"Kitchen had every thing you could possibly need for cooking and baking. Was a shortage of spoons, no kitchen dish towels or dish cloths, 1 trash bag was not enough for a 5 day stay. Coffee pot takes awhile but it will make coffee. Fridge very cold, enough to freeze salad mix, be wary of the bottom drawer. Huge pantry, no light maybe bulb burnt out. Some gnats in almost every room, fly swats are in pantry. Big dinning room plenty of seating. Table legs a bit wobbly, dollar general down the street...

"Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. "Gentle Villa Retreat is a wonderful place to host a group. Our group of 27 ladies enjoyed the place, especially the pool and the hot tub. We had a movie night all in one room. We were able to all sit down an eat together and the same room was used for some group activities. The biggest thing was that there was enough parking. "

"Bluegill Bungalow was super clean and comfortable! We appreciated all the outside seating including the double hammock. The property was beautiful, especially the front garden with fountain. There are several kayaks for use, but ask ahead of time if the water is high enough behind the house. Otherwise, you can’t kayak out to the open lake. We saw eagles, hawks and egrets and just enjoyed the peace and serenity here. This is a great little getaway!"
