Super friendly staff. They gave us a free room upgrade! We had a wonderful view of St Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican from our balcony. Really close to Roma S Pietro train station, St Peter’s Square, and several bus stops. Only trouble was that it was a little hard to find because it’s in a gated apartment complex. Other than that, fantastic!

Family Stay
We had a lovely four night stay at the hotel as a family of four. It's in a peaceful location 10 minutes from St Peters Square with lots of good restaurants withinesdy walking distsnce. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable although the bathrooms would benefit from some maintenance.

Good hotel
Located just a few minutes walk to the vatican. Secure location. Rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. Breakfast was basic but the croissants were good. Friendly and helpful staff. I recommend this hotel

Hotel was lovely. A bit of a climb up a hill but in a gated and secure area. Felt very safe. Good proximity to the Vatican if that is your desired area to see, everything else is about a 30 minute walk.

Best of the best
Bloom hotel staff members provided professional service during check-in and check-out. They are best of the best. We stayed at room 205 and 206. The rooms were very clean. The facility was also very clean. We want to give House keeping team 10 stars. Bloom hotel is in a gated community, a short walking distance to the Vaticans, had a supermarket across the street, many restaurants and ice cream shops around... ideal location for families. Bloom hotel charged us a very fair price for their top notched services. We highly recommend it.

Me encanto está propiedad;ubicada en una área residencial muy tranquila;mucho espacio en el cuarto;todo muy limpio;cama muy cómoda y baño amplio A 20 minutos caminado de la basílica de San Pedro Sin duda regresaría!

We stayed two nights. The hotel clerk was great. He got us a boxed breakfast and help with getting ride to airport. It had a view of St. Peters.

This hotel was amazing! The staff was great! Alessandra was the BEST! This hotel is located on a quiet, safe street within walking distance of the Vatican and a number of excellent restaurants! I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff at the Bloom Hotel, they made our stay in Rome fantastic!! I Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We weren't impressed with it at the begging when got dropped off, but when we got inside it looked very cute, clean and cozy. Our room was nice and clean. Small but not tiny. Beds were comfortable. The stuff is very friendly and helpful with everything. My daughter liked the breakfasts--not much variety but more than enough to fill you up. Walking distance to Vatican, and we were also walking to Hop on Hop off bus ( around 25-30 min). I would definitely recommend the place so stay.!!

Not enjoyable experience
Upon check in we were told that we were going to get an upgrade as it was their last room available. We walked in into a junior suite, to find out that every sofa was set up as a bed, the only chairs available were dirty so you didn’t have a place to sit and enjoy the tv that was far away from the bed. The room has a lot of drapery that makes the room dark. The sink wasn’t draining at all, it was disgusting. The drawers of the closet at the entrance of the room were dirty as well as the floor in few spots. Me and my girlfriend tough about leaving the hotel the entire afternoon but I didn’t want to waste my hard earned money. Not to mention that if you’re not slim you will not be able to get in the shower. The hotel is not really a hotel is just a building turned into a guest house. Very disappointing experience, I could’ve spent less elsewhere for something much more enjoyable.

We try our best to put all the visitors at ease.The sofa were open in case the double bed wasn't suitable for you, but the positions of those were not swifted in any case, so the open sofas were there to be used also if open to watch tv... The Drapery is very important, if you know how to use it, because if you open the curtain the light comes in, if you close it, the room becomes dark to guarantee you a well rested night... It is disgusting to see your picture of the sink full, it was much easier to call reception and ask for a help to fix the issue in minutes! We absolutely understand the chair wasn't presentable, we are humans, sorry for that, the housekeeping didn't notice it or the communication to remove the chair was interrupted at a certain point. We apologize.It is absolutely your right to write down a review, but integrity would mean call the staff, and give them the chance to put a remedy where possible, and in this case everything could have been fixed very easily. Best regards.Monica

We loved our stay at the Bloom Hotel! The location was perfect for our visit to the Vatican. The staff was welcoming and very helpful with suggestions and directions. We also loved the daily breakfast buffet with cappuccinos. We will stay here again when we visit Roma!

