirmed yet), and the leak certainly wasn’t the fault of the hotel (there are different suites and businesses above). Unfortunately, last minute hotels in Rome were triple the price we paid by booking ahead and grabbing our things and checking in somewhere else was quite inconvenient. It would have been helpful if staff gave us recommendations of where to stay, or tried to get us a discount somewhere. We only saw staff once briefly in the morning during our 2 nights.

There’s a nearby supermarket and a restaurant just right beside it. The suite is on the 2nd floor and has an elevator. AC is cold which was one of my worries in the beginning considering it was very hot during the day. Otherwise, great stay.

Zona di Roma tranquilla ma scarsa di ristoranti o bar, lontana da fermate della metropolitana e dal centro (non veritiera l'indicazione 'nei pressi di piazza di Spagna'), scomoda. Il primo giorno non c'era acqua nella doccia! Ho chiesto se la colazione si poteva fare nella struttura (a pagamento come indicato nella descrizione di Expedia) e la signora mi ha detto di no e che se volevo c'era la macchina del caffè ma nel sito c'era scritto che si poteva fare. Visti i disagi ho chiesto uno sconto al check out ma la risposta è stata che avrei dovuto parlare con la proprietaria mai vista e avendo un treno da prendere ho desistito. Sconsiglio questo posto c'è di meglio a Roma!
