Amplio, comodo, limpio y completo
Pasamos seis días aquí, el apartamento es muy amplio y cómodo para dos personas. Todo estaba bien limpio, el baño es bien grande y luminoso, y la cocina bien completa. Tuvimos un inconveniente con el microondas, que la propietaria soluciono rápidamente, y también amablemente nos proveyó de jabón para el lavarropas. No esta muy cercano al centro de la ciudad, pero con el tranvía 8 se llega rápido a Piazza Venecia. Para los que gustan de cocinarse su comida, es un plus la feria que esta al lado del edificio: hay puestos de todos los productos de Italia, una maravilla. Pese a la feria, el aparmento es silencioso y se puede dormir sin ruidos. Sobre la calle del edificio hay dos supermercados y negocios de todo tipo. Lo único que puedo decir de negativo: estaría bueno que reparara el lavavajillas, ya que en vacaciones no me dan ganas de lavar platos. Todo lo demás, impecable.

Gracias a Sebastián e Victoria para pasar sus vacaciones en mi casa. Mi misión es la completa satisfacción del huésped. La calidad es esencial en cualquier tipo de propuesta y se debe a los huéspedes. Esencial es sensible a pequeños problemas que se pueden crear. La casa es lo muy cerca del centro para ir a pie por el Janículo, que ofrece la mejor vista de la ciudad. Muchos de los huéspedes han hecho y también se pasa a la hermosa Villa Pamphili, el parque público más grande que está a 500 metros y es una antigua residencia de los Príncipes vivió en 1500. Sin embargo, para aquellos que quieren alcanzar tan rápidamente como el centro, el tranvía 8 porque es grande. El mercado es un verdadero viaje gastronómico. Estoy seguro de que el lavavajillas es una gran utilidad. Pero no se describe en los aparatos en uso y disposición de los huéspedes. Gracias de nuevo por su estancia vamos a ver en cualquier momento. Magical Retreat
What an amazing place Maria and Lilly have created. Not only was the space spotless, it was also warm and inviting. We were greeted with grace and Lilly answered all our questions. These wonderful hosts helped us navigate transportation, discover special neighborhood restaurants, helped us arrange taxis and checked in with us frequently to see about our stay. The building is located on a charming street complete with an amazing bakery. The apartment is more than just clean, it is absolutely charming. We stayed here both before and after our time in Florence. Public transportation is only steps away and easy to use. We could not have chosen a more perfect rental for our time in Rome!!!

Great host
Maria is a fantastic host!!! Super friendly and accommodating. The property had all the amenities we needed and the location is fantastic!! A short tram ride to the Colosseum and other attractions. Plenty of food options and a supermarket across the street. It is a little noisy but it was to be expected. 100% recommend this property.

Our host was amazing. She set up our transports from the airport and to the cruise ship. She showed us the apartment and recommended local restaurants and attractions as well as bus routes. The home was nice with a market next door with various vendors.

A home from home
The apartment is in a suburb of Rome conveniently situated near public transport . It is well equipped, spacious and comfortable. It is suitable for a family of 4. The host was friendly and available to answer all our queries. It was an enjoyable stay and I wish we could have stayed longer.

Fantastic Host
Bedding could have been a little better and perhaps a few more towels but overall o.k. Host was fantastic. Really above and beyond with excellent english. While we were the water main to the building suffered a break. She informed us immediately and went out and got bottled in case we would need, which we didn't. But that was to me impressive. In all a simple no frills place that you can stay. Do make sure to bring your own shower soaps etc.

We loved our stay here. Irene was so helpful and kind and equipped us with all the info we needed to navigate around the city. The neighborhood was great and access to transportation to get to anywhere we needed to go was super easy. The apartment was great, the pictures do not do it justice. Very authentic and cozy and with all amenities! The market next door was great for groceries—eggs, meat, cheese, veggies, and more. Thanks so much for hosting us and for your amazing hospitality! :)

Lily (owner) was extremely gracious and accomodating
Location away from city center but easy access via 8 bus. Fresh fruits and pastries from market across the street were convenient for a light breakfast. Nearby cafes available for light breakfast and/or lunch. The best, best, best part was Lily! She was beyond helpful. She was able to arrange transport from the airport and also to the cruise port a few days later. She was also helpful in guiding us to the sites.

