"This house was clean and comfortable and within a 15 minute walk of the Riccarton Mall, which was handy.Our party used the two king beds, which we found to be comfortable for our 5 night stay. It was a nice place to come back to after being out for the day.We stayed in late April, which was amazingly warm and sunny and the only thing we found a bit challenging was the lack of drapes in the lounge area. "Cozy, clean, very recently built 2-level home with a lovely private back garden, backing onto a large green park. Everything was just as described, and the host was very responsive. Check-in was very easy. The neighbourhood is inner suburban, well suited for someone with a car. The University of Canterbury is 1/2 hour walk or 7 minutes drive away. Downtown Christchurch is 15 minutes by car. We would readily return to this home if we visited the Uni again. "
