"This was ideal for me. I loved it here. It was really peaceful. I couldn't hear a thing apart from the birds and the occasional sheep. I stayed for 4 days and I wished it could have been longer. There is no TV in the hut which also suits me to the ground. The wi-fi is excellent so if you do want to watch something on an I pad or tablet you will have no problem with the reception. "Good location for accessing North Devon although many of the coastal towns were very much faded glory.The accommodation was a room in a private house which was quite noisy at times. Jenny was there at check in but we didn't encounter anyone at all during the 4 days of our stay. A room information pack with suggestions for days out, places to eat etc. would be useful."

"I was away for work and my fiancees nan had passed away the day before my travel so she joined me for a few days on this trip. "We had a lovely New year's stay in this cottage, going for coastal walks and getting cosy by the fire when we came back. The cottage is really comfortable, we loved the heated bathroom floors and the well equipped kitchen. We also enjoyed playing a bit of darts and table tennis in the games room.
