  • This gorgeous, newly renovated 3 bedroom/2 bath Duplex Apartment comes with pool views from all bedrooms and a huge rooftop solarium overlooking the Community Pool & famous La Marquesa Golf Course.

    One of the very rare 3 Bed Apartments (top floor bedroom via external stairs) by the golf course, it is spread out over 2 comfortable floors, providing privacy and space in this extremely quiet & peaceful area.

    Watch the pool from one of the 2 balconies or wander 10/15 minutes to bars, restaurants or a game of Golf!

    The house is very well equipped including air conditioning in all rooms, extra fans, satellite TV, WIFI and is tastefully furnished.

    The property will be supplied with linen & towels for each bed and guest at no extra cost.

    Well behaved Pets are allowed at no extra cost - we are huge doggie lovers! ❤️

    Please Note:- The pool is being retiled at the moment and will be open again on May 15th 2023.

    The pool is typically open seasonal Start of May to End of October.

Sunshine stay

We had a nice vacation. Shane's apartment was ideal, nice quiet area only ten minutes down hill walk to La Maquesa Golf Club with bars restaurants and supermarket. El Recorrel Nature park with it's feature ponds and walks is only 15 mins walk, 2 mins in car. This place is ideal for dog walkers and nature lovers. Check out the Cuevas del Rodeo at Rojales. Fabulous cave houses now made into art studios with a artisan market Sundays. Rojales is a lovely town with great selection of restaurants with good prices for a menu del dia. There is a cycle path running along the Segura from Rojales which is another interesting walk. Don't miss the market there on Thursdays.. definitely recommend Shane's place. Oh and I forgot the fab solarium with sunshine all day. The icing on the cake.

The accommodation is well set out for a party of 6 - however there should be an idiots guide to the keys & the water drainage that comes from the air con and goes to the apartment below. We couldn’t find the third bedroom and needed to phone the Manager.Most importantly the access to the apartment & pool is very misleading and needs to be made clear that it is an uphill walk from the front door which is actually at the back of the buildings. Not easy for anyone with young children or anyone with mobility issues.

Deze accommodatie zou uit de verhuur gehaald moeten worden. Het was er smerig. Bestek en servies niet schoon. Van alles defect, satelliet tv werkte niet. Bed was erg slecht. Ladekasten erg slecht, Afzuigkap weg, keukenkastje kapot, koelkast van binnen geroest enz.spullen van de verhuurder zitten in de kasten gestopt. Heb overal maar foto’s van gemaakt voor het geval dat er vragen komen. Kan nog wel even doorgaan. Zwembad ligt aan de andere kant van de weg. Je moet eerst door de voordeur naar buiten en de straat aflopen en dan via de volgende straat naar het zwembad.