Lovely appartment and hosts
"Nene", the daughter was very nice and made a great effort to explain all of the necessary information to us when we arrived. She also gave us a map & recommendations, and there was even a gift awaiting us in the refrigerator! The only thing that we could suggest to make our stay even better would have been the availability of a little bit of coffee in the mornings- which we might not have noticed its absence except that the 3 vrbos before this one on our trip included it-- but(!), they did not include the special gift in the fridge, so maybe an even trade. 😉). Had we been staying longer, we might have purchased coffee capsules as suggested in a nearby store, but we only had 2 mornings in Rome. Luckily we were able to muscle thru tiredness with some instant coffee packets I brought, and found the most wonderful Desideri caffe across the street for well-priced cappucini & pastries! There is also an awesome, affordable tratorria/pizzeria by the name of Desideri on the same side of the street as the appartment. Bus stops other than the 8 can be an adventure to find, but we were up for the adventure--- and the appartment itself is simply gorgeous. Probably one of the higher-end, luxurious of our trip. Thank you for the personal attention & care! 😍

First time in Rome, about 20-25 minute bus rides to and from the main city. Property was very clean and easy to access with lots of stores nearby for groceries and food. Would recommend.

Authentic Italian neighborhood
I can’t rave enough about Maria, her daughter, and my wonderful stay in their very authentic apartment! I traveled alone to Italy for my first time. The help and guidance made me feel like family! They made sure I was comfortable and provided so much knowledge and insight. I am forever in their debt and plan to visit yearly. The location was a 20 ride from the city center which was perfect for me as my goal was more to experience Italian culture than historic sites. You can do either at this location. Xo

Staying in a quieter neighborhood was such a nice getaway after sightseeing each day. There were also many great eateries and shops located near the apartment. Public transportation is available nearby for easy access to most of the city. The host was very hospitable and was so helpful when it came to questions and navigating the city. WOULD STAY AGAIN!

We were on a girls trip to Rome and stayed at the apartment. The communication with the host was fantastic and she helped us arrange our ride from FCO. We loved the place, it has everything you need and there is a market and stores close by. Also it is a very safe building. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay!

Une location à rafraîchir et à équiper sérieusement, qui n'est PAS DU TOUT conforme à l'annonce.
L'appartement ne PEUT PAS recevoir 6 personnes : il n'y a que 2 chaises dans le salon qui sert de chambre, pas de fauteuil, et un sofa qui s'effondre quand vous vous asseyez ou vous allongez. Dans la cuisine, il n'y a RIEN, pas de saladier, bouilloire, grille-pain, pas d'horloge et surtout PAS DE FOUR et PAS DE LAVE-VAISSELLE, comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Le verre de la porte et du balcon est brisé, les peintures écaillées, le sol abîmé et l'armoire de la salle de bains s'est quasi effondrée. Enfin, l'appartement est très bruyant, bruits constants, toute la nuit, et dans l'immeuble et dans la rue. La propriétaire n'a pas reconnu que l'électro-ménager annoncé était absent, ce qui nous a empêchés de cuisiner !!!!! Pas non plus de CD-thèque ni DV-thèque, comme annoncées !! l'appartement était littéralement VIDE - sauf le lit de la chambre mitige l'appréciation d'ensemble !!! Très DÉÇUS !!!!!

Je suis vraiment très surprise. Les opinion de mon aprtment que je recoix sont toujours cinq étoiles, donc je suis vraiment désolée que vous trois n'ayez pas apprécié mon hospitalité proverbiale. Au départ, vous, votre fille et votre mari m'avez accueilli avec le sourire chaleureusement et remerciement. Vous ne m'avez rien dit et vous n’avez pas plaint, même pas à chaque fois que je vous ai écrit pour vous demander si tout allait bien. Avant votre avis il y en a cinq, le dernier juste 6 jours avant vous. Tous les 5 étoiles et tout le monde me remercie pour le plaisir de vivre chez moi pour le confort que vous y trouvez et pour les soins apportés à chacun. Donc, en toute honnêteté, je trouve votre jugement trop sévère. Lorsque j'ai installé le logement, je me suis demandé ce que j'aimerais avoir si j'étais un invité et j'offre tout ce que j'ai pour cela. En effet, mes hôtes se sentent chez eux, et ont tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour comme s'ils étaient chez eux, mais pas vraiment chez eux. Donc il y a des pots ou des saladiers ou des couverts ou des chaises ou du savon ou tout autre confort en nombre et qualité supérieur aux besoins, mais surement ils ne trouvent pas d'horloge ce qui n'est peut-être pas vraiment nécessaire ou un peu de peinture écaillée sur le balcon. Mes hôtes apprécient avant tout la chaleur d'une maison habitée et familière. C'est dans cet esprit que j'accueille les gens et tout le monde le ressent et me remercie. Toujours. Je vais donc vérifier, comme toujours, que tout est en ordre pour l'accueil, mais, j'ai bien peur, je n'ajouterai plus de chaises à 19h, parmi les chaises et tabourets qui sont dans la maison depuis 2015.

