Lovely stay!
We only spent one night here but the apartment had everything we needed. Close to restaurants and easily accessible by taxi. Gulia was very helpful with transfer from airport as well. Would recommend!

Location great
1 1/2 blocks to Rome metro. 10 stops straight shot to Vatican. 4 stops switch lines 2 stops to Roman ruins. 6 stops to Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. Plenty of restaurants in area. Friendly neighborhood. Washer worked perfectly. Clothes dried on balcony. Suited us very well.

Awesome place
Amazing property...it was close by to almost everything. Property was clean and the host was great in communicating with us. She even arranged a driver for us because we arrived on easter Friday. It was also kind of her to leave us treats and water in the fridge. It was a perfect, clean and comfortable place to stay for my wife and i. Thank you Guilia for everything!

Great little place for 2
Great little place, we had 2 in our party but it does sleep more. With 2 it was very comfortable. We had a great time, super nice neighbors. Close to metro and food at night . Would stay again .

Short stay!!
Our host was great! Helped set up a private driver to pick us up from the airport! Her apartment was beautiful! Very quaint! Balcony was adorable! We were able to walk to the Colosseum to make our tour, it took us about 25-30min walking! I felt like it was pretty close to where we were wanting to see! Taxis were relatively cheap to and from the main tourist areas (15$ average)! Overall highly recommend!

Fabulous Stay in Rome
Perfect little suite for my husband and I. All the amenities that we needed to cook our own meals. Wonderful hosts who provided many breakfast items, juices, and water for our stay. Location ideal, 30 minutes on foot to the Colosseum and Metro stop Re Di Roma a shirt three minute walk to get you everywhere else. Highly recommend!

Convenient and great location
Our host did a great job communicating with us. The property was just as described. Its location is great for public transit and a short walk to the colosseum and other historic site is the area. We walked to the city and back a few times. Very enjoyable.

Perfect hideaway with rooftop garden
I loved this little apartment; it was cozy, quiet and located on a nice block with a little park out front. Stepped outside and found a garden on the balcony, which was cool. It's clean, close to shopping and high foot traffic areas, but it's around the block so you won't be disturbed by noises.

Quaint & Romantic
Very comfortable accommodations and owner was available for all our needs! Best pizza restaurant right downstairs from condo and cafe across the street. Easy access to area shopping and cabs. Wonderful terrace view. Highly recommend!!!!

Perfect
This was my second time staying here. Lovely little place and a great location. Close to the Metro, shopping, and many historical sites. Giulia was always available thru the VRBO app to answer any questions. I highly recommend this apartment in the San Giovanni neighborhood. Perfetto!!!

Comfortable and Relaxing with Lovely Outdoor Area
This top floor property was very well decorated and the terrace absolutely lived up to expectations. We spent both our evenings out on the terrace relaxing with some wine in the cool November air. The surrounding area is quiet, but still has plenty of shops, banks, and restaurants. We spent most of the daylight hours out in the city center, which is easy to do since this place is so close to two metro stops. The apartment even has a good sized walk in closet, in case you want to unpack for a longer stay.

Everything about this stay was perfect. We didn't discover the laundry machine out on the patio until our last day. Coming from Canada, that was unexpected. Didn't matter, as this was early in our vacation so we didn't have any laundry.

Nur zu empfehlen!
Wir waren zu zweit für 4 Tage in Rom in dieser Ferienwohnung. Angereist sind wir mit der Bahn und kamen dann abends leider ziemlich verspätet an (wobei wir die Bahnfahrt trotzdem empfehlen können). Die Wohnung ist vom Bahnhof sehr gut mit der U-Bahn erreichbar, aber auch zu Fuß in ca. 30 Minuten. Trotz unserer Verspätung wurden wir sehr freundlich von der Mutter der Vermieterin empfangen. Sie spricht zwar lediglich Italienisch, die Einführung die Wohnung war trotzdem problemlos und routiniert. In der Wohnung alles in gutem Zustand und sauber. Und gutes WLAN ;-) Was auch wirklich nett war: Es gab Wasser im Kühlschrank, Kaffee, Tee und ein paar Kekse waren da. Die Wohnung liegt im 7. Stock, es gibt aber einen (sehr kleinen, aber feinen) Aufzug. Die Lage: Wohnung ist wie gesagt mit der Metro gut zu erreichen, aber auch am Kolosseum ist man recht schnell zu Fuß. In der Umgebung gibt es einige Bars und Restaurants und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Alles in allem eine echte Empfehlung!