This is a complicated review. I learned a lot about this property during my stay. For example I won’t stay in room 402 again. Too much elevator noise and the room next to me was a family room with several different families staying in that room during my stay. They were so loud constantly slamming doors at midnight while I’m trying to sleep. In room 402 the bathroom could use better lighting in the shower and maybe a few shelves in the wall which was bare. It would have been nice to have the shelves instead of turning off the radiator and using it to put my toiletries bag on. The single rooms are just too small for this Texas boy. Note the staff is a while other story. The front desk staff was always professional and more than willing to go out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Their English was great and they were so patient when I tried to speak Italian. I really enjoyed my interactions with them. They made the trip for me. I would stay again but only in a family room

Lovely small hotel just like on pictures, friendly staff, a little of the way but if you looking for peace and quiet is perfect, lots of restaurants close by, the only downside was that there wasn’t a bar serving drinks in the hotel only game room perfect for families to entertain

Front desk was fantastic and room was great - clean, comfortable, with lots of space. Very happy with the location - close the Vatican and about a 30 min walk to the Trevi Fountain. Restaurants close to the hotel were excellent.

Je trouve certains commentaires sur cet hôtel injustes et déplacés; Il est situé au pied de la colline du Janicule (Eh oui il y a 7 collines à Rome et ceux qui trouvent l'hôtel trop loin du centre peuvent prendre un hôtel en centre ville mais pas au même prix et avec le bruit qui va avec). Très calme. Il est à 700 mètres du Vatican. On peut rejoindre le centre de Rome par le bus 64 en un quart d'heure; le bus est à 3 minutes de l'hôtel. C'est vrai, le métro est à 25 minutes à pieds (une station plus près est prévue mais le chantier est bloqué car le parcours initial a rencontré des ruines romaines) mais le bus suffit. A 10 minutes à pied il y a un excellent restaurant Dai Miei (cuisine romaine, bon rapport qualité prix et service sympa). L'hôtel est très propre (serviettes de douche changées tous les jours ce que je trouve excessif). Le personnel est aux petits soins. Quelques efforts à faire sur la maintenance (mauvaise évacuation du lavabo, prise mal fixée dans la salle de bains) et sur le petit déjeuner (choix restreint et croissants nappés de sucre que je déteste). Mais le rapport qualité prix est très bon

Convenient store cross street for groceries, bus stop a few meters down street, train station one block away with free water fountain to replenish, super friendly staff, thank you Alessandra for all the help and attention provided. Ótima estadia, atendimento sensacional
A estadia no hotel foi maravilhosa. A experiência começou antes mesmo da minha chegada a Roma. Contatei o hotel pra avisar que chagaríamos após meia noite, e eles arranjaram um translado do aeroporto pro hotel, que saiu mais barato e aparentemente mais seguro do que pegar um táxi no aeroporto. O hotel fica dentro do que me parece um condomínio fechado, então pode ser um pouco difícil de achar. Ótimo atendimento, quartos super limpos, e fomos colocados em um quarto com uma vista sensacional para a catedral de São Pedro. Hotel fica próximo ao Vaticano, então não é tão próximo aos outros pontos turísticos de Roma como o coliseu e fórum romano, por exemplo. Porém há transporte público passando quase na porta do hotel e é possível ir aos outros pontos turísticos usando apenas um ônibus. Se um dia retornar a Roma, com certeza me hospedaria nesse hotel novamente.

The hotel was very cute and the staff was helpful and friendly. They exceeded expectations in terms of customer service. The common space was inviting and fun. The only thing I would change is the bathroom, it could use an update to match the rest of the hotel.

Would definitely book again
A beautiful hotel with beautiful staff! Clean quiet room and well facilitated. We asked for an iron and staff provided immediately. They helped with directions and food orders and were always available for questions and were so polite. The room was clean and well stocked and in a quieter area but also a 5 minute walk from a station and bus stop to get to Rome. Local restaurants are cheap and amazing quality.

Vatikan unmittelbar in der Nähe, sehr ruhig, sehr sauber und sehr nettes Personal. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuss in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Eine Buslinie fährt regelmässig in die anderen Stadtteilen und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zu Fuss ca. in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Lebensmittelladen nur über die Strasse.