Great Retreat in an Roman Neighborhood
We had a great stay in Lily's apartment. The apartment is spacious and we found it to be a lovely retreat after a day of touring Rome. We were in Rome during a summer heat wave, so the air conditioning was essential and we were very grateful to have a cool place to rest. The location is great for getting to the center of Rome to see all of the sites. We visited the colosseum, the Pantheon, Vatican City, and Trastevere neighborhood, and other places in Rome. Right outside the apartment building is an outdoor market just outside of the apartment that had beautiful, fresh produce, seafood, cheeses, meats, and bread. I went to the market every day to get bread, vegetables, and fruit. The neighborhood also had restaurants, pastry shops, and grocery stores. We enjoyed being in a neighborhood outside of the tourist areas. Lily and Irene made our stay really nice. They gave us clear directions to the apartment, made restaurant recommendations, and provided helpful information about public transportation. Irene kept in communication with us when we were late arriving and waited to let us into the apartment. We felt very welcomed by her! Lily checked in with us during our visit and was especially supportive when we needed an extra large taxi to get two very large boxes with bikes packed in them to the airport. Lily took the time to arrange for the taxi and made sure that it was big enough to get the boxes to the airport. She really made the end of our trip much easier. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who would like to stay in a Roman neighborhood away from tourist areas. It's a great apartment for families and couples. Trastevere Apartment
The owner and her daughter are very kind and want to make your stay a good experience. They are both extremely helpful. As a family, what we learned from our experiences [as we chose 3 different apartments over 2 weeks] was that it pays to choose one that is very close to the Metro as that is the fastest way to get places as the Metro comes every 3-5 minutes as opposed to buses that often take much longer and aren't nearly as fast / smooth of a ride.

Nice apartment with great owner, in convenient location
This is a nice property in a convenient location for access to the center of Rome. There is a single tram line (line 8) with a stop a few hundred feet from the property that goes to Piazza Venezia. The property is nicely maintained by Lilly and her daughter, Irene, who met us during check in and gave us a lot of details both prior to and during check in. She is also very responsive through WhatsApp if you have questions or issues later on. Lilly can also arrange for transport to/from the airport or railway station, which was helpful to us when we came in with luggage. The only drawback to the place is the trash pickup in the surrounding neighborhood is not very good. We also had an issue with the AC during our stay, but it was promptly handled by Lilly. The elevator can also be iffy and we saw a notice posted on it during one of the days of our short stay: so we did not use it to avoid any trouble (especially as we got stuck in an elevator during a stay in Naples just prior to visiting Rome). In summary: the apartment is nice and the owners are great and very responsive, but surrounding infrastructure may not be the best. Nevertheless, I would not hesitate in choosing Lilly's apartment again for a future visit to Rome.

Elisa et sa fille ont été super gentilles dès notre arrivée, nous aidant à nous installer, nous donnant des conseils sur les lieux à visiter et sur les moyens de transport dans la ville. À la fin de mon séjour j'ai dû solliciter son aide pour m'aider avec mes réservations d'avion et elle su répondre sur le champ et m'a aidé avec mon enregistrement. Our wonderful apartment in Rome!
The apartment had all of the amenities that made it perfect for our 15 day stay. The location was terrific allowing us to have food shopping, restaurants and public transportation with in a short walking distance. Lilly, was a perfect host, and helped us tremendously. We would definitely stay there again and will recommend it to any of our friends and relatives wanting to experience the local Italian community atmosphere.