Cute and comfortable studio
Great stay at this cute studio. My sister and I stayed for 2 nights. The place was small with 1 bed and 1 futon bed. Enough room for 2 people. Large balcony and a full kitchen. It’s on they 7th floor with a lift. The neighborhood is cute with a main shopping street, nice restaurants and the metro and busses and close by with about a 10 minute ride to center of Rome. The building is secure and quiet. I like staying in the outer neighborhoods of Rome this one was really nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Recommendation without reservation
The apartment was exactly as advertised. Wifi is strong. Smart tv allows one to mirror IPad programs. The Terrace was wonderful for morning and evening meals.The size of the apartment was perfect for the two of us. Remarkably quiet area. Giulia instantly replied to the few questions that I had. The facility was modern and well maintained and having a washing machine was quite helpful. The apartment is remarkably well located and is 5 minutes walking to the grocery store, the green grocer, the Gelato store and the pharmacy. The Chiaroscuro fish restaurant @ via rimini 13/17 is 1 minute away and an excellent restaurant. Eco Blu restaurant is 5 minutes away and quite good. Giulia keeps the apartment amply stocked with water, cakes and snacks. The pizza restaurant next door is convenient for a quick meal. Giulia is an excellent hostess so much so that I plan to return next year.. Stan Bennett

Great apartment in beautiful Rome
Giulia is a great host who was a good communicator. She was waiting for me when I took the metro to get the property and showed me everything quickly and then was available by text or phone for any other questions. This place is cute...the terrace is wonderful and getting to water plants each day reminded me of home! This compact apartment has everything you need and it was very clean and quiet! The neighborhood is great with metro and bus options just blocks away. I loved everything about it and would encourage you to book without hesitation.

Amazing location even better host.
The apartment was amazing everything you need for a stay. The only thing better was the host who was so attentive to all our needs, from organizing a ride from the airport which was nice after flying all night, right down to meeting us at the door on our arrival. Two things for the host maybe a blanket for the couch and English directions for the safe.

Perfect Honeymoon Spot In Rome
We absolutely LOVED our stay in Rome! The apartment is gorgeous, Giulia was lovely, and the view from the balcony made us feel so at home right in the heart of Rome. This was the first leg of a three week trip for our honeymoon so having laundry in the apartment was such an essential and really helped us out! We visited so many amazing restaurants nearby, and were a quick biking distance away from everything we wanted to visit. Absolutely would stay here again! Thank you for everything, Giulia!

Great apartment, great stay
My wife and I stayed here on the first leg of out honeymoon. The apartment was perfect for the two of us. It is on the top floor (small elevator available) and has a very large balcony to enjoy the warm evenings. It is located very close to Re di Roma metro station which makes accessing the rest of the city very easy and fast. There are some great local restaurants and pizzerias close by, even one in the same building at street level. We enjoyed our stay, Guilia the host was very welcoming and communicative, we would certainly book this apartment again.

Great for site seeing!

Nice little place close to shops and some nice restaurants. Small but very well appointed with a pretty balcony. Property manager was fantastic-really quick responses and the easiest check in I have had for a while! I was only here overnight so can’t speak to how close it was to major attractions but I definitely recommend it

Convenience, Privacy and Comfort
Highly convenient area. It is near San Giovani. Giulia made sure that all our needs were covered. She also offered to arrange airport pick ups for us and on our departure she made arrangements for a car to bring us to Termini. The property was quiet, had very good wifi, had AC, a comfy bed and a washer which we were thankful for since we were always drenched in sweat when we got back from our adventures. It was nice to be able to wash clothes since this was our first stop of our Italian adventure. I recommend this place fir couples or two people that don’t mind sharing a bed.

Perfect Rome spot!

Lovely cosy apartment
Loved our stay, the Coffee shop across the road is great, we walked everywhere. Great markets in the area and a supermarket just around the corner, would of loved instructions on how to use the washing machine and also a microwave would have been good, but apart from that our stay was great, the refreshments were very thoughtful, many thanks to Gulia for organising a driver to pick us up and drop us off at the airport.

Very nice apartment
Very nice apartment. It’s quiet, safe, and not in the middle of the super busy touristy spots but still a nice walk to everything. Giulia was super reliable and even set up a driver for us who picked us up from the airport. Nice time, I would stay again.

Great place for a week-stay in Roma - Gracious host
Giulia and her mom were the perfect hosts. The property offers everything you need for a short-stay in Rome. The kitchen, washing machine (nice bonus!) and proximity to public transportation and main historic/cultural attractions contributed to a perfect stay. Private transportation from the airport was organized by our host, which was particularly appreciated on a rainy day.This is the best example of what VRBO hosting should be like. Amazing apartment!
Giulia's apartment was just what we wanted with every amenity you could want. Only minutes away from the Re di Roma underground station, all of Rome is within reach. There are plenty of shops and restaurants near by that will fulfill all of your needs. Giulia was very prompt to respond with anything needed.

Gute Lage
Kleines, aber gemütliches Appartement, ruhig (außer der Nachbar ist da, den hört man sehr durch) mit Weitblick. Dadurch dass wir das Sofa auch zum Schlafen benutzt haben war es sehr eng, kaum Platz für den halben Esstisch, dennoch war es eine gute Wahl. Sonst alles da was man braucht wenn man auch gerne mal selber kocht. Besonderes asset ist die große Terasse, die wir wetterbedingt nicht nutzen konnten.
