"Our party of 4 adults stayed for a week in mid-June at this beautiful log house. The house had everything we needed - just like a real home would. The surroundings were great and we really enjoyed the screened in Gazebo, large porch and barbeque. It was a short walk to the amazing beach nearby. Several kilometres of sandy beach for beautiful walks. All in all a great stay."

"Good place to stay. It is located near the main road thru Souris so if you are traveling with small children you should keep an eye on them when outside. The room was clean and comfortable. Placed to eat and purchase groceries are nearby. The beach and boardwalk are wonderful places to walk in the morning/evening. Hosts were responsive to questions and helpful. "

"Unique, relaxing, just off the beaten path, glamping at its best. Pom-pom is my fav chicken in the Chick Inn. Cycled Greenwich Beach during the day, visited nearby St. Peter's lighthouse, and rejuvenated in our private hot tub. Exceeded expectations."

"Perfect home base to explore the East side of PEI. House was clean, comfortable and hosts very accommodating. A short drive to Basin Head beach, aka Singing Sands beach, close to Fireworks Feast at Bay Fortune and golfing options nearby as well. We very much enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend this spot to others! "

"We had a wonderful stay at Cathy’s place in Souris! The property was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect — peaceful and scenic, yet close to town and local attractions. Cathy was a warm and attentive host who made us feel right at home. "Had the best vacation! The entire family loved it. The cottage itself is very nice and we loved that it was private. The beach is breathtaking. Truly the nicest beach I have ever seen in the maritimes. Was too far to walk to the beach with the kids but it’s a super short easy drive. Will definitely be back again! "

The swimming pool was a great bonus which we took advantage off. Bothwell beach was stunning and just a short 2 min drive from the cottage. The cottage itself was spacious and was well equipped."

"Our stay could not have been better. We were only two people in the three bedroom house, but the price was right and the location was perfect. The kitchen has everything you might need, including spices, oil and flour. We used the washer and dryer as well. It was so quiet in the evening - we had bunnies, a fox and tons of birds in the yard. There were two different apple trees in the yard."