Fabulous week in a beautiful city
We all (2 adults and 2 teenagers) had such a great time exploring Rome from this lovely apartment. Lilly made it so very easy to enjoy ourselves - she is a very kind and considerate host who does everything she can to ensure a memorable holiday, and made sure that we had everything we needed. She was happy to suggest restaurants and areas to visit and we thoroughly enjoyed them all. It was great to have Pino collect us and take us back to the airport and Gio's tour of the Colliseum/Forum and Palatine Hill also suggested by Lilly was a real highlight. The apartment is in a great location with easy access to the centre and has great facilities on the doorstep (great market/supermarkets/bakers plus restaurants and ice cream). The apartment is only 20 minutes from the centre of Rome by a regular tram service, and it was nice experience to be in a real Roman neighbourhood rather than in the centre of town. We can't wait to come back!

un soggiorno splendido
Ho soggiornato tre giorni presso l'abitazione della fantastica Lilly con le mie figlie di 11 e 6 anni. L'appartamento è perfetto,spazioso con parquet e dotato di tutti i confort,compresa lavatrice e ferro da stiro,si trova in una posizione ideale per visitare Roma, passano i bus e tram che portano direttamente vicino ai principali punti turistici. Nella via sono presenti tutti i negozi che possono servire,inoltre c'è un fantastico mercato! Altra nota positiva è la tranquillità della zona e dell' appartamento. Una segnalazione deve essere fatta per la padrona di casa Lilly, è semplicemente fantastica....ci ha accolti alla fermata del bus...mentre prima si è sincerata che il viaggio procedesse bene. Ci ha mostrato la casa ma anche dove poter mangiare o cosa visitare...compresi i mezzi da prendere; durante il sogiorno è rimasta in contatto per verificare che tutto procedesse per il meglio. È certo che il prossimo viaggio a Roma avrà come base d'appoggio la casa di Lilly. Concludo straconsigliando questo Host.! Fabio

Lilly gentile e simpatica...abitazione confortevole in una posizione strepitosa, con il tram 8 Si raggiunge facilmente il centro. Da non sottovalutare il mercatino sotto casa dove si possono trovare cibi genuini. Soddisfatta!

Perfect location away from the tourist traps!
This was a beautiful home and we were greeted like family! There is none of the touristy crowds and it's quiet and still in a great location to get to all the monuments easily using the bus system that is one block away. Also, there are 2 grocery stores on the same block for easy shopping. The house was neat and clean and we really, really enjoyed it!

Wonderful vacation in Rome, thanks to Lilly!
From the first email to our last day in Rome, Lilly has been so awesome! Very accommodating and helped us in everything we needed, from pick up from the airport to driving and pick up from the cruise terminal.She provided us with very detailed information regarding transportation, places to see and eat, maps. Her apartment is spotless and very spacious. Very quiet at night, we slept very well. The location may be a bit outside of centre but transportation is very accessible. The tram ride ends right in Piazza Venezia, a short walk to the Colliseum. Plaza Espagna, Trevi fountain also walkable. Thank you so much Lilly for our unforgettable time in Rome. Grazie!

Best flat ever!
I try to stay in flats when I travel to make it more comfortable, but this was the best place ever. From the beginning, all the way to the end my email interaction with the owner were friendly and helpful. The area around was non-touristy and very Italian, which we loved. We loved the market right across the street. The public transport connections to Rome centre were the best, and the atmosphere of the flat was that of a home that someone really cared for. If there were more than five stars to give, I'd give them. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Appartamento comodo, proprietaria disponibile, molto gentile. Abbiamo apprezzato il mercato di fronte alla casa e il tram frequentissimo che collega bene la zona con il centro storico e il Trastevere. Jó szívvel ajánlom ezt a kényelmes lakást, mert a tulajdonosnő nagyon kedves és segítőkész, a házzal szemben található piac jól használható és gasztronómiai szempontból is különleges. Ideal place to visit the Beautiful city of Rome.

Very nice and clean apartment Rome. Very close to transit for visiting the heart of Rome.
Beautiful old European style apartment with modern touches. Close to transit, supermarket, open air market and restaurants. Maria could not have been more accommodating, especially with the pick up from the airport. Well worth the cost. Definitely a five star apartment and experience.
