This place is a beautiful family owned property and it shows. They were so accomidating wether it was helping with rides for food or setting up boat trips. It was the perfect spot to relax and explore the north end. We had the best time.

Clean room, very secluded, hard to get anywhere... restaurant open on their own time. Got there on Friday, restaurant closed all day, waited 1.5 hrs for car, went to store (no beer, wine, or refrigeratated foods) spent $50 on bread, peanut butter, jelly and coke. People super friendly but do things on island time. Book excursions thru exuma water sports, everyone else canceled, unreliable and body never got back to us about arranging excursion. Lost electricity one day and water another... love exuma but will stay at a real resort next time

The property is situated in a beautiful area. We had the beach on our own. The room was spacious and clean. The people were friendly and supportive. The restaurant was open on sunday only, but the food was great. On the other days we had to walk a few minutes to other restaurants or to a food store (also to get water). Though office and restaurant were closed most of the time, we were able to arrange a taxi to the airport and to Georgetown. However, our trip to the swimming pigs was canceled without informing us and without further notice. This was disappointing. In conclusion, we had relaxing, laid back days in a stunning scenery. People were friendly and the room was fine.

The host treat us as royalty, everything was prepared for us as requested. Kermit and Maryann made us feel like family. Just want to say it was well worth the time and money; we will return with other people in the future.

The room was clean and large however we were told they had soap but not shampoo brought shampoo and needed to buy soap. Tv in the room didn’t work and no one knew how to fix it. It says there is a host on sight but everyone listed to call never got back in touch with us. The owner of the property was super friendly but never around or able to help. We had the beach all to ourselves which was beautiful. They just need to have someone available for questions and help.

Beautiful location, not great accommodation

I received the check-in info for a unit other than what I’d booked. That wrong unit was dirty when I arrived so when I notified the property manager, she quickly clarified the correct unit and sent someone to unlock it for me but also said, “sorry you went to the wrong unit” instead of taking responsibility for sending the wrong directions. Ultimately where we stayed was fine for one night, but definitely not longer. No lightbulb in the lamp, no curtain over front window (which was directly in front of the bed), AC wasn’t turned on in advance of our arrival. Towels were clean though and Exuma Point beach is amazing and just down the road.
